I have been long the stock for 5 years.
The management team has been tap dancing the whole time. The stock has been diluted the entire time.
I own a very large position in CYNX (delisted). I have been vocal for the first 3 years, study my posts and see the pattern repeating itself.
Buyer beware.
New players ... same song and dance.
I have been watching and long the Stock for over 4 years now...
Operative word... dilution.
It is still mind blowing to know that Gil Amelio is a part of this company.
After all this time the stock is still being diluted-
Is Gil still on the board?
After all this activity over the last 4 years ... for long term investors ... the needle has not moved at all.
Different story for p. And D players.
I heard there may be a class action for gross negligence on the CYNX.
BARZ owns 60% and is the deciding factor on all votes so the board is/was 100% Barz's doing.
Does anyone know anything about this?
Is there a retail version available for purchase yet?
There is a new marketing push for BARZ.
I see the advertising showing up in my Facebook feed for 5Barz.
This usually means that they need money and are about to dilute.
This on the heels of CYNX being revoked .
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2016/34-77764.pdf
CYNX is 60% owned by 5Barz and makes this the responsibility of the 5Barz.
Please someone tell me good news about 5Barz...
It looks like all "Free Trading" shares of CYNX are now worthless.
According to IR they intend to file a form 10 and get the stock trading again (This will be very expensive).
We shall see...
Gil = X factor???!
CYNX REVOKED.
Someone please tell me this is not accurate.
Ouch .055 in the bid.
That hurts.
Time to add to the talent bench.
Revs can save this company, however when things start looking up... management goes dark, then we learn about more toxic debt. This has been going on for years now...
The stock cycles from .045 to .30 and has been for 3 plus years now all without ever selling a product.
Great announcements have been made...
Great affiliations with big companies have been made...
The management team alone gets this stock on the map...
but no Revs .
Now we have to wait another quarter... till we learn about the late filing for the next quarter.
Gil = Xfactor?
Bid at .075 and falling?!
With all the great news this stock should be should be rising instead of falling?!
"5BARz India Pvt. Ltd., a leading technology start-up in boosting last mile network connectivity, today announced its partnership and trial rollout with a second Tier 1 Cellular Operator in India. This deployment will be the first phase towards the second commercial roll out of the 5BARz™ Network Extender onto Indian cellular networks by to help boost the network signal strength from 1 bar to 5 bars. "
A "Second Tier 1 Cellular Operator" this should be good... right?
Does anyone know how much of "5Barz India Pvt.Ltd" that "5barz" (Publicly traded company in the U.S. OTCBB) owns?
Revs, Revs, Revs.
Gil = X factor.
Comments enjoyed
Double ouch .0896 on the bid and falling.
I guess some can see this as a buying opportunity. I used to say in my stock broker days..." If you liked it at .30... then you must love it at .896 as long as the fundamentals have not changed".
We sure could use some of that good news soon.
Revs, Revs, Revs,
Gil = X factor
BTW-
ichan4 your post was removed by Ihub admin for being "off topic" - FYI
(I don't agree but they out rank me )
Ouch, .10 on the bid and falling again.
I sure hope that the "late filings" happen soon.
Gil = X factor
The problem with dis-information is that there is truth in it … and then it gets twisted by those who wish to use it to do their bidding…
I could systematically disassemble an entire post #911 (ironic) (with the exception of the 60%/40% which was transfixed) that was seemingly made to show that I didn't not know what I was talking about however, that would not suit the greater good and would not make this company anymore profitable... with a few exceptions.
I will bring a point which is blatantly clear (to any of those who understand how a publicly traded company works).
The shareholders(common stock) elect the Board of Directors...
The Board of Directors hire a CEO, and president...
The board of directors elect the chairman...
CYNX is owned 60% by Barz, that means that Barz appoints the board of directors, the board then hires the CEO and elects chairman, so the entire direction of CYNX is controlled by Barz.
Whether or not CYNX is a successful company is entirely at the hands of who those who are in charge of it (Barz).
So to call CYNX a deadbeat and to state that it doesn't pay the bills is truth (deadbeat is subjective of course) and it is also a bit of dis-information.
Quote from post #911-
"5BARz could take that $3,000,000 (if CelLynx wasn't a deadbeat), buy up all the CelLynx shares at a premium and still have money left over. "
However if you look a step deeper... Barz (Et al) Danny… Is in charge very directly of CYNX.
They (Barz) can replace the Board of Directors (CYNX) today with the special vote...
They (Barz) could fire all management (CYNX) today with the special vote...
