ZNGA had organized an all hands internally last week and it seems there is lot of positives from my friends working there. ZNGA is targeting Farmville itself to generate 1B$ in 2 years, pretty astonishing to generate that amount from just 1 game but the numbers reflect this is possible. real money gaming is definitely on track but no one knows what kind of numbers UK market can generate this year. Zynga poker was number 1 mobile app in UK for 2012 so there is optimism that numbers will be huge after launch. Overall they are pretty focussed to reduce the number of titles in the market and launch and maintain only those games that can generate profitability. They have a pretty good strategy this year to do the right thing for the business.

Somehow I feel why wouldn't private investment firms consider investing here in PPHM now if there is such a strong upside we are expecting to happen soon. Some firms are able to get the inside information easily, they would be willing to take a risk and that would have reflected in price.

Practically, it is just 2nd phase trial decision that is going to be reconsidered in next month or two and there is a very very long way to believe this stock investment would be a success. Lot of drugs fail in 3rd trial. And if FDA does not consider BAVI for 2nd trial rerun and rejects it, this will go back to $1 and Steve Garnick will then know that "it is time to kill" crashing all the dreams.

Whereas I also hope that things work out, some of the posts that say this will $10 or $97 are outrageous. Dont dream too big, wall street punters will be first to take a big slice if there is a lottery ticket to be won and we will know much later. I predict ZNGA will be back to IPO price before half year. People have been too cautious all this while
but ZNGA people themselves will be surprised with what online gambling brings to them this year. They just need to have a good infrastructure to support this, they already have readymade fantastic user base to make hundreds of millions of dollars this year if this goes through just in UK market. I think we will be near $4 around next earnings call to start upward push.

One thing I do not understand. Even if online gambling is not allowed right now in US, ZNGA can still install their own booths in casinos and let players in casino play with people outside US and let outsiders play with US players in the casino. Even this could be lucrative for ZNGA.

I like the breakup for ZNGA because it reduces dependency and there are lot of upsides in renewed contract for ZNGA. It is certainly good for the company long term, it may or may not be good for the stock in near term.

Remember that gamers who like to play ZNGA games play wherever they are available, you dont need to go to facebook to play games and facebook is not going to remove all the ZNGA games in renewed contract. Infact ZNGA does not need to pay more and can still retain their audience.
