cant blame them...from jumping from a sinking ship....I bet they wished the would have jumped alot sooner......just sayin
So much for the SEC protecting investors.....lots of money has been lost from the high of .13 ......just saying...
TD,,,,,that referenced post......pretty much sums it up...no one has done more DD on this company then yourself.....no one can argue that fact.....GLTA
Rutttttt Whoooaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!! looks like the end is in sight here.....PPS is a long way from .13 at the height of the big oil strike in Belieze!!!!!!!!!!!Good luck to all...
At least they have finally figured out after three strikes....you don't have oil....hard lesson to learn...and very hard on shareholders who bought in on their news of striking oil and estimating 6m barrels of reserves.....JUst saying....GLTA AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!
I hear what you guys are saying....I guess I don't have a lot of confidence depending on integrity of CEO"S in penny stocks I have been invested in ...in the past....it has sorta distorted my view of most all of penny stocks in general...I know there are still some honest CEO's out there doing the right thing..i just haven't had the best of luck picking them...GLTA...lol
I have to point out again....why why would they want to get relisted,,,,if they are rolling in the money...and are private now.......they don't have to answer to the sec or shareholders anymore....they can do whatever they want.....which is and sound like....rolling in the money......Just thinking out loud.....
Wow!!!!!! the never ending story.. .....a penny stock nightmare......new investors better dig deep before investing in any penny stock..........Just my opinion.....good luck to all .... word of advice to newbies.....do you own DD......and don't rush to buy... dig deep...listen to the pros and the cons and look at the proof yourself...there is plenty of information out there about TECO
Oh my goodness.....we cant make it drilling or producing oil....so we will try to make it in the drilling business....how long will this company keep the wheels turning....when will they fess up they don't have anything with san juan 3.....I guess it hasn't been long enough to know.......this is just my opinion....
You summed it up in that last quote...nicely....
And then a reverse split!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How long can a business stay afloat with financials like that....increase A/S ....and so much for the Malaysian connection.....Warren gone....smart man.....WOW~~~~~ all I can say.....and reality of west texas...seems to have been a lot of hype.....GLTA ,,,,,can anyone pull one positive from the 10q
Good point.....what I have been saying all along.....but we will have to wait...to see if relisting occurs...in which I hope it does.......GLTA
TECO should let him come to Belize and get his rig.....it certainly hadn't hit oil....3 wells later....that way they could wrap up operations....down there.....Just My Opinion...
Im not siding with anyone....if teco was as bad as you say,,why is it that they haven't been shut down by the SEC,,,,or BK-7,,if the whole company is fraudulent...it seems someone or some agency would have shut them down ..by now....I just not sure they have broke any laws...and I hope after another dry hole in Belize,,
I wish they would let you have your rig back....(donate it back to you) and take the loss...they really have bigger problems to deal with financially....JMO
Everytime TECO says it taking 2 steps forward...it seems like it is revealed that they actually took 4 steps back,,,,,go figure....
I thought they were making headway with TRRC issues!!!!
They supposedly sold wells and leases for 550k,giving them enough money to do what they needed to do with TRRC,,,and plugging wells....whats the heck???? where is all the money going>>????
Now that's how you do it.......all needs to be done now ...is get relisted.....
Cant argue with you there.....
All I know....is on that news alone....it shot the price up to .13 pps/////somebody made buku money on that news....I wasn't prepared to sell thinking it was going to go higher...until the real news about san juan 1 and 2 come out...Belize is by far the biggest fiasco I have ever experienced...and was my initiation in penny stocks...and madeley wasn't much better....however time heals all wounds...and I believe if TECO did anything wrong...The SEC would have already acted....I believe now that TECO mgt was just given bad info from geologist and drillers on the ground..it obviously not as cut and dry as one would think... .Just my opinion....
Well thanks...I think...lol...I have been on both sides of the fence with TECO...and what I have come to understand...is that there are two extremes working here....I believe the truth is somewhere in the middle....Just my opinion again..I wish every company success....and every investor especially penny stock investors.....big returns..its tuff in the business world...especially the oil business...small companies are at a very big disadvantage.....
The argument is a lot stronger they don't....that's just my opinion I could wrong on that point. but their chance were very slim ...finding viable oil..with no seismic work being done....its like trying to find a needle in a haystack...in my opinion....it going to end up like san juan 1 and 2...remember those zones of intrest...they didn't find anything under the cap rock in san juan 3....didn't they say...they had to concrete in the bottom of the drill bore hole...then explore the other zones of intrest for possible oil....sounds to me like it the same zones like san juan 1 and 2.....its another dry hole..in my opinion.......
It is what it is,,,it seems to me that they are trying to do the right thing...and take care of the issues..are they going to make everyone happy...NO!!!there will always be somebody with an axe to grind...that's why they have lawyers...I still say they have a to do list......
1 Take care of all TRRC issues and fines
2 get filings caught up with SEC
3 admit they have no viable oil with San Juan 3
4 get production reports filed with trrc and report accurate production of each producing well ..they own intrest in...