They (Barz) can change the entire direction (CYNX) with the special vote...
To go way overboard to make a case that these companies Barz and CYNX are adversarial is an exercise in futility IMHO … (However it is entertaining).
Both of these companies can thrive and succeed if management of Barz wants them to…
In my conversations with Danny, he has always assured me that the CYNX shareholders will be happy with the final outcome...granted this was when I was looking at raising money for his (Barz) private placement memorandum (506) and considering having some of my investor friends invest so... the information may be skewed, but I still believe his words. I am actually pulling for Danny in case it is unclear.
Until the facts come out I.E. revs, a real product( that someone can go buy somewhere..anywhere), Direction and intention of the company, and financials (Q's and K's).
Ambiguity and disinformation are very powerful tools...
Quote from post #911-
I could go on and on, but will end with "the canary in the coal mine". According to you:
Quote:

You have just made my point for me, "canary in a coal mine" does not mean that the canary is insignificant… this merely means that if that canary dies everybody in the coal mine is in very big trouble.
________________________________________
The canary's job is to foreshadow or warn in advance of a bad outcome. Please enlighten me. What event will have enough negative influence on CelLynx (but not 5BARz at the same time) that it will somehow warn us in advance of a problem at 5BARz? It is really the other way around. CelLynx is just a foot note with very little real influence on 5BARz's future.
When companies don't meet their reporting deadlines, not only do they have to worry about repercussions from the exchange they're listed on, they also have to worry about sanctions from the Securities and Exchange Commission...
Cynx gets delisted for non filing ...
Repercussions from exchange...
Sanctions from SEC ...
Possible foreshadow of potential problems...
You decide...

I am clear on why Barz and Danny started marketing in India.

Again, you seem muddled instead of clear as to why India. India just happens to be the largest and fastest growing telecom market in the world, saddled with some of the worst infrastructure problems in the world. Vodafone is a huge worldwide telecom company whose largest market is India, but whose relationship can be leveraged into multiple markets. Please tell me what better place and partner could you pick than that?
I said..."I am clear why Barz and Danny started marketing in India."
You are correct... and I stated I am clear. Why the friction? I agree.
This is all very entertaining and IMHO a great way to vet a company.
Again this leaves us where we all sit… Wondering if we have a product… wondering if we have real company...Wondering if Danny will do the right thing...And wanting to believe.
Gil = X factor

Ironically "As I See It" …
You have just made my point for me, "canary in a coal mine" does not mean that the canary is insignificant… this merely means that if that canary dies everybody in the coal mine is in very big trouble.
Through all of your elaborate diagrams of the way this can play out, you are proving the point that this must play out…
Which to simplify everything is …
CYNX will live and die at the will of Daniel Bland…
Barz will also live and die at the will of Daniel Bland…
In order for Barz to live… CYNX must be alive…
...and yes Danny can screw over all of the CYNX shareholders if he wants to.
If you believe that I am confused on the fact that Barz (Danny, Et al) can crush CYNX with one announcement… or with the failure to file… or with a number of any other mechanisms, you are poorly mistaken... I am crystal clear on this (and now so is everyone else).
I am also crystal clear that Barz can make CYNX basically insignificant by diluting out the current shareholders…
What I am saying now, as I've said for years… Is it boils down to character of management.
The question is WILL Danny dilute CYNX and all of the shareholders that trusted him…?
Will Danny (Et al) continue to dilute Barz and all of the shareholders that trust him... hoping for a Hail Mary pass…?
Or...
If we actually get a product...and have a real business… WILL Danny run both of these companies (Barz & CYNX) correctly and allow each to Flourish?
Like I have said, there are very many distinct advantages to having control over two publicly traded companies.
At 72 years old, I find it a bit hard to believe that Gil is a participating active Chairman, pounding the ground looking for money in India.
Which basically leaves Danny.
And leaves us where we all sit… Wondering if we have a product… wondering if we have real company...Wondering if Danny will do the right thing...And wanting to believe.
Gil = X factor

The companies (Barz and CYNX) are structured well, if (big if) BARZ actually does start to produce a product.
CYNX is a majority owned owned subsidiary (owned by Barz) with no real costs, so when BARZ makes money, the profits flow-through to CYNX (60% of net profits) ...the accountants can play an accounting game and value CYNX at a larger than real life valuation. This valuation (because there are no operational costs) will flow back up through to the parent ....and this is how you make the company look more valuable than it actually is.
