Artist, you are our "go to" man, no BS, just the facts. Thanks again.
Artist, thank you. So it was "filed" on the 16th. FINRA still has to accept it. I'm sure just a formality, but that is when it will trade at its 20X price. Lets hope for some good PR.
Yes, 2/15 or 2/16 because of President's Day. I called their office and they are equally in th dark.
Is there still any interest in the Navy using LM
for railgun projectiles?
Noon, 2000 shares @ .0028 = $5.60 (total). Someone explain that to me.
$5.60 total trades today! What does that mean?
I called Urban Barns this morning to ask about the split and there was no answer. They had told me split would be February 15. They really should get an answering machine.
That would be nice but I'll settle for .05 and expect closer to .04. It won't go up without some good PR. Payment plan with Bevo would help. Or good PR from Bevo about the future of Cubic Farming.
Market is closed Monday. If price holds at .0025, it should open at .05 on Tues, or 20X today's close. GLTA??
lasers, 1Less was talkink of Eli 202 and you are talking about Eli200. A mistake?
Market will be closed Monday for President's Day, so RS will go into effect Tuesday. Effect? I think we will open around .04 and probably drop to somewhere between .03 and .04. The ideal would be to have some kind of simultaneous positive news release, maybe a positive spin to the Bevo agreement. That could move the pps toward .05. JMO
This looks like manipulation...manipulation up.
Still, not even $1,000!
No stampede to buy but no dumping either. I think when it actually splits there will be a sharp
decline. That would be a good time for some $pecifics of the Bevo deal.
I can't understand the low volume. Less than $1000 total trades.
I just called Urban Barns and was told the "effective date" of the reverse split will be February 15.
We can't overlook that the press release says that Bevo was granted "exclusive worldwide rights" to the cubic farming technology. To me, that pretty much limits what Urban Barns can further license. They are pretty much limited to growing and selling greens (which is all they have done until now). The infusion of Bevo's one-time payment will definitely help our bottom line. Our best hope is that Bevo has great success in further (sub)licensing the technology and that this produces material royalties. It's difficult to assess the agreement's impact without knowing the amount of the initial payment, what Bevo plans to do with the technolgy and what the "royalty" terms are. For those of us that bought in for the future value of the technolgy let us hope that Bevo plans to aggresively market the technolgy. Bevo appears to have the resources to do so. In any event, we are still facing the impact of the reverse split. Reverse splits usually result in sharp declines in pps. In our case, I believe the news of the licensing and the infusion of cash without dilution will offset the split. What Urban Barns needs going forward is growing revenue. Good luck to all!
I always felt that the real future for Urban Barns was in licensing their technology. It appears they have now given up the exclusive right to do that. We need to see the agreement.
But the agreemement gives Bevo the "exclusive" right. I read that to mean Urban Barns cannot convey further licenses.
Bevo is big and growing but they are not yet profiable. I don't think they have the resources to undertake a new venture of selling machinery. Definitely they could benefit from the new technology in what they do now, but I can't believe they plan to change their focus at this stage. I hope I'm wrong. Take a look at their website and their current financials. Based upon those financials I don't imagine they are making a very large initial payment. If they had big funds they could have bought Urban Barns outright. I would bet they are paying about $300,000 and that there won't be any royalties.
What I fear is that Bevo only wants the tecnology for its own propogating business and that it has no plans to further promote the technology. In which case Urban Barns only gets the initial payment. I'd like to know the agreement amounts.
In April 2014, Jack Benne, bought nearly 10,000,000 shares of URBF at .02. http://www.insider-monitor.com/trader/cik1477902.html. He was the CEO of both companies.
Jack Benne is a founder and major shareholdeer of both Bevo Agro and Urban Barns. I don't know how that effects this transaction. I believe the reverse split is part of this deal
Anyone have info on todays shorts?
And.. how long between "acceptance" and "approval"? I'm sure that acceptance of the NDA (6 to 12 weeks) is followed by approval or non-approval. How long?
I still get no answer at 450.434.4344, the number posted at their website. Has anyone else tried?
I also thank you. I'm still worried about the 10 Q
You called "yesterday and the day before"? Why twice? Did they mention they 10Q?
It's not a lie. I've been calling since Monday and get no answer and no answering machine. Why don't you tell us about your phone calls. They also don't reply to emails.
Seriously, I'm sure we would all like to know about your conversations with them. Maybe, you should think twice before you call someone a liar.
SHEEPWOLF Why doesn't anyone answer the phone at Urban Barns? And, no answering machine?
The 10Q???
zAre the resignations related? The timing sucks.
That's the 3rd resignation in months. Everything now depends on the 10Q. A real crapshoot. I bought more. Do or die??
A poor report will cause a plummet, possibly below .002 Good earnings and we could hit .005. A good PR and .01 is possible.GLTA.
When do we expect the 10Q?
They need a good 10Q and some positive PR. They should look for a Asian partner with $$.
CHIPOLTE'S I just wrote to Chipolte corporate and suggested they look at this video
I remember it as Jack Benny.
ALPMY , anyone? I sold OCAT at 8.49 and put it all into ALPMY. At least I'm still connected and in the long term may prove a better investment. Astellas has all the resources needed to bring ACTC's vision to fruition. I'm feeling confident. If Ocat had half the potential we imagined it has to impact on PPS of Astellas.
This should have some impact on Monday http://www.microcapdaily.com
