What do think is happening here? Takeover attempt?
Bought my first 5k shares at less then a dollar and another 5k at $ 1.60. Currently own a little over 11k shares. Been my best historical holding : )
Thanks gremlin. I've been in this stock for the past couple of years. It's obviously not where I had hoped, but the going dark doesn't mean they have really changed as a company. What's your thoughts on potential dilution? From my reading on going dark I cannot find anything that would indicate dilution is a probable issue. It seems the going dark is a positive due to the filing/listing $$$ savings and really has very little noticible negative implications for the shareholders. Just looking for other rational opinions. I'm in for the long haul here as I think the financials are pretty good and the negative performance as of late seems to be mostly due to the dollars spent on the storage facility and decision to hold product in storage until prices and demand improve. Any other opinions on these items are appreciated. Thanks guys!!!
Stay focused..appreciate your opinion but i do not believe that is accurate. CMFO does not need cash. They are self sufficient and I believe are much more likely to buy back stock then to sell more. It would be better for them to stay listed and put out pr's if their motives were to sell more shares. I believe they know the potential upcoming revenues and are trying to own as much of the company as possible by buying back shares at these reduced prices. Saving a few million per year only helps the returns and increases company value even further. Just my opinion. I respect yours as well. I guess we'll have to wait and see how this shakes out.

Truly only my opinion here...I believe the "going dark" has been in the plans for several quarters. With self inflicted reduction in sales last quarter they may achieved limiting their total stock holders to the necessary under 300 which triggered the ability to go dark status. With this new status they now save millions of dollars in market listing fees and are in a financial situation that really does require them to need more funding from addition stock holders. I could see a stock buy back from the company in the next 2 quarters to further strengthen the value of the company. I believe this will ultimately increase the pps greatly over the next 2-4 quarters. I'm holding tight and will be buying more shares gradually over the next few months. This is only my opinion.
Going dark does not mean bankrupt. It means they are leaving the Nasdaq to avoid the $2M in yearly listing fees. I would guess they will still report to shareholders thru their website with an outside firm verifying financial results. Google "going dark" and get educated prior to making your decision on whether to sell or not. Just my suggestion. Definitely don't go by what people on this message advise u to do.....including me. Happy investing!!!
Omaha Walgreen add has power fuse and electro fuse products for $3.99. Also, expiration date on the power fuse I bought last week was November 2014. Tells me that they are going through inventories.
Thanks Frank. Sorry, I just can't find the time to read and follow this as much as I would like. I sincerely appreciate yours and others information that they provide. Keep up the good work!!!!
So, educate me. Exactly how could/will this affect MMRF pps? What might be the future affect? THanks Frank.
Products got in Walgreens stores in Omaha market on Friday.
Where is the phone number at for the call tomorrow? I didn't see it in the PR. Thanks.
Nobody is buying because most people do not follow the stock that closely (believe or not, we are the very, very few....for now). Once sales are reported and large sales increases are shown, then people will take notice and start researching the stock to see waht potential it might have. That's how it works. Most investors wait for solid results before even starting to research a potential investment.
I hope we don't either. But I do hope that they end up like Under Armor, General Growth Properties, Sears Holdings, MyMedicalRecords and Celgene. Those are the stocks that I have been invested in and watching for years :)
Batty, I think the adjustments will be made in store inventory as the supply/demand scenario is more obvious to the warehouses. Instead of shipping 4 total units each time, I believe they will adjust accordingly to assure product availability in the stores. I also believe that there most likely has been discussions highlighting the product in Walgreen print advertising to announce the new product and it's availability at Walgreens which will really help in product awareness. Not saying anyone is right or wrong here, just trying to do my best to predict the forthcoming revenues and probable company and retailer actions. I will stick with my 2.5M prediction for the 3rd quarter. I think the Walgreen outlet product availability will grow as demand warrants.
I agree RPH. I can't see how it is going to take several quarters to start showing some cash flow. I think the 3rd quarter will see around $2.5M in sales and then the 4th quarter, when inventories are able to grow, we should see the $3.5M per quarter or better. Add in the potential new retailers and it could easily get to $5M per quarter in early 2014. For a start up company, that is still in infancy stages, that is pretty darn good.
Eagle...I like your estimate better then FuseIT, but his estimate is closer to what I came up with. Not saying you are wrong, just saying that my estimates are in the $.55 neighborhood.
Thanks FuseIT. Anyone else.....? This could actually be productive site if it were used to getting knowledge and sharing information rather than talking about planets and sssssssstuff.
Thanks Again.
PPS question:
Just for scenario sake. Let's say sales over the next 4 quarters would average around $5M per quarter. Don't ask where that number came from, just go with it. So, $20M in sales over the next 12 months. What is the best estimate (and why) of where the PPS would be? I'm curious on what everyone's predictions/forecasts for the pps. Thank You in advance for your calculations!!!!!
Long Fuse!!!!
Mark280....I tend to agree with your view here. It would make sense to me that they team up with WebMD in order to pursue those patents without having to fight them on their own (with limited resources at this time). WebMD is the perfect partner and would bring immediate name recognition to their sales efforts and also to their court filings. Seems like a good fit for the company and would secure the PPS for the shareholder.