5 Get contract with us fuels finalized and PR'd
6 Beat the pavement..here in the usa finding projects worth the risk...
7 and last but not least get the heck out of Belize and be transparent with everything good and bad ...going forward..
these are just my opinions...TECO can change and turn things around....like any company that learns from their mistakes...
If there was oil with san juan 3......news would have already leaked out....plus the pps would be headed up with more volume.....just my opinion.....don't expect any oil from belize....Teco future is right here......
YOur right EZ....how many times has this stock went from sub penny or a penny to .03 or .04 cents....this is certainly a candidate for flipping.....not sure its a long term growth investment.....to many mistakes...and a lot of missed projections and pr's.... why do they make such big claims in their pr's that are never reached or achieved...honesty is the best policy...just be realistic and honest in your reporting...and work hard to do the right thing,,,,,,and everything will follow...that's just my opinion...they still have a chance to turn things around...IMO
It said they would be paid within the next 3 months...I figure 3 equal payments...lol lets just say...they could get started plugging and paying fines...if that money is coming in....jmo
Yeah your right....cant argue those facts....it seems like they would learn ...knowing that whatever they pr is going to be checked into for accuracy and follow thru by all who invested and future investors .not to mention their critics as well.......I don't understand that....
What happen to all the oil being produced and sold from the videos....It would seem that they have the money to take care of all the trrc issues(550k from sell of leases) if they wanted to....they just need to do it.....get r done...and move on...get the heck out of belize...if san juan 3 is not viable(in which I believe is not)...every start up company struggles and makes mistakes.dont keep doing the same thing...and expecting different results......time to learn from them and move on...Just my opinions...
That's why I asked the question...can supplier supply additional increase if needed...if they really want to break loose...why not go for it...and it is yet to be seen if they really have the demand to back up figures for 2014.....just thinking out loud...
It seems like they are focusing their efforts in the south...if they really want to get going.....why not market it ..nationwide...including major metro areas......and I wonder now if their supplier could keep up with greater demand.....if needed,,,,,,
If they do the right thing...and plug the wells and pay the fines......it would give them the chance to fight another day in Texas....I believe they have enough money...with the sale of the leases...and the directors have enough of their own money...to get it done.....question is...will they.....I think they will but I have been wrong BEFORE...when it comes to TREATY.....GLTA
Thanks TD,,i understand what your saying....but you would think...that TECO has enough money 550k from the sell of these leases...to take care of any plugging and compliance issues with the TRRC,,,,,,If they wanted to.....JMO
TD,,,,,is there anyway of knowing if the sell of the leases which TECO PR'd recently has went thru...????

Didn't Teco say it was selling some marginal wells in Texas..for 500k .....did the sell happen...did they get the 500k??? do they still have to take care of the issues or does the new owner have to take care of the issues.......also if they did just get an influx of 500k...that should be enough money to take care of plugging and paying fines....just saying
Someone,,,,,,Don't want it to fall to below a penny....shoring up support before it gets there.....if you look at the past...this has been a good stock to flip...big money can buy at a penny and flip at .03....and make some money......Just my opinion
I believed you then....and I still believe you....TECO will have to show me the oil and proof its theirs...before I will change my mind ...on the issue..you saved me some money.(only to be lost elsewhere in pennyland).GLTA
TECO is more like a foot ......their car quit running a long time ago..since last year Belize debacle....they just need to take their car into the shop ..with some certified technicians to get it fix......jake legs will never fix it right...they will just patch it up to get you by...just to breakdown again ...its time to get your car fixed right....TECO.......JMO
Get TRRC fixed....first and foremost....
Get filings up to date
Get finalize contract with Us fuels done and 8k
Get news out about san juan 3.. and either move on ..or show results....
Get the drill bit turning again...with published report of how much working intrest ,,in Stockton wells...and future projects...
Get to beating the pavement...for some new projects with some potential...
Learn from your mistakes....publish the truth...good or bad...investors understand..not every project is succesfull..
This is all my opinion...wishing...everyone success..good luck to all
WOW,,,The saga continues,,,,its almost like a bad dream,,,that you have over and over....What is the status of TRRC issues???They made it seem like it was handled...What are the conditions of contract with us fuels...and Stockton wells?????
Nice early morning read.....Thanks for posting TD,,,,it seems like he answered each and every allegation....and seemed to explain everything away....Real good legal work right there....It probably took awhile to answer and research all of the questions.and allegations...for his rebuttal on each...no wonder it was late....Just my opinions....
TD you know as well as I do.....there are always 2-sides to every legal issue.....as a investor on the sidelines....you don't know what to believe...I understand your arguments of the letter of the law....but that is not always the case...especially when lawyers get involved....Just saying....
Smart move on TECO's part......moving away from marginal shallow wells.....cant blame them for that......it seems like the TRRC issues aren't keeping them from conducting business.....JMO