The main patent is in CYNX's name… Barz publicly states it owns 60% of CYNX… there is one other 10% shareholder("Von Lessen" I think)… So between these two shareholders 70% of the stock is owned on a publicly traded company (1.3BB outstanding). The rest can be bought up very cheaply at this point if they (BARZ) ever decide that they want to get a full stronghold on this company(CYNX), however CYNX is riddled with legal issues and personal issues that need to be resolved before this whole thing starts to fly straight.
There are great advantages to having a majority owned public traded company and this will have to be weighed at the Gil/Danny level.
CYNX was the subject of many promotional price increases and therefore is a bit of a poisoned well... however all of the intellectual property value starts and to the best of my knowledge ends with CYNX, therefore CYNX is a canary in the coal mine...
Danny and Gil are not stupid, they know this… And when this company (BARZ) starts to straighten up you will see CYNX start to be bought up or rise in value… either to extend/pay off favors… or to take a public company to private, as it currently stands BARZ has absolutely no value without the patent from CYNX... IMHO.
An argument can be made for "management value" and "corporate infrastructure" but look how well this has done us so far...after you consider debt and dilution ... all = fail.
The real problem is that after all of this time with the company...(for 3 years plus I am a shareholder of both Barz and CYNX), I still cannot prove Barz has an actual up to date product... I have a "Road Warrior" it is absolutely obsolete in the US. ... IMHO.
Many major Telco's have already started giving away "network extenders" for free in the US.
I am clear on why Barz and Danny started marketing in India...
This is still a lottery ticket company.
Gil is still the X factor
Comments encouraged and appreciated-
This is my favorite part...
Ambiguity and disinformation are very powerful tools.
If it was just Danny running the show… I would've left this company for dead many years ago… The reason is the series of past failed businesses with the same pattern. My opinion is that Danny has become very good at using public companies to raise money in order to continue paying himself and whomever he brings on board to make the deal sellable
However history shows in the public companies that he has been in charge of… Shareholder value has not been a win.
So… Enter Gil Amelio,
When Gil left the board of AT&T he says he did it to concentrate on 5 Barz. This should not be taken lightly…
Gil has now been with the company for over three years… And we still don't have any revs.
The company is headquartered in San Diego California… The Patents are in the United States… (and in CYNX's name) and we are marketing in India. The public companies primarily trade in the U.S. , The money raises are multiple and vague, We do not have a actual product yet that anyone can go purchase... in any country (to the best of my knowledge).
This allows for a lot of ambiguity and dis information.
To listen to the hype… Is never good.
To look at the facts… and decide based on facts… Just sound Investing.
To speculate on how high the stock will go ... IMHO is premature,
First let's crawl (initial revs)
Then let's walk ( multiple PO's)
Then we run ...P/E .
CYNX is the canary in the coal mine...just sayin'
Comments appreciated and enjoyed.
10.5 on the bid... And falling.
I guess the excitement has died down and we are waiting on the facts now.
I sure hope this does not land up like the past announcements over the past 3 years... Lots of hype then no revs .
Gil = X factor
The news appears to be good. The Financials will tell all.
Like clockwork… the announcement was made that Barz will be filing the reports late (predictable)...Is very sad that we are at .075 on the bid… And Falling.
With all of these wonderful announcements, and this amazing team… You would think the stock would be valued higher.
But alas, it always amounts of points on the board… In this case Revs.
I have always said, Danny is easy to figure out, look at his past… see his future.
When you apply that same metric to Gil… Different result comes out.
Gil is still the X factor.(I wonder how many years I can keep saying that and still believe it).
Comments/rebuttals encouraged, and appreciated.
Ouch... .079 on the bid!
And falling...
Revs... Revs... Revs.
Gil is still the X-factor
The next announcement will be "Notification that Quarterly Reports Will Be Submitted Late"...
Then ...
"Private placement closing"
or
"New amazing employee hire"
or
"Major Telco Really, Really interested... no ... Really this time".
Revs... Revs... Revs...
The only chance this stock has is... if it finally posts revs...
And yet the stock is at .085 on the bid... and in a downward trend.
With the good press Barz should be going up... but I fear "Wolf" has been cried way to often...
Evidentially those who follow this stock do not think it is good enough to buy...
Revs...Revs...Revs...
Gil = X Factor
As I See It...
Revs... Revs...Revs...
NO real company can be built on Fantasy Football status.
In the real world companies sell either goods or services.
Barz has an impressive line up... with a very unimpressive track record (for 5 years now).
