Diluting? A 1.2 Mil day finishes in the green and you bring out diluting? I'm thinking if dilution was going on right now it would already be in the triple zeros. I'm thinking the volume is a post r/s buying pre-Q3 numbers, otherwise the volume would be much higher today and the SP would be much lower.
Reverse Split? Where do you see any signs of a reverse split. No way a reverse split occurs.
No but I will make sure to get pictures of a REAL operational recycling and production facility in Cincinnati Ohio.
That's funny but I am honored.
Yes I will take pictures and let everyone know how it goes. I know there are others that are going also.
I plan on being there and have already RSVP'ed.
Yeah but someone is working hard to try to keep the PPS down with the 28 share sell at .031.
hahahahahahaha, .005 you are hilarious.
Just sent my RSVP for the Grand Opening.
I work about 15 minutes away from this address. I will try to make the Grand Opening and provide information for everyone on this board about the facility.
Anyone with common sense can see the manipulation going on. A buy takes place, then right after a lower ask price shows up. It's simple that others around here continue to want to drive this price down. Just watch L2 and you can see the action taking place.
EWSI gets zero benefit for driving down the price, so you tell me who is uncutting the ASK price when the price begins to move upwards?
I agree. It's a shame these groups are allowed to have this much power. I didn't have much free powder but I added to my position today.
So those who were patient will be rewarded in the long run.
Stair stepping it down again. Just like they did a couple of days ago.
That would be a huge Ooooppppss!! :)
Wow the manipulation to bring this back down to start of the day PPS. Simple step down manipulation to try to get cheaper shares. Crazy they just won't let this run.
LOL....
I believe the selling may be an attempt by one of the many big groups that are here to try to lower the price to increase their groups position before the take off. I think everyone is expecting the Q to be released on Tuesday (although it could be released any moment), that gives these groups a couple of days to bring the pps down and to then to buy back in with a larger position before it takes off.
I have been in SAGD for over a year. Holding quietly and occasionally posting a message here and there. I have to say I'm a little disappointed. Looks like a lot of nothing has gone on the past year. They cut costs by not exploring but how are they going to find good results without exploration. I'm not a miner nor do I claim to be one, but I have been waiting for over a year for the Baltimore scraps to be sampled. How long does it take to get samples of scraps. If they have some 9000 tons and historical data shows 2.2 ounces of Silver per Ton, well at $30 an ounce that is almost $600,000. This could help solve some of the financial issues to help get things moving in the proper direction. However, the 10K states sampling hasn't been concluded. Can someone enlighten my ignorance and tell me how long it takes to get the samples needed to start processing the scraps. I'll admit my faith in Ray is beginning to dwindle.
My apologizes. I misread the 10-K. Thank you for pointing it out to me.
Ouch, NT 10-K out and they don't expect to file within extension period. Not what I was hoping for.

I agree. I think the next resistance point is the .10 area. The next run will begin soon in anticipation of the next Q. I do believe the next Q will push the PPS past the .10 resistance. JMO.
GLTA
Wow another big seller 450K shares. I'm just not sure how it was sold below the bid at .034 when the bid was .0355. Can someone explain how that happens?
Here is the link to the 10-Q that was released Monday afternoon. It showed an unexpected 2.7 mil in Revenues and over 4 mil in assets. I recommend reviewing the Q report and business plan on their website to show you how much growth and potential EWSI has.

Thank you for the information. I've been away on a vacation the past couple of weeks and am super excited to hear the O/S share restructure and the EzGO management deal. Sky is the limit with EWSI.
Does anyone know how they plan to reduce the O/S? Are they going to do a RS or a company buy back? Just curious I've been a way for a couple of weeks and am trying to get caught up on the news. The pps is looking pretty good and looks prepped for a take off. Thank you in advance.
Looks like there was an Asher due date of June 16, and then I believe the next one doesn't happen until September 20th. So you are likely correct that this is Asher selling their shares.
I don't know. I'm thinking it could be impatience. I don't think any new Asher financing is due until September or October. I need to review the filings to make sure.
I think it was Carnac that was here that 70 mil day.
Yeah that's what I am thinking. Last time we had this volume the psychic was here.
Yep someone or group definitely wants out!!
No I don't know and Ray is very tight lipped about the time frame. I had sent him a question regarding the sampling results for the Baltimore Mine tailings. I asked if the results from the preliminary sampling reported in the 10-Q released in February were the results they expected. Here is his response:
We report results from sampling programs generally when complete and all results have been tabulated and reviewed. The results from the first round of samplng we reported as you note, the other sampling hasnt been completed. However our observations to date have indicated, as we note, results on this project coming in as expected. We would not be considering the permitting and bonding requirements were this not the case. If you have any questons please dont hesitate to call me.
We prefer to be conservative in our press releases .
Just because the sampling hasn't finished doesn't mean he has no idea of what's in the mine. Ray seems to be a "To the Point" type of person and I don't think he would post that they are putting forth the efforts for Permitting if he didn't think the result was going to be there.
Actually, I do see progress in his release. He is reporting that they are going to go through the process to get permits and hiring someone to begin the recovery of materials through the tailings. The tailings would provide them with a cash infusion which is much needed at this point.
The news states the results were as expected. The initial results showed 2.2 ounces of silver per Ton with 9000 tons. That was listed in the 10Q.
So, I guess you could say I am assuming. This is what was in the 10Q and they results were as expected.
Here is what was posted in the 10Q in Feb.
"We have begun sampling dump material located near the various portals and estimate the total tonnage to be approximately nine thousand tons for initial sampling and surveying however this effort has not been completed. This material was most likely that which in an era of hand-picking ore for shipment was discarded as uneconomic at the time. We have not completed our initial sampling of this dump material which is comprised of material that was discarded as not economic during the production process in an era of lower precious metal prices. Preliminary dump samples average 2.2 ounces of silver per ton, however additional assays for additional samples has not received as of December 31, 2012."
I would assume that he is saying the sampling came back where they expected it at 2.2 ounces of Silver per Ton of dump material (tailings). It they have 9000 tons of tailings this should equate to a over a half a million dollars.
I agree Antam, and I think the flippers that recently joined for the pop are getting out. I did like to see they are getting the permits to move forward with some production in the Kelly Group of Mines and if they get the permits for the Baltimore mine that could be a quick ingestion of money by processing the tailings, which if I remember holds about a half a million in possible Silver.
And it looks like someone else is leaving SAGD. Dumping 2.8 Mil. Wish I had some more cash to pick some of those shares up. Hopefully they are going to a long.
Looks like someone is saying goodbye to SAGD. Maybe the flippers are getting out after losing their patience. Hopefully those shares are going to longs who will hold on for better days.
1.4 Mil here.
I wasn't that happy about seeing Asher again but the note isn't due until September. If the money is used to work the scraps at the Baltimore mine (8K showed previous sampling of 2.2 ounces of Silver per Ton) and if the sampling holds true this could give them the cash they need to pay off Asher before before September and to give them money to continue development of the Baltimore mine and GB Mining claims.
