The following quote is from their March 28 news release:
I think "and to raise funding" means they will again sell shares after the R/S. I wonder how low they will be willing to push it for raising capital? I wish that had been in the news release.
I'd rather buy say, a million shares, after the R/S at .0005 if possible, than to buy 10M now at .0001.
I would feel more comfortable with this if they were also reducing the authorized shares along with the R/S, but the release specifically states that no reduction in A/S will occur.
