That site hasn't been updated since January 2011. It's likely they don't know about T's purchase or they could be out of business now. It is interesting though, haven't seen them before, but they'd only be using services from RMTD no ownership or otherwise.
And what with a MODEST P/E ratio of 10 that's a 1B market cap! T is easily worth that and more!
Maybe post it in the FB group?
That's just a non formal NDA, it confirms nor denies anything. And I mean recently.
Has anyone tried emailing Gary or David? It's likely they can't say anything but I'm just wondering if anyone has gotten through.
I've been trying to put one together. Self funded startup w/ about 3M, first angel investors in 2011, KPCB in 2013, GM Ventures and Fontinalis in 2014, and recent $40M funding this year. Filings are becoming more frequent, might see another in a couple months. It's hard to say, and I want it to be 2015, but maybe October for their Latitude event?
I've been trying to find anything online but it's all air tight, no one is saying anything. Short of hacking into their email server, we'll just have to wait it out.
Over the course of 6 years? No. I've seen steeper AS raises and real, non fanatical, dilution in a matter of months. The max float is around 10B and shareholders have 1B confirmed, so really a lot of that is being traded between hands. Not to mention the couple billions that traded in a matter of minutes over the summer - no amount of shareholders could absorb all of that, those were MM trades.
Prove the dilution then. Since 2009 a little over 10B shares traded, hardly dilution. If this was a pump and dump, there would be a ton more people posting here and buying shares at prices higher than .0001.
How many times do we have to go over this? No filings = no dilution. And since RMTD hasn't been required since 2009 to report anything, that 29B is old news - we really don't know what the true OS is. Heck, most of that could be retired by now.
As for the Twitter guys, what's the point in pumping a "dead" stock at .0001? It hasn't moved in over a year now. Personally, I think it's a bot that someone forgot to turn off.
They've been doing that for months. My guess is someone here, who has a couple Twitter bots, has been pumping a bit.
At least we have promoters in the realm of Twitter

No go. It's been taken by a credit report company. Was weird though. Maybe Google routed the old Remote Dynamics HQ to Ts website but didn't know RDs HQ isn't there but in Cali now
This is odd. I was googling around with T and guess what I found..
A "print shop" in the exact same complex as RMTD old headquarters with Ts name and everything.

Maybe RMTD employees were never laid off and all got new jobs at this "print shop."
I'm intrigued, going to check it out after work.
Gary will get a whole outfit! The guy deserves recognition for getting T to use us for RM. I suppose David should get a shirt too? Haha
I'll bring them to the RMTD shareholders meeting in Vegas once T goes public. Free of charge. Or maybe we should meet in Cali?? Lol
On Customink.com for 60 polo shirts, it's about $35 per shirt. I figure all pre-rm shareholders would get one. The whole order is $2K and I'll gladly pay for them when we get post-rm!
Im going to get shirts made.
Front: RMTD
Back: Glad I could clear that up for you.
Lol

Further reading on this, and just me thinking out loud..
So $40M allows them to bypass the seasoning period required by NASDAQ, otherwise they MUST trade on the OTC.
They raised $39,999,999.
This makes me think that if they raise exactly $40M or more then they HAVE to go directly to the NASDAQ, which is apparently not their plan.
The $93M was specifically from KPCB as a VC fundraising for IPO, imo. (Although it was allegedly spent on "infrastructure," which could mean anything)
The $39M was an actual pre IPO pool funding from accredited investors, ie private placement or such.
Now, I'm not sure if the SEC or NASDAQ sees any differences in how these monies were raised or if it pertains to the seasoning rule. Also not sure if the undisclosed VC money from Fontinalis/GM applies as well.
What is clear though is that $39M in funding was deliberate and specific, although the reason is still unclear. (Though seasoning fits the bill)
I could be wrong about all this but I thought I would share.
P.S. I'm rooting for no RS with massive share retiring instead :D
P.S.S. They read this board, so I say GIVE US SOME INFO GUYS!
$$RMTD$$
That's all I gots to say about that.
That's cause T hasn't gone public yet :D going public takes a while, but with all their VC money it should be sooner than later. I hope you'll join me in strutting to the bank one day to make a large cash withdrawal ;)
Their next big event is Latitude in October 26-28. That would be the perfect time to announce imo, but news could also come any day as well!
Interesting. If you look at the form D/A filing it was specifically $39,999,999 that was raised. Last time it was exactly $25,000,000. I wonder why they chose to do that, especially with all their other VC money.

Maybe what the $40M private offerings are about. $oon!!
Form D filing amended last Friday. $40,000,000!!

Lost one related persons and added 2 more investors as well.
INTERESTING TO SAY THE LEAST!
Amen!
Your margin of error is nearly 43%. Probably like the rest of your posts.
500M float is about par for penny world, not bad at all, in fact average I would say.
Also your math is wrong.
Whoops, sorry.
Hopefully this one works
Looks like Telogis got another round of litigation to go with their fundraising.
If Rothschild didn't get anywhere, what makes this guy think he has a chance?

Is it possible for a private company to simply own a shell company without going public? Wouldn't the purchase of the shell require some sort of disclosure to the shell shareholders via 8K and compensation? What if Cozzens still owns the shell and is being paid by Telogis to keep it active since RM is their route but didn't want to disclose anything so only bought the assets first. Would explain no litigation or investigation by the SEC since RMTD simply ceased operations and stopped filing.
I'm probably all sorts of wrong someone please correct me.
It is impressive to say the least. Their going public is going to be a big deal, especially for Ford and GM. IPO has to be around the corner and if we do end up getting screwed out of compensation with no RM or APO, I'll still be buying when they do go public. Been here too long and damn if I'm not going to make at least some money on T.
Next Thursday!? Lol awesome!
Where could that info on Walters be found?
Doubt this loser puts out any news this week or next. I would love to be wrong, but I just don't think I will be.
*yet :)
When it does happen, T's APO/RM will be a rather big deal.
Funding from 3 different VC firms in the past 2 years.

We know about the $93M from KPCB, any guesses on how much they got from GM and Fontalis?
Thanks.
Anyone have any idea on how much it costs to keep a Transfer Agent active?
Specifically BNYMellon Shareowner Services, or the like.

Anyone can make a 911 trade. Sure it's only .09 cents and a $7 broker fee, but for $7.09 wouldn't you try and see if you could stir some interest in a stock if you thought your money was dead here?
