Is AW aware of this angle?
Why is he not participating in the discussions on this board?
The combination makes sense.
The technology reduces the use of drugs.
2 possibilities :
a) use of the technology for certain applications instead of drugs.
For a lot of conditions (cancer for instance) the technology will not be helpfull and you will have to rely on drugs.
There is a limit to what the body can take, so both can exist side by side. One (PEMF) cutting slack for the other (drugs).
b) in direct combination (new patent) I can understand there is a possibility of synergy between drugs and PEMF. 1 + 1 resulting in 3 as a effect
I have no medical degree, but I am a chemical engineer and for me it makes sense.
I have the impression that GSK intends to stall the whole process.
The message that they sent into the world a couple of weeks ago is intended to create an image of an innovative company (GSK), being in the frontline (recognising the importance of the new technology, ready to fund and stimulate external research) while they, as "the authority" inform the world that the horizon is 20 years. In fact they are claiming that the technology is not ready yet and that drugs will dominate the scene untill then. They do not mention BIEL. For them BIEL is not relevant.
There is only one solution : BIEL should become a viable company based on sales generated outside the USA. Do not count on the FDA, they want BIEL to fail. In my eyes the USA population, being denied drug free treatment, is just collateral dammage of their own system. You deserve much better . No use claiming the FDA is the guilty one.
Europe is the immediate solution for BIEL. Once BIEL has proven it is successful economically ( Andy could make a plan of action which will deliver the result within 3 months), the FDA will follow (or not)
Interesting question.
If "they" read the board, then perhaps we will get a reply from Paul, Andy, or one of their aliases.
I still find it strange that there is so little or no direct interaction between the shareholders and the ones in charge of BIEL.
Are we in the same boat?
Could be a burn-out (can happen to the best of us)
In that case why not delegate to that young marketing manager, while supervising. Let someone else do the driving while he co-pilotes.
If this marketing manager is not up to it, then he could hire a young man with the ambition to change the way the world heals (no cure no pay, failure not being an option)
Glaxo buying BIEL would certainly trigger or catalyze FDA approval.
1 + 1 would equal 3 wheras now we risk ending up with 0 in a couple of years.
Why should we endlessly try to get approval without the support of pharma?
If BIEL is not able to sell its concept to the FDA and to potential customers, perhaps they should sell to someone who can...that is... Glaxo
Untill Actipatch is not used on a massive scale Andy has done nothing for humanity
Depuis quand êtes vous en contact avec ce oiseau?
Vous avez eu toujours confiance en lui?
I am not sure whether Paul or Andy read your posts.
Apparently you have a lot of energy, but I am afraid it could be waisted.
I asked Paul (by mail) some weeks ago if they take into account all these suggestions.
He answered that if I would send him a mail, he would transfer it to Andy.
I must admit that their responses are short, but I am convinced that you would have a better chance of getting through to them (provided that the dialogue remains constructive between the two of you).
If they would have implemented 25% of your suggestions we would not be where we are now.
Perhaps BIEL can to some extent exploit the fact that they were nominated and ended up being the runner-up.
If I were GRO-International I would fully exploit these facts.
I hope Andy will not deny the fact that they have not been awarded...or worse...appeal
Being a European and reading updates on Greece, Spain and Malta is painful as these countries do not matter in Europe. Either they are down the drain (Spain) or very small. One thing in common, always touristic.
It is tempting to speculate, but it does not help us.
On the other hand what is happening right now is extremely exciting and it is difficult to just wait and see.
I was hoping that the upcoming financials would show an increase in sales, but why then this dilution while the PPS is unfavourable?
Perhaps because it is Gro International buying them, or at least being involved in some way?
The fact that they are diluting now and to such an extent does that not mean that the upcoming sales figures are not that positive and will not improve PPS?
If they are positive, would they not wait diluting for a couple of days?
are you the early bird catching the worm?
I agree, but what's in it for you?
Have you ever invested in BIEL?
Can you recommend another investment ?
Andy,
I have been using the kneepatch for about 40 days now (on average 7 hours/day).
I am convinced that it works, but on the other hand it is not that spectacular either and it takes time.
I am also convinced that the product will not sell itself.
What has been your added value Andy?
The only thing we want from you are results.
I have been a public servant and in my mind the FDA wants you to fail because this will prove them right.
They have been holding you back for all those years and your failure from a business perspective confirms (in their mind) that they have been right (which is the only thing they are interested in...being deadright in their small offices for the next 30 years).
Andy, they will not aprove your technology,... so do not wait for it... you have to prove the FDA is wrong by producing financial results, results, results....!!!!!
