Just a thought... Not only is this a feel good family destination this guy has a tv show for helping businesses.... It would be stupid publicly to ruin the shareholders of this or any company.

It would ruin his reputation and bottom line too much.

He used to work with these people-/- no way ( IMO) would he put his name and this company in a very public forum along with the SEC with his background if it wasn't solid.

And the easiest way to now be targeted sometimes is to be very very noticeable.

Perhaps--- I can't speak to that-- only to the normal course of funding in the private world and how different laws (us) permit different things involving real estate and structures

Who said there were no conditions? Just because they are not made public does not mean there are no conditions. They just might not be tied to shareholder impact which might preclude then from being disclosed.

In many states (us--- not familiar with Canada) you can have Ag zoning but put a structure and be off the grid with an address and water and solar and septic and still not be violating Ag rules... Which state only farm animals and a shed....

Well I don't particularly care for that and in some cases it's illegal, however it all depends on the structure of the company entity and how the funding "looks"and the disclosures-share structures-compliance etc etc... There are many ways to fund "legally" and not really be fully disclosing

Add to that if he publicly stated it is funded and it's not it has legal implications to everyone involved with this company-- and I do not believe any CEO at this stage with this much scrutiny would be that stupid

Just a note about private funding as I used to be involved with it.... Many private funding companies (especially in controversial industries) choose to do so under shell names or have their names protected.

Public funding for this industry right now is not particularly viable-- especially when banking laws are still being talked about.

Yes but the article I read expounded on the anti-us sentiment from ZTE an some it's business dealings--- i hadn't dug too much into ZTE other than numbers for us and was a bit surprised by the nefarious-ness.

ZTE is the Chinese Google. They are like the pocked-marked bouncer in the back alley poker game to the Wynn. Both exist to defraud. One just looks nicer.

Very interesting ZTE and terrorist tech references to Iran and other anti US entities. Reading about missing flight and some sources believe hijacked for human capital and because there were some higher ups in ZTE on the plane yet are digging up some very interested and scary facts about this company.

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT LAWSUITS
Fact: companies has insurance for this type of thing
Fact: if you "lost" because you sold on a short side SA article--- well... I mean really?
Fact: these are not REAL lawsuits--- they are fishing expeditions for hundred of plaintiffs ( which I doubt they could even get--- for pennies in the dollar--- which insurance usually covered and IF there is merit and in this cast--- HIghly unlikely.

IMO I would let your choice to hold or buy or sell be based on your DD of the company and industry and future--- And not spend one dime or second thinking about these ambulance stock fishing firms.

This wasn't a scam penny stock. Nobody deserved these losses including the CEO who moved his family to bumble land.

You should be very ashamed at feeling glee or pride when people have lost money and the employees there jobs.

Supra--- people invested and lost a lot of money here--- have some reapect

The whole market is tanking---uncertainty dictates these stocks especially--- even given the tremendous positives--- until money is in the bank--

We will go up.... And up and up eventually...

Vrng news generally comes in waves and not splashy--- personally think this is very good for the long term. I believe we will se another wave in the next few weeks with possibly a newly developed product.
