HARD TO UNDERSTAND SAVVY INVESTORS STILL BELIEVING BION IS A LEGIT OPERATION. LOOK WHO'S RUNNING THEIR SHOW. THEIR ENGINEERING REPORTS HAVE CONFIRMED ZERO. THEIR TECH IS IFFY AT BEST. THE NITRO MARKET'S MARGINS ARE DEMANDING. THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM HAS NO EXPERIENCE OTHER THAN FINANCIAL WHEELING AND DEALING - IN OTHER WORDS TAKING YOUR EURO'S OR DOLLARS AND PROMISING. GEEZ PEOPLE -- DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE BION IS WORTHY? AMAZING REALLY. DUMP AND RUN.
BION IS BUST! PLS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, MOVE AWAY FROM BION. WE HAVE BEEN SAYING FOR OVER A YEAR THIS COMPANY'S TECH IS FAR FROM WHAT THEY SAY IT IS, AND THE ONLY WAY TO CONFIRM THEIR CLAIMS IS TO ACTUALLY BUILD A PLANT. PLEASE TELL US WHO'S GOING TO THROW AWAY SUCH LARGE EURO'S OR DOLLARS TO TAKE A SLIGHT CHANCE THIS COMPANY IS LEGIT. THEY ARE NOT. THEY WILL NEVER BUILD A PLANT AND THEIR TOP TWO EXEC'S ARE FAR FAR AND FARTHER FROM CREDIBLE. DUMP THIS COMPANY AS WE HAVE SEEN THIS ACT THOUSANDS OF TIMES.
We have a Bingo! Silver47! Put an X in BION. Great concept. Feed the world. Fluffy PR. Only one viable Board Member. No ethical or viable Execs. No guarantee of production. I could go on and on. I used to own BION but we have close insiders who continuously keep us informed out of South Florida and Canada. I still do not believe in BION after over a year of due diligence and insider perspectives. Please look elsewhere ladies and gentlemen. This is a PR Company only.
That was beautifully stated Solaking! Totally agree. Been traveling to several countries creating capital formations for new businesses. One in particular will be announced soon. Again - good luck to all who believe in your message. Best post I've seen in this Board to date.
As so many on this Forum know all too well, we have been critical of BION for many months. However, in recent weeks we're seeing real progress and I congratulate the management of BION and those of you who have supported this company. Having said this, there is still much work to be done to convince large stakeholders (such as our group) that the engineering processes will work in actual production and not on paper, plant funding, management additions, business development, branding, marketing, management and presentation of tech innovation, investor relations, global development, etc. However, we see improvements overall in how the company is evolving from a tech view and we will again begin to put BION on our watch list.
Biomass fueling generators and producing urea are two different processes and systems. Still, at the prices you're buying BION, you will make a nice return until the market discovers. Truth seems to always produce strong responses. I do wish you well but do not stay with BION long TW. Good hunting.
We have no issues with opinions -- this is what I Boards are all about. We use dozens of Alias' to post on close to 20 stocks now. Most of the stocks we believe in, but when we see those few who are obvious serious risks, we become aggressive ourselves. The problem is, we know far more about this BION than most. A group in Canada has deep insights into their past and present business practices, filings, technology, management, past management, etc. Their PR of late has improved, we wish them well, but it is a fact BION still does know for a fact if their Plants will work as engineered and sold. This is a fact. Yes, you can make some dollars or euro's in the interim if you play the beta and watch trends carefully. We can certainly understand why many would invest with the cycles and perhaps up to the point where their plants must actually produce. Our position remains the same on BION. We know too many savvy investors and informed insiders who are extremely negative about the management and engineering of this company.
Difficult to imagine Investors not really studying the backgrounds of those in management at BION. So happy most of our clients are no longer paying the bills of these money grabbing executives who mislead everyone everyday! Shameful.

Good luck all you BION Investors - you'll need it.
"Proposed plant" does NOT equate to actual engineering success, process engineering success, production and certainly not sales. As usual, Solaking is typical of BION's management who offers statements poorly written, poorly thought out and premature pr at best. Hardee and SM Approvals although a step in the right direction, offer investors in this company a very incomplete view of reality and substance. There are NO guarantees BION's engineering will actually work. There are no guarantees the Plant will be built to spec and as advertised. We applaud BION getting this far, but reality remains:
1. Approvals do not equate to plant funding
2. Investors still must step forward
3. Plant funds do not guarantee plant production
3. Plant production and design are theories and subject to numerous pitfalls
4. BION is still years away from actual revenue at best!
INVESTORS BEWARE, THIS IS SIMPLY MORE PR AND NOTHING MORE.
We are with you as I hope you're right also! We encourage faith in investing but have seen too many negatives associated with BION and simply want to make sure everyone understands what is happening behind the scenes with this very bad situation. We absolutely do hope and wish for good fortune for you LR8!