Once you have those foreign results they will start realising that their little salary is not that secured afterall for the next years to come
a prescription would add (perceived) value.
In other words, if a doctor says it is OK the value increases.
Andy, have you thought this through?
Only on commission.. what about that!!!
You are right, it is sad.
Being a European I have been using the kneepatch daily for 4-12 hours during some weeks now for some kind of knee condition I have been suffering from for 1,5 years.
I do not use it over night as there is some slight discomfort (the shape of the product) of waking up at 4:00 AM (which would ruin my working day).
I intend to continue the treatment till the battery has been used up. There is already significant improvement, but as mentioned I will take the complete treatment. Really, the price/quality ratio is extremely competitive (and the ordering process over Amazon is a piece of cake, it was the first time I ordered something over the internet, so I do not have the habit) and I look forward for the daily routine (takes 30 seconds or less) of putting it on.
Imagine my government imposing pills or even surgery in my case.
I remember this model advertising some cosmetic product... "because I'm worth it"...
It is as if the FDA says to the Americans... "you are not worth using BIEL product because we, FDA, decided that way and we work in mysterious ways and you will have to do with drugs"
Perhaps they are not corrupt... I used to be a civil servant and I know these people are so afraid to make a mistake...
the only thing we have to fear is fear itself... while we are being afraid of the near to zero probability of consequences (of a futile nature)people die from the consequences of drug abuse..... but what's another year (probably less than 100 mortalities... I have not made the calculation... it is not my responsability...)
Andy,
I used the kneepatch during about 8 hours overnight and intend to continue to use it about 8 h a day (night or day) during the next 3 months (I am suffering already 1,5 years)
I do not yet know what the product is, but being a scientist I already in an intuitive way know what it is not : it is not a scam.
I am already experiencing relief, as if the cartillage is being relieved of pressure.
I am sure there are alternative treatments, but I am also convinced this treatment is going deeper into the tissues.
One disadvantage : using it overday I do not feel any discomfort at all (I even feel supported by the kneepatch). Over night I feel a little discomfort, but that is because of the way I had to attach the patch, being affected outside lateral position. So perhaps I will use it during the day. Just a slight discomfort, but overall I am very pleased with what I experience.
Now I will continue to test, if it cures (my condition) I will tell you once I am 100% convinced (I will have a good idea in about 2 weeks time)
Andy,
I must say this is a nice surprise.
It's the first time I ordered something over the internet.
As far as Europe is concerned the logistics are really excellent.
I ordered on the 23 th (It only took a couple of minutes) and received the package today.
In our perception the UK is not really a part of Europe, but this really went smoothly.
If only we Europeans knew about the product,... a few clicks on the computer...
Also the price is no obstacle at all,.. in fact if the cost was double I would still buy it
I will now take my time to test it...the past 1,5 years I have been suffering from sharp unexplainable and sudden unexpected pains at both knees
bieliever
Steve,
I can imagine you do not want to waste your time on this anymore.
On the other hand, you have the ideas....no doubt others on this board have direct contact to Andy.
Could not one of them arrange a meeting between a few of you with Andy. Somewhere quite, in the weekend... for some teambuilding.
Let's say a limited task force?
Perhaps Andy can put you in charge or at least accept your coaching.
If I were Andy I would give you a symbolic 50 million shares as a compensation. It does not need to be a full time job to get the job done.
We will all end up being patients (liver, kidney,...) because of lack of communication skills on alternatives to drugs
I ordered a knee and back patch 20 minutes ago.
I used Amazon UK and the administrative part was very easy and customer friendly.
Being a Belgian, mentally the UK is as far away as the USA (mentality, currency)... in fact we feel more connected to the USA.
The Britisch despise us and the Americans do not care.
Anyway, this part was easy.
Being a scientist I will report objectively, even with 7.5 milion shares on the line.
I am 52 years old, a health and gym addict who really needs the products.
I hope that Andy understands that it is not personal, but the way thinks look now he is a major obstacle in delivering health to the world the way it was meant to be. I know the product and I will get it.
What about the millions or even 1 billion who are not aware.
The product exists, there is a need for it, it is certified in most of the world and only about only a couple of thousands people know it exists. What a waste, so sad... be humble Andy, admit your mistakes and learn from it and take us all to the next level (with or without you) but it is in your hands. I am getting suddenly really mad now over the last seconds, so I rest my case...
Andy,
step down now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sell your company to the highest bidder provided they are big enough to make it happen.
That way everyone gets something out of their investment (your family included)
By the way, I think this board (your shareholders) can make a case so you and your family go to prison somewhere next year. Just an intuitive analysis, but I think the details are there... and we will find them and make a case.
Step down!!!!
I think you are able to negotiate and make it happen.
