Kane, this all sounds good. Perhaps this is what we have all been waiting for. How will Wytec generating income help CCOP share price. On the Wytec website, there is an advertisement to buy Wytec stock available only to accredited investors. Are they two different companies?
Kane,
Welcome to this group
Any good news you can share or resources that will help shareholders find information will be gladly welcomed. Please keep in mind that Steven spent years telling people big events were in the near future and they need to buy. The buying only funded the dilution of shares. There are many who feel they have been scammed. if you have any information that can be backed up by facts, it will be welcomed by all
Unfortunately everyone knows Steven.
Jax,
Thank you for the points you made about the new posters predictions for the near future of this company. To respond to your statement that anyone who writes positive words of the company will be labeled a tout for Bill and Steven; here is why some respond with the opposite opinion. Many have been involved with this company for 5-10 years. We have heard the same recycled press releases from Bill and Steven. When someone shows up and says something big will happen but can't give details, it throws up a red flag. Many have come and gone from this board and made empty claim of big events about to happen. Without facts to back it up, the words carry no weight. But, many who don't understand the how things work in the sewers of unregulated stocks will buy on hype. Bill and Steven have diluted the share stricture over the last 5 years while unknowing marks have funded their scam. If anyone can post good news backed up with facts, it will be welcomed by all. My group purchased restricted shares many years ago at a price that will never again be seen by this company. We can't even sell for a loss to get away from this bad decision and a tax write off. We would be very happy if good news showed up and would very much like to be wrong about our interpretation of what has happened with this company.
An answer to that question of why do people post here if they don't own share may not make sense to many, especially those that participate in these OTC and pink sheet scams. People have lost money because they believe package of lies sold by Bill and Steven. They have a good sales pitch and deliver it very well. People that don't understand the game of unregulated stocks will lose money. Some people write here because if they can get someone that has been unfortunate enough to be contacted by Bill or Steven to do just a little research, hopefully they will see this company is a fraud. If even one person doesn't give Bill or Steven their money and it keeps even one penny out of their pockets, it is worth the time.
This stock has had unusually high volume for over a month now and the price remains in the 2 to 3 cent range. Everyone that knows anything about these unregulated stocks knows why that is happening.
So can anyone explain all this volume this stock has seen over the last month. CCOP has gone weeks with no trading.
Something should be mentioned along with showing that Wytec did get FCC licensing
It is now 2016 and the CCI website still has the announcement that it will have 30 cities online by the end of 2015. Another lie. This should be further proof that this company is a fraud. One would think they would remove an announcement that did not materialize.
Anyone can apply for a license with the FCC and they will grant the license as long as their rules are followed.
They mentioned something about getting registered in Denver as part of the faux 30 city buildout. That is another carefully worded misleading PR by Bill. they may be registered, but there is no system in Denver or the other 29 cities they never mentioned. Vague PR's are a classic sign of an unregulated stock scam.
Do your own research and come to your own conclusion.
Here is something interesting. Upon doing a search of the FCC's website, it was discovered that in 2013 the FCC granted Wytec permission to use millimeter technology.
https://apps.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/DOC-324753A1.pdf
Scroll down to page 24 and 25.
They are still using that antenna idea to get more money and it's working. Every few months there is some buying. People that buy these antennas could buy a bridge and have the same likelihood of making money.
Bill has been talking of this so called technology for a while now. It has been on the brink of going online for many years. The only competition this company has is other OTC frauds that may have the same scam idea. Something to look at over the years is CCOP's other business ideas. They had a brilliant idea of VOIP which is the same concept as Skype and Facetime. What product did this company produce? Nothing. Their next venture was the rural internet providers that would give high speed service to the sparsely populated mid west section. Nothing once again. Now they have been trying to convince people for year they have technology to help major carriers with service. What will come of that?
Does anyone have an update on the 30 cities that were supposed to go online by the end of the year? Seems that better get underway shortly.