One very reliable way of gauging a company's stock price is P/E ratio. If you use this method then BARZ is way...way ... way overpriced at .08
Another way of determining valuation is liquidation value... one again at this level Barz .08 is way... way... overpriced (you can make a case for "Goodwill"... but in reality it is meaningless in this model).
The only way this company has any value is in the speculation model. In that model this can be a Billion dollar stock... heck the way some talk this could be Trillion dollar stock (sarcasm... there are no Trillion dollar stocks).
I have been a share holder for over 3 years... I have been promised by management to see revs every year.
Still no revs... I have seen very smart people/shareholders (like you) come and go...
I always ask myself when someone goes as deep into a stock as you have... Is this poster an insider?
How do they know so much? Why do they take the many hours to research their posts?
I have always stated ... I am long the stock. I also believe that this company could actually work.
That being said...I cannot ignore the patterns that play out again and again...
I honestly hope you are right... and the revs will start in the next" k"....
I honestly hope you are right... but I don' t believe that you are.
VVVVVV keeps stating that this is dilution ... well when you pay an employee in stock they have to realize the gain/money somehow... (I know rule 144... I also know "S" Stock rule)
Like I have said many time over the years...We shall see.
Barz is that .09 on the bid, does this surprise anyone?!
The pattern has played itself out for years now.
The hypothetical news… Followed by some interest in the stock… the ensuing rise of the price… then the disappointment of the reality… then the inevitable drop to single digits.
Then the announcement of a new high profile employee...
I was excited when...
Gil Amelio joined... (First advisory board then Chairman of the Board of Directors) (left ATT board) the stock rose then tanked.

All of this leads me to scratch my head and wonder... Why Gil Amelio would be chairman of the board for BARZ?
It is quite entertaining to watch itself play out, and it is very sad.
This is your classic troubled stock… And really easy to identify except for... the chairman of the board that's been sitting at the helm for greater than two years.
This man at one point in his life ran arguably the most powerful company in the world. Apple.
Now he runs Barz?!
Danny is easy to figure out, look at his past… See his future.
Gil is still the X factor.
Comments/rebuttals?
Revs, Revs, and Revs... Did I mention Barz need Revs?
Barz made a run up to almost .20 .... then there was a sell off and we sit at .11 ish.
Now as Barz rests at a low "support level" ***SHOCKER*** we have news again...however true to the pattern... it is ambiguous and vague.
5BARz India has completed delivery against the first Purchase Orders from a large multinational Indian operator. Further, the planning for future orders is underway.
5BARz India has also received technical acceptance from another “Tier One” network operator which has a large Indian footprint and is also expanding into other countries.
I wonder why all of these amazing things that are happening are impossible to verify?
"a large multinational Indian operator" is not the same as a "Tier One Carrier", and neither one can be verified. I guess they figured we would miss that part.
I guess we have to wait till the next "Q" comes out before we really know what is going on.
For those that have been around for a while this is not new, for you new comers... be aware... read the Q's K's and the posts, and remember ... not everyone giving advice has your best interests at heart (including me). In order for someone to come out of a position... someone else must buy... stocks101.
In the mean time... we will all be encouraged to weigh all options ...and make a sound investing decision by our "fellow shareholders" (cause they want all of us to make money also...lol)
But for some reason... with all the great news today, to spite the fact that BARZ is a very thin stock... the price went down with volume less than 200k.
X factor = still Gil
Responses are appreciated and enjoyed-
Up 200% today and all for the cost of $3.00
10,000 shares @ .0003 = $3.00 which today translated into a 200% gain.
Hey... its a start.
"Tier One Telco"?! If there is a purchase order... then there is no more need to hide behind the nebulous "Tier One Telco". This is a public company and we are the owners of the company, if there is a material fact that affects the business then we are privy to it. Lets not even get started on "Other Indian based Tier One Telcos" (maybe all competitive businesses in India just help each other to succeed).
Tier One Telcos have names like "Verizon Enterprise Solutions" , "AT&T" and "Cogent". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tier_1_network
They might be different in India but they still have names.
This company (5Barz) has been hiding behind "Tier One Telco" for a very long time and in many countries.
Why would they not disclose the name?
Maybe because someone might actually check to see if there is an order.
"Immediate Future" another nebulous phrase. Geologically speaking that could mean 100 years or even 1,000 years. What does it mean to you? How many days? .... see how hard that is to quantify...
Real business work on dates, actual purchase orders that are disclosed and real committed V/C firms (see "Firm Commitment" vs "Best efforts Commitment") PPM's in America have dates, amounts to be raised and most important and Investment bank that will actually claim the raise and deliver a PPM to any "Reg D" investor that asks.
