We hope it is full production. Unfortunately, Mexus for me has tainted any forward looking statements. Until they come through 100% I remain skeptical. Last time gold was imminent and was repeated many times amounted to 8.2-8.5oz.
I hope this time it is legit and blows us away.
Might as well start throwing up guesses for what the big pour will be.
If everything is hunky dory like they have said 150oz is my guess. This was based on my dog throwing up on the floor
There isn't any shorting worth noting on Mexus. There is very little upside to shorting it and huge downside. Anyone shorting it would be playing odds that really suck.
The short trader can only make money with the share price going from .018 to zero. That's not much.
Mexus is traded for momentum swings
You are still ahead of yourself. You always seem to talk in absolutes. You did it with MarMar touting that everything was good and in the bag.
Aside from a picture with zero reference investors do not know anything on how well the recovery actually worked. Positive progress, but still not a done deal.
September pour will be the true test. Last true test gave us a whopping 8oz while also being told gold production was imminent.
I will always have this pit of doubt and just waiting for what gets messed up this time until they actually prove themselves. Too many blown chances before to get the benefit of the doubt.
I just looked up
La Herradura 2q was .84g/t
And Noche was .56g/t
Mexus falls right in between currently. I'll take that. Now execute at full capacity rinse , filter , and repeat.
Recheck your math. If you throw out the outlier you have 11.311/16 holes = .706 g/ton which is still good for open pit. Lines up right there with Noche.
Another step forward
Not sure what that has to do with anything now? I actually have his book. Didn't get through it all yet.
The only problem with grabbing a chunk and having it assayed is that it is just that a chunk. It does not mean there is gold throughout the property and that it can be done at a profit. That is a flawed way to analyze that the property is loaded.
I get what you are saying. Been here since cable pulling days. I can't help, but be hyper critical at this point. They brought that on themselves. I hope Mexus keeps proving me wrong this time around.
Well last PR stated 5-7 oz on first test pour. Agree a number would have been good to include in PR. I think they were excited and wanted to let shareholders know they finally started pouring. It will be followed up with more PRs with results in the coming weeks.
At least no delays were reported and are on time so far. Big achievements
I agree it's moving higher at the moment. All the to the moon talk is getting ahead of themselves. Talk like this has happened before to only get that PR with really disappointing results.
That plan being a reverse split?
You do realize the value of your account doesn't change if they reverse split and the share price is now .25?
Mexus is showing tiny improvements, but there is no proof yet they have fixed the recovery problems of before. Just assumptions. Until the leach is ready and they recover considerable gold from it, continuously, and profitably I am extremely cautious and not joining all the hoopla. Been there done that and only was disappointed.
Do you even realize what kind of market cap that would be with a billion share?
If the next few PRs actually have Mexus producing gold, producing it profitably and continuously it might hit .05-.06. Then move up as they report increasing revenues.
Mexus was at this point before and completely fumbled it with MarMar.
Too many assumptions yet
Holy dookies. If I have to read that line one more time. Do you know how many times people have said that over the years?
Mexus needs to show it's legit before anyone loads up unless they are just playing a scratch off.
I want Mexus to succeed and should know in less than a month if that is going to happen.
I wouldn't expect a pour next week. They only started cyanide on 27th of June. Hasn't even been a month.
Agreed. I'm sure gitreal would have no problem adding it to the ibox instead of people inboxing you.
According to PR cyanide has only been leaching 20 days I wouldn't expect anything til August personally. What it will be who knows
Cyanide leaching is starting bro. Earlier was presoaking the pad with water hence process started.
Beg to differ while good they get to leaching again the announcement will not do anything to the share price. Trying to go into production after a few misses erases any effect that announcement would have.
You will see a price increase when they pour gold and it is of sufficient amount to be at a profit and then they do it again and again.
Yea have had them for 8 years now. What's wrong with stating what has to happen? Sorry if you are offended by reality.
I want Mexus to succeed. Stating they need to produce gold, at a profit and continuously is exactly what every successful gold company does. It's is something they haven't done yet so there is nothing wrong with what I said. It was neither negative or positive just a simple fact of being a successful company.
