I know he's involved with TDEY and i believe PBHG. At least in the recent past.
When is the 10k due?
Thanks
I don't really post but I have been here since the run up under Ortiz and regularly read the board. When the reverse merger went through I purchased several large groups between 4 and 7. Waiting for good news on contracts which will come, IMO.
Can any supply a link the last quarters results, I don't see it in the iHub news for Azfl and it's not listed on my scottrade account.
Thanks
I see there is about 1 billion share OS which is great for this type of stocks with assets.
Does anyone know how many preferred share are issued and authorized? And do they have a dividend and/or can they convert to common share at what ratio.
Thanks in advance!
Anyone know how many of the preferred shares have been issues and are outstanding? I know 10 million are authorized?
Thanks
How is this tied to TDEY? I have been in TDEY since it was over .01, if they were making movies like this since 2011 I am sure Mr Ortiz would have mentioned on one of his weekly shareholder calls, which I listened to many of them.
Though believe me I am look forward to the day this gets out of its comma state and shows some life!
Can you post a link to the webcast.
Thank you
Is the conference call still on for 4:30 est?
I have Scottrade as well and see the same info, if you click on the PDGO# symbol you go to real time data page with current share price info (ask/bid). And looks like you can at least buy addition shares. I have not tried to buy or sell any shares.
Sorry there were messages before saying AS would be affected with the reverse split.
And I agree they should have reduced the AS the same as the OS, but it is still a reduction of the AS. I been in companies that have not changed the AS after a reverse split, it was not good just diluted back to the original OS before the reverse split.
The AS is not affected by a forward or reverse split! So the AS was reduced with approval of the board.
Reverse Split
A reverse split lowers the number of shares outstanding. For example: if a company reverse splits its stock 1-for-2, it means the shareholders must turn in their certificates and receive new certificates evidencing ownership of half the previous number of shares. A shareholder who owns 1,000 shares pre-split will own 500 shares of the post-split stock. The total number of outstanding shares decreases but the total number of authorized shares doesn't change. If the company had 100 million authorized shares and 50 million shares issued and outstanding pre-split, it will have 25 million issued and outstanding shares post-split and 100 million shares authorized. Post-split, the company will have 75 million shares that can be issued in the future if needed to raise capital. Prior to the reverse split, this available number of authorized shares had been 50 million out of the total 100 million authorized.

I could not find a reference to A/S in your text. Here is a link that talks about affect on A/S at bottom of the page.