Do not screw us on this one.
He bought it .... and practically destroyed it (because of lack of talent)
He could of cause buy or hire talent as well and make it finallly right. In the end it will have been team effort.
Andy... you need to recognise your own weak spot ... be humble in order to prevail. In the end it will be your success... the way things look now everybody loses.. except for the FDA. We will have to win this without them
Being a 52 year old sportsman and European I personally am worried because I need the product.
I can assure you that if it were to be readily available I would have bought all versions for myself.
Once I have used them (no doubt successfully) I can start spreading the news (I will not do that before I experienced it myself)
I know I can get the product over the internet, but it simply sounds cheap, a lot of fuss, and I simply will not do that... I want to see the product, touch it,get 15 seconds of advice.. and take it home the same day.
Writing this, I feel the urge to change jobs.
Andy,
I could start in january if you are interested. I live 20 minutes from Brussels.
I would not mind being limited to 1 post a day, as long as my message gets through
Can someone please give me the e-mail address of Andy, I have a personal message for him.
Andy,
I know that you are not stupid.
As a matter of act there are multiple strokes of genius in you.
But you are stubborn, ask the ones who love you (for it).
I think it is time for you to look for another challenge.
Most of us are looking forward to see your update tomorrow.
I say, ... do not update Andy.
Do the honorable thing and step down.. do it not for us... do it for the ones you love.
Put someone in charge with a track record ... do not interfere at all .. just check your bankaccount every week
bieliever
We should get Andy involved in these exchanges of ideas.
I think Andy is one step away from earning his place in history.
He has to isolate himself for 8 hours, focus...weigh all the options (no out of the box thinking required... there are enough ideas mentioned on the message board of the last week)... decide... and take that one step that only he can... (if he thinks it is taking on another distributor....)
One small step for Andy .. a huge leap for mankind
Andy,
I do not think you have any clue of the hundreds of millions of sportsmen worldwide who need your product.
You have done what you can, you made the difference already, but you will not make it to the finish by yourself.
Take a complete week of holiday and then initiate and coördinate writing a strategic plan with 4-5 strategic accents to be implemented (we will all help you, but you have to lead us)
Forget about FDA for a couple of years. If they are ready, they will come to you (if the public realy needs it).
Meanwhile, start showing us some money, which will be proof that the public around the world is buying added value.
A prescription adds value, perceived or not. Exactly what I was thinking.
I would like to hear what Andy thinks about that.
Could they not start informing sportsdokters
Is Andy aware of his bad reputation?
Is he worried about it?
Is he worried about the confusion .. denial ... no denial?
Or does he think the confusion is in his advantage?
At this stage I do not have a clue... I am under the impression there has been at least 1 denial and they are in the process of fighting it. I think Andy should bring clarity in the next update on FDA status... or delegate the task
Sorry, my fault, but I do not follow. What is your point exactly?
If they would have written 100% safe instead of 100% safer it would have been clear. Now the statement does not reflect what they intend to.
Being a European (Belgian) I am hopeful regarding this PLC.It feels like BIEL is coming home and they are welcome.
The new packaging appears to be convincing, but could be much better. What does 100% safer means anyway? Matimatically it means double as safe. Is that not an understatement? 1000% safer (10 times as safe) would be more likely, and even that is an understatement.
Regarding this PLC : is this a part of BIEL?
If so, in case this is successful (just a hypothesis,I am not wishful thinking. Honestly, I just about had it with BIEL), does that not mean we as shareholders will benefit?
Or are we not involved in this PLC? Or in a diluted manner?
I have only read a few of your posts, but it is clear to me that you have an extremely sharp mind. Any chance on joining forces? I do not intend to go through all of your posts immediately (someday I might). Don't you see any use at all in this technology? No particular niche at all where it might make drugs the second best option?
I remember a statement of a former FDA director saying that he would never allow an individual obtaining FDA clearance. He only wanted clearance for companies with unlimited financial resources.
I do not want to judge this man before fully understanding his motives.
On the other hand it is all water under the bridge.
Part of me is wishfulthinking that FDA might continue to take their time, just long enough, so Biel goes bancrupt and the benefits are delivered through perfect functioning of offer and demand and that as a consequence big pharma loses control.
On the other hand innovation will be the key to survival of economy so merit should go tho those who really deserve it (BIEL in this particualar case)
Perhaps it is time for big pharma to constructively step in (this week would be fine)
Imagine a world in which drugs and actipatch complement each other.
Anything known on the re-enforcing effect between them?
Why don't we use actipatch for the more simple needs in order to saveguard our body and build up reserve to deal with side-effects in case treatment with drugs is the only option (cancer for instance)
