Nice pumpin dude. The only news so far is a name change to the Mgmt. team. Let's see some real news and some sales. This company may one day go places. But so far, I'm seeing "sell on the news" until we see the beef.
No doubt, this company has passed a major mile stone. Congrats.
I am a little leary of this fast move, accumulation Is not proof in the pudding just yet. Eventually there might be a sell on the news reaction. Another opportunity to add shares cheaper may be coming. Alot of work still ahead with education and hefty prices in their forefront.
Pleeps, I sure hope before you are old and gray that this company puts out any reputable information to demonstrate it has real potential.
It's time to accept reality and move on...
Shorties finally unloading? Not getting too excited yet..
Oh it's only me buying shares. I'm looking for more punishment and ways to indulge in pain & misery. Don't get too excited you all.
By the way, if Eco was moving to a bigger plant to manufacture larger orders, they would be all over it on the press releases. I don't believe it.
I'm going to refrain from saying what I really want to say about this company. Enough said.
Couldn't agree with you more. And that's why the company paid or is paying a blogger to weed in suckers on the web that will lose their shirt if they put a penny into this stock. Notice the blogger hasn't posted mega phony deals and false hyper price projections anymore.
I have already accepted that my investment in this stock is gone so any price appreciation forward is icing on a collapsed cake.
I continue to think there are shorts stuck in their positions. Perhaps some encouraging PR's will eventually change trade patterns here.
Hello.... Helllllooooooo? Helllllllllooooooooooooooo? Anybody alive in this ghost town?
Pleeps, I'm glad you got a laugh on my behalf. I have to mention I get a laugh too as you consistently mention all the money that you keep pouring into this endless pit of a stock. Not sure who is more off target but your picture in "money fantasy land" always makes me smile when I need to feel better.
Sorry guys, I have to admit that this investment has to turned into a scam, but that is obvious to me. Notice the chart patterns over the past several years. The inflated move ups in this stock, occurred when the blogger was pushing inaccurate messages (many of them on this message board) to bring in speculative investors. The blogger did this several times since 2006.
Since Eco-Safe sponsored these scam acts by paying this guy to tout B.S. on blogs and message boards, I feel a lawsuit opportunity is coming. Any proof of this blogger and Eco-Safe benefiting during these peak periods is evidence of a ponzi scheme.
This company shouldn't be in the current situation (nothing going on) if it was reputable. We're getting more B.S. press releases time and time again. Let's be realistic here of what is really going on.
I feel this stock will be trading less than a penny soon. I think many of us can discuss a possible lawsuit when it finally reaches close to zero cents.
Well one good thing out of this is that the sleaze bag blogger is out of business and can no longer manipulate and harm others.
So I'm going to throw out a scenario and I wonder if this is possible...
Could there be a very large short trade in this stock, in which the trader keeps trying to short because he can't get out? Since many large stock holders are keeping their long positions here, can this be a possible situation happening? Any thoughts?
How about only 30% punishment to the stock versus 60% on this one, since they are trying in good faith.
You can have one trader that owns several hundred thousand shares that can cause this type of volatility. Doesn't mean I'm defending this poorly marketed company but you shouldn't think the roof is falling yet just based on one large sell order.
One millimeter forward for mankind, one smidgeameter advance for ESFS shareholders....
Weeeehooooo!!!
Yes, legal matters suck big time. What company or government would place a big order from ESFS with pending legal issues? Nada!
The arrogance, stupidity and lack of expertise is seriously keeping this company from achieving its goals. Very sad.
Did anyone notice that today's bid is at .025? Is this a new world record for this stock?
Based on prior chart patterns, ESFS should be back at .20 by June of 2013. That's only based on the possibility that the stock has bottomed at 4 cents.
Welcome to the dollar club gentlemen.
Thanks guys, at least we now know who is buying this things...
Who is Michael Elliot? This person was listed as the buyer of the new home unit.
I do like senior living/nursing facilities for this product, that is an excellent target market. This is motivating to me.
BILL NUMBER: AB 1427 CHAPTERED
BILL TEXT
CHAPTER 629
FILED WITH SECRETARY OF STATE SEPTEMBER 27, 2012
APPROVED BY GOVERNOR SEPTEMBER 27, 2012
PASSED THE SENATE AUGUST 28, 2012
PASSED THE ASSEMBLY AUGUST 30, 2012
AMENDED IN SENATE AUGUST 23, 2012
AMENDED IN SENATE AUGUST 7, 2012
AMENDED IN SENATE JULY 2, 2012
AMENDED IN SENATE MAY 1, 2012
INTRODUCED BY Assembly Member Solorio
MARCH 22, 2011
An act to amend Section 114099.6 of the Health and Safety Code,
relating to food.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 1427, Solorio. Food facilities: sanitization.
Existing law, the California Retail Food Code, requires all food
facilities in which food is prepared, or in which multiservice
utensils and equipment are used, to provide manual methods to
effectively clean and sanitize utensils, as specified. Existing law
requires manual sanitization to be accomplished in a number of
prescribed ways, including the application of sanitizing chemicals by
immersion, manual swabbing, or brushing, using specified solutions.