Last quarter Axis was not ready to start? Now they are?
Does any one have a current copy of the PPM?
Please respond.... (this is always my favorite part).
The 10Q is out...
She no look to good.
http://ir.5barz.com/all-sec-filings/content/0001017386-15-000231/barz_2015jun30-10q.htm
I think we could all use some good thoughts at this point.
Please point out 1 or 2 good things...
The investor relations guy says to me that "Gil Amelio is like a canary in a coal mine, if he goes everyone's a goner". I thought to myself that is a very well said statement.
This was after a long discussion about the company's history and the financials that are already public record. I told him I believe he (IR guy) was in a tough spot because he had to defend to the current shareholders the history of the company and the management. He told me that "Daniel Bland was in India, probably not his favorite place". He also mentioned that he does due diligence for companies when he's not working for them and would have asked all of the same questions that I did with the same suspicions.
I will not be surprised if this shows up "IR hire" in an "S" stock compensation on the next quarterly.
After talking with the new IR guy unfortunately I still believe this is a lottery ticket. I also believe that 5Barz is trying to rally the stock from the inside so that they can show an upward trend in the stock for the alleged current money raise.
I did mention to him at the beginning of the conversation that I am a bit cynical… But I could be shut up with revenues real fast.
I told him about the "IHUB" chat board... then he asked about the URL address for this chat board. I gave it to him.
Rebuttals?
(This is always my favorite part).
Why would they invite each individual shareholder to contact investor relations via US mail? I received a letter in the mail asking me to contact investor relations. Is it because they are trying to rally the stock from current shareholders? It also seems a bit strange to me that there is consistent volume with no news, and no revenues. It almost seems as if they want private placement investors to see volume. Does anyone think it is possible that they are trading the same stock back-and-forth to show volume?
I really want to believe...
How many years does a company have to be around till we stop calling it a "Startup"?
How many millions of dollars raised?
Does the experience of the board count when calling a company a start up?
How about all things combined?
This company won an award in 2011 was it a start up then? How about in 2015.
Damon John from "Shark Tank" says... if you don't have a profitable company in 3 years, you have a hobby.. not a business. I am not sure if I agree with him, but he does say this.
Welcome to the board... "Mainer11185", I see you have a posting history in common with "As I See It" on "Save the World Air (ZERO)" and "5Barz".
If you have any questions feel free to ask, most on this board are well informed and helpful.
In a word ... No... That is why I am still a share holder and in almost everyone of my posts I state that Gil is the X factor.
If you read my posts, I NEVER dismiss the fact that Gil is the chairman and left ATT for this position.
Quid pro qou ... Do you think a smart investor should overlook the facts, patterns, history, and financials?
Not to mention the announcement of a purchase order then nothing to follow up? No revs, no explanation, just a convenient nothing...
Bernie Madoff was a bigger, more notable figure than Gil.
We shall see...
As I See It - "The lady doth protest too much, methinks"
Ichan4 - Thank you for recalling the facts. Yours words are wise.
To all -“Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth.”
Irony... I believe "As I See It" is wrong, but I am praying he/she is right.
I love the fact that I have been invited to sell my shares 3 times (by a shareholder?).
My work today is done.
Happy, Smart investing to all-
The announcement of unveiling the Barz unit in India would be amazing news if it wasn't so… Groundhog Day... (reference to a movie where the same things happen again and again but no progress).
I believe we have seen this same announcement in various forms for years now…
The financials were very revealing, up to and including a company I've never heard of that we own. We are building subsidiaries like we actually have revenues... or even a business structure to support the subsidiaries.
Newsflash… We don't have the revenues to support multiple subsidiaries...and the subsidiaries don't have revenues to support the parent.
The new private placement investors in India can go down the same rabbit hole that we all have… They will discover that the Ex CEO of Apple computer's is the chairman of the board of 5Barz… and scratch their heads, they will say to themselves "I have found a diamond in the rough!", then they will find all the other notable board members, they will do research on the, board members, and believe to themselves that they have found the most amazing company in the last decade. Some will invest. I wonder if they will be as happy as all of us current investors are (that was sarcasm, I personally know three investors in this company, all three are professionals in the financial world and none of them are happy, it is our "lottery ticket company, kind of a joke").
Based on the past track record Danny will raise some, but not all of the money that he set out to for, and this unbelievably tangled web will be able to move forward just a bit more.