Well, so much for the volume. Back to the days of no activity.
That's a good theory. Probably sold them the line that they are waiting until after the holidays to make the big announcements. That has been used for years.
There has been some descent volume that last week or so given that most days this sits with 0 shares traded. Anyone know what's going on?

According to the press release she did not leave the company. Ms Bagley only resigned from the board of directors.
Read the financials again. This is a dilution scam. Makes perfect sense.
This is sad. The company announces 750 MILLION shares to be diluted and the bagholders are still promoting this like it's anything other then a dilution scam. What's even more sad is people that have been scammed and are the new bagholders will think that the falling price is a good opportunity to buy more..and they will. Fortunately those that learned their lesson about OTC scams will sell and cut their losses. These frauds rely on unknowing buyers. And now the promoters will make ridiculous claims like I want cheap shares or anything to do with an unregulated dilution scam.
First of all, this is not an investment, it is a play. People that sell this stock for a loss now are actually making a good decision because they are cutting their losses. This is another unregulated dilution scam and will end up at .0001 before a reverse split.
This is not in any way a long term investment.
Comparing the likes of a dilution scam to a company such as Apple is like comparing apples to oranges (definite pun) Apple is a rock solid blue chip that many have profited from. This company is an unregulated sub-penny dilution scam that a few will profit from by the losses of many
Start up problems..this company has had start up problems for 12 years. The machine that prints shares for bill and Steven to sell isn't their dilution scam never had a problem starting.
Jax, please do not come to unreasonable conclusions or post unreasonable interpretations of what was written. It is very clear what I wrote..this company has made a big deal about attending many conventions and none of them did anything for the share price. They all seem to have been announced during a buying/dilution session. I was saying that the stock value did not go anywhere because of the conventions in the past and will not because of this one.
People that post the truth about this fraud are fully aware of how the stock market works. The group I was in that bought this garbage scam will never see the price get pumped to what we bought in at. Some are stuck with 144 shares they can't even sell for a loss and tax write off. None of us want to see anyone else ripped off by Bill and Steven. We accept our losses. If we can keep even one person from getting scammed by those two and keep even only one penny out of their pockets, it is worth the time. That is why we write here.
There is not anyone here that hopes the ITU conference was not beneficial to the company Simple fact is it wasn't. People that have been locked into this company through 144 shares or tremendous losses know that the conference was another farce. Take a look at all the conventions this fraud has claimed to attend over the years. What has come of their participation. Nothing. Nothing Will come of this either. It's just another piece of the fraudulent pie Bill and Steven serve to unknowing investors.
Jax, you are right about people being responsible for buying this garbage fraud. With that said, these unregulated scams have ruined families. People do not understand the stock market and that is who Bill and Steven focus on. They have a very good sales pitch and do a great job of selling this scam. Those who can least afford to lose a single penny will risk their kids college savings, part of their retirement, their rent or any other money they may need. When Bill and Steven tell them this will be a booming company by the end of the year with 30 markets completed, they think they will get rich overnight. It is amazing how people will believe a complete stranger and do no research for themselves before risking money they can't afford to lose. Only a little research will show the years of empty promises and lies. Simply read the companies own press releases and see how many have materialized. But there is an endless supply to run these scams. When these people buy and drive the price up and Bill sell his shares and drives the price down, people who could not afford to lose money just lost and Bill goes to the bank.
What happened to all the buying?
It is sad, but there will always be a supply of unknowing investors that believe the sales pitch Steven and Bill throw at them. Those two crooks have a story to tell and they are very good at the. So it is not that people are stupid, they just don't know any better.
Is this a Letter written to you personally or one of those mass emails Bill and Steven have been sending?
This is nothing but more nonsense. Read into the letter. He is telling you that many more significant events must occur before this garbage penny stock fraud will supposedly go up in share price. Bill and Steven have been sending letters like this for over 10 years. Bill most likely is about to dump another round of freshly printed shares and has a group of people conned into thinking this is a real company. He will use the buying to keep the price up while he cashes in his diluted shares. This has been the pattern and it will continue. This is not news, it's promotional nonsense.
