I just bought a 50 counts of Genstrip from Amazon (sold by Planet Stuff) for $17.39.
The 50 counts strip from J&J is selling for $32 on Amazon.
Who is Planet Stuff & does DECN gets any money from my buying?
I did.
As of now, i still don't know genStrip sale situation (as to how much DECN able to sale).
I bought it with a bet that it has a better chance win in court.
Got it.
So now the selling has begun on amazon & other sites by DECN since they have the exclusive rights for the sales.
Thanks again,
If DECN cannot sell GenStrip, who is selling it on Amazon & other sites?
Thanks
Has DECN ever released any sales figure of GenStrip?
A typical shareholder voting is weighted with number of shares owned.
Thanks ValueFinder8 for the explanation.
ValueFinder8,
I have been long for a few month now & recently added more.
I appreciate your insight on DECN & I am sure most of the long here does too.
I have a question about the ownership of GenStrip.
Does DECN owns all the intellectual property of GenStrip or it is a licensed product from Shasta Technology?
Thanks
For 12978 prescriptions filled in the month of December, what kind of revenue vvus will get?
I don't think AMRN can withhold this piece of information once it receives.
I will venture to guess that AMRN may already have the prices negotiated with potential buyer, one with NCE & another one without NCE.
It just need to get the definitive answer from FDA.
No decision becomes a drag now .
Thanks,
FDA has not said Down yet, I assume we still have hope.
Does FDA has to say explicitly if it determines no NCE?
I saw something yesterday about a director sold 60800 shares at $3.03. But i cannot find it now (I got from mobile app of TDAmeritrade).
Any basis with your one million or two million in 2 quarters?
I think the rate will increase but just have no idea how fast it may be & to what level.
if ownership changes, tax credit goes away.
This is as close as you can get for a company to tell you the truth about bavi failed to work.
A company will never tells that the drug is a complete failure unless they are ready to shut the door.
The key of today's release is clearly telling people of early reporting of bavi extending patient life was an error.
when a company says error in GOOD data, it usually means the data is bad.
In this case, it is more so as no other known bavi results were good except the last one.
I would not consider PPHM is cheaper today just because last Friday was over $5.
If this drug is not for real (looks to be true), the company will have no real value.
There are plenty of example in biotech.
DVAX vaccine is for Hep B.
It is nice to see crammer talk about it & get the words out.
I think you mean NCE.
All these points are logically make sense.
But the market is rarely logical.
If NCE is not granted, expect to see a hit to share price.
If someone challenges one AMRN patent, expect to see a hit to share price......
Eventually things may work out if you can keep cool head during volatile time.
The end of the day, it is the effectiveness of the drug will make or break, not how it is delivered.
I am not saying you are wrong.
I could argue REMS may be an incentive for doctors more willing to prescribe Qsymia as their liability may be reduced.
But no one knows the real effect this REMS may be until we have sometime to see it & one year is a reasonable time.
I actually own both ARNA & VVUS but for very different reason.
Last a week or so, quite a few posters came around this board & telling people Qsymia will not be approved.
Now it is approved, why not come back a year from now & see what may happen by then? There should be more facts to back up anyone's claim, I hope.
I wouldn't be so sure.
If the company got bad news, they will have to release immediately.
It is very common for FDA to notify the company in the last minute for whatever the reason.
I still bet VVUS will get the approval.
It depends when VVUS receives notification from FDA.
If VVUS receives FDA decision late at night, it may not halt.
I think it is 7/17, next Tuesday.
I am long AMRN.
Would like to ask a question about AMRN patents & FDA Orange Book listing.
With only two patents granted so far (per AMRN June Presentation), does it make sense for AMRN to ask FDA extend 3 month of PDUFA date to give more time for key patents approval so they can be listed in FDA orange book upon approval?
How do they know?
If it is the case, it will mean DVAX got the priority review they are asking for.
Feels like a secondary is coming.