I ask myself… If they already have a distribution mechanism, and they already have a product, and they already have an infrastructure, and they are in negotiations with a "Top Tier Carrier", what on earth would they need 11 million dollars for?
If the $11 million is needed to house inventory to fill purchase orders... Hallelujah...I better double down. If that was the case I believe they would've had to disclose it in the most recent report.
I still believe Gil is the giant "X" factor here, he has to know everything that is going on in this company, and I believe it would be very hard to pull the wool over his eyes… So if this is a scam, Gil would have had to sign off on it by association, and even leadership.
IMHO still a lottery ticket.
Rebuttal...?
Planned obsolescence is a real business strategy, and the big companies utilize this to maximize profits. This means that your computer will only go faster at a certain speed, your gas mileage will only get better at a certain speed, and your cellular service will only get better at a certain speed. It is not because they don't have the ability, it is because it is more profitable for it to roll out slowly… So long as they can control it. The 3G markets outside of the US are in the earlier stages of planned obsolescence. It's not that the big companies don't know how to take it to 4G or LTE, it is that it's more profitable to take it there slowly. Rarely does a game changer come into a market and upset this apple cart. To believe that the major carriers need a cellular extender for the market that is in the earlier phases of planned obsolescence is simply naïve or at best wishful thinking. It will be real easy to silence all the doubters, simply show revenues.
In earlier press releases the company has stated that it was working with tier one Telcos (it is presumed in the US or Mexico) but never actually ratified with an actual name.
Now that a subsidiary has been formed in India... the same pattern is playing itself out… And they are stating that they are working with tier one Telcos in India (imagine that).
I have been on this chat board for several years and a shareholder of both companies for several years.
I agree with "As I See It" that Daniel Bland's redeeming quality is that he is able to organize very notable board members. For many years these notable members have been involved… that has not transferred into revenues. The patterns become very clear overtime though.(As well as the players on this board(insiders are easy to spot)).
I also agree with "As I See It"… That talent should be rewarded. Talent however by its very definition delivers a result… Not a hypothetical, not it could be, not a "working with Tier one carrier"… Actual results. In this case that means revenues.
I will gladly rejoice with all when rev's actually happens... till then... informed thinking is the way I shall continue to approach this company that I own.
Anyone considering investing should read the "q"'s, "k" s, the facts and the opinions on this board... and study the patterns, then decide for themselves.
My conclusion now as it has been for a long time is that this is a lottery ticket.
As I have said many times… We shall see.
Rebuttal?
Please?
The new website looks good.
Does anyone know if/when they are going to catch up with their filing?
Current working theory
I believe the 5Barz technology was discovered when 2G and 3G were the only options. My best guess 2008-2010... since then 4G and LTE have become the standard in America. It was probably a pretty big deal back then but like all tech... timing is everything.
My theory is that the 5Barz technology is only equal to or maybe a little better than 4G or LTE, because it took so long to get to market, I believe the technology became obsolete in the United States.
The public trading companies I.E. 5Barz and CYNX are perfect vehicles for people to raise money with... while hiding behind technical schemes, diagrams and unfulfilled promises. Throw in a few big names in the technology industry and you can probably raise 20 -30 Million without ever having to sell even 1 product or create 1 revenue stream.
When I got a hold of the "Road Warrior" device and tried it, it did not work... It was bulky and awkward so I called the company, I was told it would only work if I was running 2G or 3G... I thought to myself, 2G or 3G is junk in this day and age....
So I ask myself... if the repeater technology is so great, and we have such high profile people in management, why would we not develop this in the US? Especially since we have a direct line into the technology sector with Gil Amelio.... Then I thought to myself, where would this technology be able to be sold… Conclusion, in countries that have not yet deployed 4G or LTE technology, (I don't know for a fact that other countries do not have 4G or LTE... I am just speculating).
This would answer the question ...why not the US?
It also would make sense to form subsidiaries because as the 3G and LTE technologies are released in the representing country... that subsidiary will become obsolete, If the said subsidiary then folds, it will not affect the parent company. In the meantime it gives the officers I.E. Daniel Bland the ability to continue raising money and making a F A T salary.
When I asked investor relations if the technology currently work in the US with LTE and 4G they told me ...no. This was over a year ago.
The big X Factor is still Gil Amelio. Gil is one that would absolutely know whether or not this is a workable company, and I believe he could not be fooled so easily… So the fact that Gil is the chairman of the board is the only reason that I still have any hope for this company.
I would really like for somebody to prove my theory wrong with facts.
Any takers?