Well good luck then. Our info and intell is among the best in the world. We're 100% certain of our statements. Happy investing to you TW
LR8 please do not insert opinion or context in our board reviews. We did not state their process is a "fake" but we are stating a FACT that the BION engineering reports cannot guarantee the process OR their plant production and process will work exactly as BION advertises but does not promise nor guarantee. It is in this regard that Investors and VC are taking great risk. Intell and insight are part of our extensive due diligence. BION is on many of our members radars but in a very negative way. It is not something we will discuss via this media. Nice try. As we continue to say, we wish everyone the best of luck when dealing with companies such as BION. Many of our friends and associates have no further tolerance when it comes to companies like BION or execs who behave badly.
Nicely responded KK. Your points are well made and respected. The only point you may wish to examine further is BION's actual technology and production engineering. The Team in Canada who follows BION closely which includes engineers, gasif experts and attorney's, is convinced their process is still suspect on many levels. The engineering reports to date are clear on one important point, the process BION says works cannot be 100% reviewed and guaranteed until such time that a plant is operational. Then and only then will their process become validated. The lead attorney in CAN confirms this engineering review. It's a huge gamble to believe what BION executives say work when they cannot legally or otherwise offer conclusive evidence to suggest otherwise. We are fully aware of their engineering partners and studies and these opinions come directly from these reports.
Bonds do not equate to dollars or euro's as we have seen hundreds of times. Just more worthless PR and talk from a company exec. Bion is worthless L&G and always has been. You may wish to examine other message boards for complete verification of this opinion. Bion is getting totally slammed.
When you read that BION is ACTUALLY building (real construction!) a Plant is when they are no longer simply taking people's money. BION's PR is worthless until then! The market is not stupid and have caught on to these "shady" characters in Miami and all their silly PR.
BION's management group are equally "shady" and will likely see the consequences of their actions in the coming months in the form of two large legal actions. SKY's pictures of H Sandy were awful. Good wishes to those in the States who were impacted. Some in Toronto felt the storm. Just awful news recaps. We donated to RC and hope everyone does.
BION's shell, pump and dump games began many years ago. See the 'nodummy' messages for more facts. He's right on the mark. Bad is bad.
BION = DUMP THIS STOCK NOW. Terrific work 'nodummy'. This is a fine example of detailed due diligence. You did your homework well. One small correction Michael Stazzi is actually M DiPumpo and we're not making this name up. According to our US and Canadian based research groups, he actually wasn't the issue in the overall bigger picture although we may not have this bigger picture of his total involvement. What is an issue is the new management and board which are much worse than the older groups. Otherwise, your assessment is spot on with terrific accuracy. Time to dump BION NOW EVERYONE. No one should support this unworthy group of misfits who just care about supporting their lifestyles and not their investors. Really solid work ND! You hopefully saved many people's hard earned funds from this worthless group.
Great work LR8. Now you're getting the bigger picture and the interesting history of this company. The Canadian Group still have "issues" with BION on several fronts. It seemed messy and this is in part why we backed off in a hurry a few months ago. Read between the lines and keep doing your DD and you'll begin to better understand the bigger picture of this "company"
BION XXX. DD? Please do you all know how long BION has been promising, restructuring, turning over management, submitting patents, pushing ridiculous pr out the door, talking about their deals with reputable companies, issuing stock, changing boards, collecting money from investors like us, answering phones, promising the world, etc. How much DD does any reasonably intelligent investor need? I can assure everyone we have most definitely done our DD and then some. I sincerely hope everyone has a good experience, but after watching dozens of our investors loose big on this worthless group, we do feel a sense of ethical obligation. Too many BION's in the world and it's time these message boards learn the truth about this company. Prove us wrong BION. What have you done in the past four years? How much money have you spent off investors dollars? Even if investment dollars for a plant came in tomorrow, it will still be another two years to reach revenue. This will make BION a 6 year unprofitable business operation. Can you deny any of the above? Of course, but in the era of digital data networks and the internet, you can run but you cannot hide. Sorry BION, you are what you are.
LR8, bus contracts are completed everyday where one company positions itself for possible future applications, tech acquisitions, process applications, land grabs, etc. These type of contracts are written in 'future' terms meaning if something happens then this contract becomes a viable piece of paper. We see these 'futures' all the time and honestly to put much stock in these at this early stage is all conjecture. To wit: everyone thinking of investing in any company, and in this instance BION, should ask one question "if BION doesn't find someone willing to put up over a $100,000,000 for a plant that may or may not be able to produce urea as outlined in an engineering report not produced by BION and based on opinion" do you think theses contracts really mean anything? "Real Patent" applications. Please my grandchildren have patent applications for new tech that may or may not work. Silly references by all the BION crew including Codaras. Bottom line continues to be simple no matter how much rhetoric the BION Guys try and frame their simple press releases and board messages, just show us the money and the plant funds and quit posting all these meaningless press releases hoping that people will not be able to see through this nonsense. The day BION actually builds a plant and begins revenue is the day we'll all get behind this company. Until then ALL INVESTORS STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIDA COMPANY!
