actually if he was in LVGI at time of GEAR incubation and spinoff he owns a piece of GEAR--also ORCA have you taken the time to read the business model of LVGI--states very clearly--they are brand builders to incubate companies, brands and concepts and spin them off

Frenchy you seem to be confused---LVGI is not parent company of GEAR--GEAR was spun out as a private entity almost a year ago and has zero affiliation to LVGI--LVGI shareholders at the time of the spin out received GEAR shares but they are shares of a private company so no they would not be registered with the SEC

MANGO BOTTLING is NOT I repeat not a distributor they are a bottler and there about 2000 bottlers in the US alone and as I read the press release it stated LVGI was going to "rengage" wit MANGO and look to set up a bottling run---perhaps that discussion hasnt taken place yet--perhaps they couldnt come to terms----who knows but for the 12 year olds to come on here with big hoopla that SLAM is dead--is beyond absurd!!!!