Still looking to invest, Bill and Steven are still running their buy two antenna's and get a bridge for free special.
You would think that with 30 cities to be completed by the end of the year, there would be some updates. Events such as when construction began, progress, contractors selected, completion dates..etc.. This will most likely end up like every other project this garbage fraud has promoted. It will be forgotten until the next round of dilution falls upon the next group of unknowing investors.
Your right. If this company is going to start up 30 markets by the end of the year, they better start giving updates about progress and completion.
Who buys this, you ask? Unfortunately there will always be a steady supply of people who dont understand how these garbage pink sheet and OTC scams work. They will believe complete strangers posting under an alias on a chat board and not do any research about a stock before purchasing it. It doesn't make sense, but that is what drives these fraud company's.
That is not true for those that hold the restricted 144 shares. They can't sell. All they have is a piece of paper saying they own shares of a company diluting its value to a penny. There are many who would like to sell and put this bad decision behind them but are stuck.
Keep this in mind before touting this news on this board. Many people bought in when the share count was around 50 million. It is now just shy of 350 million. This company has diluted almost 300 million shares and bought back just shy of 500,000. That is 1/600 of what they diluted and cashed in while all the 144 shareholders and those that bought over 5 cents are stuck with a worthless stock.
Hey mouse, did you read that press release on the wytec website saying this stock has an anticipated valuation of over $11 per share. Of course you must read on and notice that all the "pending" deals must be finished before this price can be reached. Take a moment and look back at all the letters of intent and pending deals company has announced and see how many of those have materialized. None.
Bill and Steven are running a special this week. Anyone who buys an antenna will get a bridge for free.
The people that bought those antennas have as much of a chance of making money as people who bought Bridge's in Brooklyn.
Don't forget about the BS Wireless Wisconsin project in Eua Clair. what has come of that..nothing.
Can you show any verifiable proof that this company has a running network in Columbus OH? You will need to show more then a press release. This company has years of press releases talking of potential deals and projects that never materialized.
Hey Lucky, here is a link to a quote you made on this board in August 2012. You asked us to wait until September of 2012 and if nothing was operational, you would admit Bill and Steven are running a fraud.

Something very weird has happened this week. Bill and Steven have found a new group of soon to be scammed buyers of this garbage stock..which is nothing new. What is unusual is the bid had been around 2 cents and they have not dumped any freshly diluted shares into the market. Maybe they are growing weary of their own fraud. Maybe they want to give this new round of buyers hope before they tank the price. Whatever the reason may be, it is different to see a pump in the price last more then a few days without an insider sell off.
The Sprint manager was most likely given some freshly printed shares as compensation for letting Bill and Steven use his name for their fraud company. These shares get sold along with whatever the insiders issued themselves. This happens all the time with these unregulated scams. It would be a good idea to educate yourself about OTC and pinksheet scams. Google the signs to look for and see if they parallel this company. You could also go to silicon investor and get a quote for CCOP. Check out the historical press releases and you will see a pattern recycled garbage and lies. Nothing has materialized.
What is your opinion of the Manager and Level 3 deal?
You seem to remain somewhat optimistic about this company. Here is a link to a website called Silicon Investor. Check out the two pages of press releases and notice all the letters of intent they entered with. Then look for press releases showing how many of those deals actually closed. Also notice the financing agreements the supposedly signed letters of intent for. Notice one in particular, Media 3G (MDGC). This is a proven dilution scam that is sitting at .0001 per share. Now Bill and Steven are telling people of a non binding memorandum of understanding with anticipated financing. This is just a different term for letter of intent.
Something else to do is go to the website of all the companies they have recently claimed to have entered into and do a search on the website for Competitive Companies or Wytec.
The reality of this company is its a fraud and the proof is with the history.