The law requires the State Department of Public Health to implement
and administer those provisions, and delegates primary enforcement
duties to local health agencies. A violation of these provisions is a
misdemeanor.
This bill would authorize manual sanitization to be accomplished
by immersion, manual swabbing, or brushing, using a solution of ozone
that meets specified requirements, including compliance with
specified federal laws and regulations. By adding a new, permissible
method of manual sanitization, and thereby increasing the enforcement
duties of local officials, this bill would impose a state-mandated
local program. By expanding the definition of a crime, this bill
would impose a state-mandated local program.
The California Constitution requires the state to reimburse local
agencies and school districts for certain costs mandated by the
state. Statutory provisions establish procedures for making that
reimbursement.
This bill would provide that no reimbursement is required by this
act for a specified reason.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 114099.6 of the Health and Safety Code is
amended to read:
114099.6. Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final
sanitizing rinse by one of the following:
(a) Immersion for at least 30 seconds where the water temperature
is maintained at 171 degrees Fahrenheit or above.
(b) The application of sanitizing chemicals by immersion, manual
swabbing, or brushing, using one of the following solutions:
(1) Contact with a solution of 100 ppm available chlorine solution
for at least 30 seconds.
(2) Contact with a solution of 25 ppm available iodine for at
least one minute.
(3) Contact with a solution of 200 ppm quaternary ammonium for at
least one minute.
(4) Contact with a solution of ozone that meets the requirements
of Section 180.940 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations and
that is generated by a device located onsite at the food facility
that meets all of the following requirements:
(A) Complies with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and
Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. Sec. 136 et seq.).
(B) Complies with federal device requirements as specified in
Section 152.500 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and
federal labeling requirements as specified in Section 156.10 of Title
40 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
(C) Displays the United States Environmental Protection Agency
device manufacturing facility registration number on the device.
(D) Is operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer'
s instructions, and manufactured using good manufacturing practices
as specified in Part 110 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal
Regulations.
(5) Contact with any chemical sanitizer that meets the
requirements of Section 180.940 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal
Regulations when used in accordance with the manufacturer's use
directions.
(c) Other methods approved by the enforcement agency.
SEC. 2. No reimbursement is required by this act pursuant to
Section 6 of Article XIII B of the California Constitution because a
local agency or school district has the authority to levy service
charges, fees, or assessments sufficient to pay for the program or
level of service mandated by this act or because costs that may be
incurred by a local agency or school district will be incurred
because this act creates a new crime or infraction, eliminates a
crime or infraction, or changes the penalty for a crime or
infraction, within the meaning of Section 17556 of the Government
Code, or changes the definition of a crime within the meaning of
Section 6 of Article XIII B of the California Constitution.
New Press Release this morning.
I have to say, there are some good natured optimists on this board that can maintain a positive composure (even when they're getting a heavy pounding on the down side). I'm glad the stock ended in the green for them today.
The truth of the matter is, it's time to put this stock on the back burner and focus your goals else where....Until this company can get its act together.
Cmon ESFS, if we can just get the stock back at .08 again, all the naysayers will be back tooting their horns again. (You know how it is around here)...
This is the best stock in the whole wide world. I love it, I love it, I love it. Cmon everyone....
lmfao
I'm with ya Pleeps but I am not the one bashing this company lately. It's pretty much everyone else.
I'll tell you one thing, I know what's going on. I've been trading for too many years not to figure this one out. You have a trader or two here putting on some nasty squeeze positions trying to push some larger accumulators out. Well, they squeeze all they want but at the end of the day they'll walk away squeezing their own balls wishing they spent their time more wisely.
Please advise us so we really know the details, smarty?
You are all pretty predictable. The stock goes down, it's all about cranky hissy fits. The stock moves up, all rosy and the big deals are on the way. Wake me up when it's all over.
While it's quite obvious that most in Mgmt. do not have a four year degree, the company has improved its net worth from an innovative technology perspective. The water crisis is real and every day companies are working on new methods to cleanse the earth's water. Big companies like Quest Water Global are leading the clean water revolution and a larger scale. These companies thrive on new technology like ESFS's patented products. ESFS may not see its share price reach $10 but I'm pretty confident that its shareholders will see well above it after a likely buy out over time.
Seems like a lot of emotional trading is going on. Time to step back and let it roll.
Could they be so wise enough to persuade Lloyd's of London to provide insurance discounts yet be that clueless as to finding opportunities to market this new product? Something tells me they aren't.
Thanks MG.
Pleeps, if you believe in the long term prospects of the company, then you are doing the right thing. I tend to agree that we're looking at years, not months as far as realistic investment goals. This will remain my long term holding. Do I feel Mgmt. can do better? Heck yea. But I'll leave it up to them to do what they need to do and learn how to improve marketing strategies. I just want to see honest and believable business practice and no more questionable public press releases and blogs. Let's get real!
I guess there's no more then 12 people that trade/invest in this stock outside the company so any bit of news will pull many back in. Staying the course is really the only way to go if you are dreaming about the big money. Good luck!