"BION is at bottom" is correct. Good luck mate.
Well done SB! Tired of BION! The BION management group continues to bring forth the proposition that their patent filings and silly PR mean something. This is the basis of asking investors to support them. Worse still their executives use this forum and others to accuse global investors of not representing the facts. The facts are simple. Investors have and will continue to lose money on this company. Their PR announcing meetings and agreements offer nothing but words. There is no substance or revenue. THESE ARE FACTS!
Facts are facts. How many investors have lost thousands upon thousands supporting staff in Miami and a questionable business model? Research is research and facts are facts LR. Fluff is fluff. This is a Investor Forum designed to express opinions on select companies.
NO BION! Yes, we all saw this article. The premise is right on - the world needs food, BION can potentially help, US based domestic production, etc. The issues remain the same however. This Company is very poorly managed, will have issues raising the required capital to fund a plant, executives will continue to draw large salaries for two more years minimum until any revenues begin, silly press releases, no image, false patents, and so so much more. We have someone close to this Company and based on his recommendation we're shedding all investment now and forever.
We're a private Investment Group who invests in technologies and companies we believe will reshape social economies, countries, businesses and individuals. We currently are looking at several tech areas, companies and industries for large scale invest. BION was introduced to us via a friend of the network in the States and we began tracking the company based on his recommendation. He has since soured on the company and in June expressed extreme concern saying BION was now in very bad form. Since BION was on our radar, we began taking a much closer look. Our member's input was more of a personal nature but in our view warranted a quick retreat from further more large scaled investment. We continue to study over a dozen companies and will add two additional members to our group in mid october - both in the States. Our next expansion will be two individuals from the UK and Canada. Good luck w your investment in BION sir or madam. Micros are tough but in the correct set of conditions and funding offer wonderful returns.
Sorry -- we allocate excessive resources with respect to companies, trends, technologies, patents, management, and all things relating to overall valuations. Our feeds come from hundreds of RSS and related intelligence sources from Australia to ... We do not share our research with anyone outside our 3-Country Team. BION was on our buy list from roughly Jan-May. We removed BION for several reasons. The tone and type of PR, management changes, buy backs, patent filings, tech acquisitions of tech you said they said they owned in early 2012, etc. The big negative is cash and revenue. Despite what we read, Hardee is not funding a plant. If you study similar companies in similar circumstances, most do not make it because of a failure to reach production, in this instance revenue. We study trends carefully and it is clear BION has had many changes over the past few months and despite their careful PR, it is easy for experts to see past Friedman's posts and overall co releases.BION should not be a financial company operated by financial investors. We may be wrong, but it would appear the original management team had a better grasp on building a company, image, plant, etc. Sorry Solaking, this is our perspective. We'll continue to watch BION but until such time they can say plant funds are deposited and a plant in Hardee or anywhere is breaking ground we will stay far away from this investment.
Better news. Keep this type of news coming and perhaps we will put BION back into our buy lists!
WE TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU ON BION. OUR TEAM LOST BIG € AND $ ON THIS GROUP WHO ARE P&D ARTISTS.
Research. Before we invested further, we asked our groups in UK and CA to dig deeper into BION. The findings were not expected. The stock slide start (>June+) cost us all plenty and based on both results it appears BION is not in our plans or our investors. We still have € and $ in BION but this will end soon. Good luck TW do well with this.
"His" reply...interesting X. Our Group carefully studies many tech intros SA BION. Based on external news feeds, at best, BION is years away from production. So like most smart Investors, we'll simply wait until you actually have real news. Your "East-West" reference is also interesting as we invest in Euro Land just as you do in the States.
Dreamland = Bionitrogen. Sell and run.
Bionitrogen NOT a viable investment!
BION = HUGE RED FLAG!! Research the Company's origins, patent app's which are worthless, engineering flags, management, etc. This Company is years from revenue at best and will likely never even get there despite their recent misleading PR's. Total waste of anyone's Euro's or Dollars.
This is consistent with BION's awful management team -- no honesty, consistency and integrity. This is an awful collection of misfits.
Not convinced! BION has far too many holes in their Company. I'll wait until their plant is fully funded. Their PR is a nightmare.
Plant funding is the key to BION's share price Solaking. The NY Group doing their PR is ineffective as this is just basic operations news and essentially bare minimum news. BION needs real news, real management, real progress, real funding, etc. Not bare bones news about 'potential good news and raw engineering reports' that have yet to confirm anything. Why does BION need outside engineering when they sold the Company last year on having "patent pending" technologies that were proprietary? Now, months later, they're saying this tech is worthless and must sign agreements with two other companies in order to build plants. Poor PR and IR.
Plant funding is key. The engineering and processing news are important, but until such time that a plant is funded and BION reaches revenue, this remains an issue. PR news out of NY is not effective but keeps the Company in news sans real substance. Had some of my Euro groups get in at E03.