Just reality.
You are getting so far ahead of yourself. That is not going to even be on their radar even if they allude to it.
They need to first produce gold. Then do it at a good profit. Then do it continuously for a while to build up and expand operations.
A buy back would be a long ways away if ever.
Isn't that pic the same one on the info part on this site just rotated? Looks like it.
Rich
The price of gold doesn't mean anything to Mexus.
They need to actually produce gold first before whatever gold is doing has any meaning to Mexus. Many times before there was talk gold being bullish and the millions Mexus would reap. Ain't got nothing to show yet
I'm holding my excitement yet. Essentially everything rides on this new chem engineer.
Mexus has been this far before. It ended up at the bottom of the pond.
I do hope all the correct pieces are finally in place. I have been a shareholder a long time and there have been a lot of screwups in my eyes.
The only thing that will convince me is results of actually recovering gold, doing it at a profit, and doing it continuously. Anything else said by anyone is only worth the screen it's typed in.
It is astounding how many words can be posted of literally the same thing from both sides.
It is bottom of the ninth , full count and down by one bases loaded. They either get it right this time or they lose.
This color commentary gets old from both sides. Seriously on one side is saying everyone is a billionaire waiting to happen and the other side says scam. So the truth lies somewhere in the middle probably.
Glad they got comment from the contracted electrician.
Personally yes I think it was a very poor choice out of the 100s of other PR companies.
In the end the rest of the hole results will be the real determinate not what some promoter does.
Everyone knows you read the other board. So why lie about it?
Ya but you quoted exactly what was posted on the other board. So that means you are reading it. Don't need to lie about it.
That's funny no where on the Mexus website does it say to send name, phone and number of shares.
It's as if you are reading from another source.
Lol let's go dig for some old cassette tapes too while you are at it.
San Felix has zero to do with Santa Elena and drill results.
Something is up when you get this much activity on the weekend. Should have results from second batch of holes this week is my guess
You need to listen again bud that was what they were predicting not what actually happened
Hole No. 6, the first deeper hole of 150 meters was very interesting all the way down with several quartz breccia zones and very thick shear zones. Holes No 7 and 8 will be about 150 meters deep but closer to the Julio Shaft area and should intercept the Julio vein at about 100 meters and all the shear zones near the surface.
Too much drama over 3 holes that were shallow and were farther away from the high grade shaft area everyone keeps referring too.
Holes 6,7, and 8 will be the more telling of how much gold is at Santa Elena
Look at the 3 holes the deeper the hole the higher the value. How about waiting for the full report. Im not going to judge anything on 3 shallow holes yet.
1.6 million shares of over 800 million ya must be a big sell off going on. Gimme a break of the tires song
Wow amazing a trader selling on news amazing
The results are right in line with the plan that they layed out
The purpose of the Core drilling stage is to follow at depth the surface expression of the Julio Vein and Shear zone and check all structural features and mineralization types in the rocks involved. First, holes 00- 04 it will be testing the extent depth of 50 meters, to check if the structure maintains a width of about 10 meters and the au-ag content. Then holes 05 and 06 will check the offset fault for mineralized pocket and breccia structures. Holes 05-08 will test the depth extent to 100 meters and au-ag content. This drilling will test a structure containing approximately 500 000 tons along 300 meters roughly north-south. It is very likely to average good gold grades as observed in a 25 meter deep inclined shaft where bonanza gold grades have been obtained from pillar samples.
The target at this stage would be 50 to 100 000 oz gold, with an average of 5 g/t Au.
It is everyone on this board that is cheerleading and dreaming up these big imaginative figures that gets everyone disappointed. 3 holes of 9. The other holes will be deeper. It looks like the vein starts around 25m for gold and increase as they move deeper to 39m.
I see your point, this was only 3 holes and they were shallow holes. I am waiting for the full picture before casting judgement.
The vein got richer as it went deeper so I expect numbers will be higher on the deeper holes.
I'll take 6.28g per ton of gold.
A few more good hole and hook a JV to move this to production
Personally I would prefer Mexus would get straight bought out by a larger company if they get some great results on the drills and future drills.