I have lost a lot of money by holding stocks with a reverse split when the OS was near maximum and then watching them dilute back up to near the maximum.
So I think the reduction in AS is a positive, though there is still a lot of room to dilute.
The reverse split (or forward split) does not affect the A/S.
Vince does seem to have a plan the question is can he follow it through to completion?
In the last CC Clark mentioned a Meet and Greet in November, if there is anyone know the date, time and place?
I just want to confirm the type of 3D glasses needed are the Red/Blue type glasses as shown in the ads of their new app. Would the polarized type work? I want to pick up of few pair.
Also I am buying a Roku player to try out the app when it's released for Roku. If the app is as good as the android this company is good as gold! Main things I want to check is picture quality on larger TVs (46-55") and if the 3D would work on non 3D TVs similarly to the portable devices where you need the glasses. If this is as good as I think it will be TDEY could play with the big boys (if content is available)!
Why was the Clark Ortiz podcast not upload and available after yesterday's conference call. I usually listen after work in the evening but still not able to listen to to yesterday's call?
When will audited fins be released, I though early Oct?
My concern was not that content is going to increase just that a big marketing push is underway now. I have seen 4 Facebook ads on my news feed. They are really rolling this out. But someone who does not the company or plan on content will be turned off real quick.
I am concerned about the content and initial release of available movies. I had a friend download on an android tablet for her 3 kids. Her take was it is a nice looking app easy to navigate but big disappointment in selection of movies she read of the movies listed under Family section:
Death Row
End of Harvest
Footprints
Gifted Hands
Joanna
Veggie Tales ( the only one she liked and knew )
Life of Jesus
White Chocolate
Wood Carver
Max Lucado
And under family Preview was:
Avatar
Boltz
I Robot
Alice in Wonderland
How to Train your dragon
Pirates of the Caribbean
Plus more
Now I am total cool with and glad there is a good religious selection but do not think this is the best forward posture with the marketing blitz. There are plenty of good family movies that are 3 or more years old that should have been included in the initial release. CONTENT is king and maybe think the launch should have been delayed to get more content up and available.
The people who are checking this out are interested, once they are turned off it will be very difficult to get them back!
I am still long but content need to be there for download!
I have general concerns with the honesty of this company. A few months ago I listened to the 10 min conference call where Danos just talked about he worked a long weekend overseeing a new rig being installed on one of the well, and the numbers looked good. He stated in a couple of weeks they will know steady production numbers what happened to that well?
My two questions are 1) ok they killed the share price, we all take chances but do they have a plan of growth. This may not be a bad entry point, if the next question can be answered. 2) more important can management be trusted!
Starting to get concerned myself. I have issues with them not releasing the quarter results and waiting on financing. Should be no reason to wait, the company has a responsibility to release results good, bad, or indifferent in timely manner.
Still long, and hoping for news soon!
"which would give Al Rami a 45 percent stake in Lily in exchange for a $65 million loan"
Since they stated the pervious loan fell through this may be only way to get the company up and running. But it seems to be a very pricy with giving 45% of the company away for a loan of $65 million which you then have to repay.
Would it not be better to pay a higher interest rate, even junk bond rates, then to give a stake of 45% away?
Very true. I base cost on last year numbers, though initial well cost should not be reoccurring.
Thank you agin for the info, I keep you with the boards on iHub but only have a basic membership for posting so I am limited on number of post.
Good info, Thank you!
I agree, already started a position today. Just looking to see if I should add more and hold or trade when in target range.
Thank you, I will look into the IBox, but unable to access on my iPad will check on my laptop. Looking forward to sustained production.
I think LHPT needs around 10 barrels per day to break even; my amateur estimate based on price of oil minus cost to recover that was mentioned on a conference call last year.
I know this wont happen with Perry and/or Lucy Lee, But any production will be good for this company and be reflected in the pps.
Yes, just based on extraction cost. I don't expect the company to be profitable on one load of coal, just trying to see about where they would need to be to be close to turning a profit.
Does anyone know the BTU rating and SO2 of the coal they are shipping? Or how much they make on a per ton basis after extraction cost?
Thanks
Does anyone know the status of the Lucy Lee well? I thought they setup the rig end of January or early February.
Did they finish or wait for additional funding (which I assume they raised recently within the last 45 days or so).
Would be nice to have some positive news on the Lucy Lee when the production numbers are released here soon for the Perry wells!
Thank you for the reply. I can't figure out how SAMP ticker is trading up if all properties and profits goes to LIGA? I know companies will buy xx% of shares and of course the parent get xx% of the profits.
I can't find any news describing the framework of the deal. I will keep searching.
I am trying to understand better what does SAMP own and what does LIGA own.
In LIGAs press release they state: "The new asset valuation also did not include our holdings in South American Properties, Inc. (OTCPK: SAMP) which remains an entity we expect will contain significant assets and properties located outside the United States."
Partnerships and JVs are a good thing but It seems LIGA owns all of the properties in South America? I called the contact number listed on the SAMP website and they answered LIGA.
I did pickup shares in both companies and just want to understand the relationship better.
Thanks in advance I only have a limited account for messages.

How do you get to ibox when viewing this site from the tablet app? Thanks
I am trying to understand the relationship between LIGA and SAMP, it looks like LIGA owns SAMP.

I can't highlight {our holdings} which is LIGA.
Thank You for the reply!
The news release on June 7th indicates LIGA will get a dividend in share of SAMP; how many shares are being released to LIGA shareholders and what did SAMP get in return?
I got in after looking over the new project and the share structure is incredibly small for a penny stock. But it appears assets are under LIGA, Just looking for more info to determine if I want to buy more of SAMP.
Thanks in advance,
What is the web sites address? Thanks
Does anyone know the current AS and OS? Thanks
Looks like about 426 million share are outstanding based on 33,333,334 common shares are 7.8134% of class.
Unless I misunderstand the % of class.
If true that's about 300 million shares sold which would bring 750k at an average of 0.0025. They should have been able to get their financials updated.
The trade rate has slowed way down; with a float of about 50M people must be running out of shares now. Lol. This must be a bottom now!