The omaha Walgreens I checked did not have the products. The golf galaxy did have the products and had sold 8 of their 10 units that they had gotten in their first shipment. So 8 units in 6 sales days. Just a little info for the score keepers. I'll check the key west Walgreen on Saturday as I will be there for a week starting this week.
I watch Cramer every night and I know he draws a huge audience. This will be the biggest publicity item yet. MAD MONEY provides pretty good insights and hopefully Daymond will promote the hell out of the products. I like the potential run up from this appearance. GO FUSE!!! LONGS are going to get rewarded very, very soon.
Captain...yes sir I did. 30K more. Perfect dip at a perfect time for me. Hope you got yours as well.
Wexahoot....It was "just for conversation purposes" as stated in my orginal post. Not meant to make a statement or forecast. Just to raise an actual discussion on the board instead of just nonsense as usual. Geesh......
Thanks Shore. I wasn't sure on P/E and exactly how that would reflect to share price. $15/share.....I would take that!!!!!
Stupid Calculator......15,000 locations selling 5 units each per day @ $9 equals $675,000 per day times 365 days equals $246,375,000 per year in sales. O.K., now what's your estimated stock price valuation? I knew that last amount seemed a little low. My bad. What's your opinions?
Just for conversation purposes (maybe a little dreaming involved here as well).....everyone's opinion welcome.
15,000 locations that sell 5 units per day each @ $9 per sale equals an estimated $135,000 per day in revenue. Take that number times 365 days puts sales (per year) at around $50,000,000. Margins seem very strong, so should float good $$$'s to the bottom line.
So here's the question to those who may have more valuation knowledge then I, what would the valuation be at the current stock counts?
DISASTER!!!!!!!!!
Sorry Taco, I thought you said Gold93 ;)...
Not to be a critic....but I really hope you're joking.
Just did it mid afternoon today. I manage a shopping center and have GNC and Dicks on my property. I don't post often, but I did provide updates on GNC before and at the time of their rollout. The managers are pretty good at finding out information for me when I request updates.
I just spoke with a Dicks local manager who told me that it was in the warehouse (he got on his computer and looked up the product). He told me that these types of new products generally go to the top 50 stores (3 times larger then the normal dicks) and that they should be in the stores within the next 7 days. Once in those stores then other rollouts will come "systematically". Just what he told me from looking up the product in the system.
In my opinion......in the next 60 days this thing is going to be "On Like Donkey Kong"!!!!!! Just showing my age a little so that SHORE will pay attention : )
I think it really comes down to one of two things....1) you believe that the Health Care Records are going to be required by the end of 2014 or 2.) you don't believe that anyone will really need to follow the mandated program. I think that with the recently signed agreements with health care providers (everyone has to start somewhere), the relationships with Alcatel/Kodak/Others(others believe in the potential) and with the patent protection(God knows how many of those are in place) that MMRF has a better then average chance of making some pretty good $$$$$. I don't have all the answers to the questions and there are several lines that everyone needs to read between. That being said, I have seen enough to invest and I will continue to add at this level unless something changes my current views.
sdmy.....I hope you are correct, but I would be astonished if that actually happened. I think we're looking at Mid year or end of the third quarter before those type of numbers are even possible. I believe we need some positive revenue growth for a couple of quarters before the real buying will start. That being said, the positive is that we have time to continue to acquire additional shares while the prices are attractive.
Bgrass...People have asked you before, so please answer just one time. If you hate this stock and its directors, then why don't you sell and why are you the self proclaimed "largest shareholder" (I think I probably am). Anyway, please answer.
As the largest share holder.....
Just get up out of your chair, walk down the hallway, knock on Brians door and ask him.
I don't know any wealthy people....except for me once DROP hits $10!!! :)
Got my order on Friday in Omaha. Got two of each!!!! Just took one after attending a birthday party last night. I need some Electro Fuse to hopefully feel better.
Education Forthcoming..... Bgrass, the smart money (institutional buys) will not be allowed to buy until the stock reaches at least $1 ps (most likely until the company can show several quarterly reports with positive gains). The road to $1 per share will be filled with private investors (such as us) being there to scoop up shares as each quarterly report shows increased revenues and forecasts (should those be, as we all believe, show significant revenue growth and forecasted additional gains). The private investor actually has a huge advantage in catching the infancy of a company and therefore have the opportunity for huge gains from penny range to the early dollar ranges. That's why we are all here. Beating the Institutional buying that will drive the price up to match the Earnings Per Share ratios. If you need any further education, please let me know. Thanks for your participation.
UHD, I also agree. I think the Drops will be rolled out to several venues in January and even more through the first 6 months of 2013. As we all realize, the drop product is the product that is forecasted to carry the load for company revenues. I can't wait to see the quarterly reports in 2013. All the patience is now going to pay off greatly and those doubters will be subject to ridicule (at least from me). GO FUSE!!! Load up today!!!!
I'll Play!!!! I think the pps will rise by .004. If news released, I recant on this prediction!!!! Thanks Rookie.
