Anyone on this board stuck in the Canadian CTO?
PM me at iinspire@mail.com
I have info you need
how many shares you have Zeed?
The article is from 2017...June! Two years ago! Why post?
Hey 1jk1, I want to get in on the action here in Canada. When will the company begin trading in Canada?
You ever wonder why a stock - on the heels of "great news," no less - is red even while it has substantial volume?? Never a good sign, IMO.
MommyKat, I wrote this earlier this morning but the post was removed because it was deemed "off topic." How can the CTO be off topic???
"I'm afraid that the only news that will help this company's reputation any time soon will be the lifting of the Canadian CTO which has dragged on for an unbelievable 2 and 1/2 yrs!! Yes, you read that right: two and a half yrs!!
I mean, what reputable company would allow for such a blatant lack of due diligence to remain outstanding for sooooo long. And, really, at this point, does one actually believe they will ever submit the required documentation so as to resolve the CTO?
Hard for anyone to get behind a company that has no regard for public watchdogs and is unwilling to comply with financial regulators. IMHO
Welcome to the Pink Sheets."
Hope you're well MKat!!

Welcome to the Pink Sheets.

Yes, it's all about motive and their's is not pure!
Any word on release of earnings report? According to my broker, they're late filing, i.e., have failed to file by thy date (Aug 2) they formerly anticipated. Anyone?
Sh*t, more news. Now it's going to drop further!
Yes, lots of volume last two days - in fact biggest back to back combined volume days in last year - but isn't moving up much at all. Never a good sign. IMHO
at what price?
Was thinking of investing in this stock. What are you implying by your comment?
Lots of volume, little price action. Seldom a good sign. Hope this is an exception to the rule.
It's always "next time" with this stock. Sigh!
Your return was predicted in post #36098, nothing surprising about it:
"Like the aging athlete, beyond their prime, future prospects dim, announcing 'retirement,' yet unable to stay away from the game, Hugo will be back! Mark this post!"
Des, I could not find it. Do you have a link?
don't think so...we're into the 'dump after the pump' phase of stock movement. IMHO
Yes, this Thursday:

That's one way of looking at it. But with the second largest volume day of the year and only a very modest uptick in the sp to show for it, it is disconcerting given how 'pump n dump' patterns typically unfold in subsequent trading sessions. Time will tell.
Like the aging athlete, beyond their prime, future prospects dim, announcing 'retirement,' yet unable to stay away from the game, Hugo will be back! Mark this post!
Don't buy into that view. Many stocks are green today in spite of the Markets. Ours - despite the great news - is not one of them!!
Red on the heels of yesterday's news! Unbelievable! This defies all rationality.
Huh?
"Congratulations to all the Shareholders that have stuck it out.Its been a very long Journey. Finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!"
For the life of me, I can not see "the light at the end of the tunnel." I need you help. Can you please point me to the light? That is, where's your evidence for such a seemingly outrageous claim?
"It won't affect the awesome risk:reward from current prices substantially."
You might be the only one on this board who can take advantage of "...the awesome risk:reward from current prices..." Otherwise, everyone else is suffering at a much higher, 'not so awesome' avg. sp, well above these financing terms. Again, the loyal SH's take it on the chin while the financer/lender is well positioned with a sweet deal.
Market doesn't care much for today's news. On paper it looks good for the long-term but maybe, for reasons unknown to me, there are short-term negatives that hurt the balance sheet?
With respect Doc - you have much to offer this board - but I must say your seeming capacity for patience vs A&C is easy to understand knowing you entry into this investment was at 0.60 cents and thus, even a pps of $1.80 - terrible for most - is a three bagger for you. You can even further wait it out, maybe until it drops to $1.20, and still you have doubled your investment. Patience is all relative, isn't it?
Massive yawn!!
Be nice to see ANY launch a similiar lawsuit. Perhaps this is in the works??? Don't suppose they hinted at anything like this during yesterday's CC??
hugo, I searched but could not find this update...do you have a link? Thanks.
The sell-off is on...arrrgh!!
Sorry but no one, I mean no one, can answer this definitively. The best that can be offered are opinions. Here's mine, simply stated: the market - all markets - are rigged and manipulated beyond imagination. The extent is overwhelming, unfathomable, and geared toward the 'trickle up' affect, i.e., make the wealthy wealthier at the expense of honest investors who unwittingly get caught up in an ugly game that, more often than not, robs them of their money enriching the nefarious, corrupt, dark minds who, in this case, have targeted ANY.
"It all happens right around the reverse split when rusty got the company. IMO rusty got shafted to a degree and is having to clean it up now." (quoted from one of Cardiac Kid's posts).
Rusty wasn't the only one who "got shafted." So did all the SH from the former company, Cooper Holding Corp. He f*@#ed all of the SH, myself included. Likely will never recover my original investment.
This much volume, this early, without moving the pps up, is disconcerting and cause for concern.
np...thanks for clarifying your position and intention!
This is three years old!!
Silverline, have you forwarded this provocative, informative article to ANY management? Perhaps they might find it indicative and helpful to their, and shareholders, cause? Maybe they might, in turn, forward it to the Committee they just formed studying how to increase SH value?
