Jax, you are right about people being responsible for buying this garbage fraud. With that said, these unregulated scams have ruined families. People do not understand the stock market and that is who Bill and Steven focus on. They have a very good sales pitch and do a great job of selling this scam. Those who can least afford to lose a single penny will risk their kids college savings, part of their retirement, their rent or any other money they may need. When Bill and Steven tell them this will be a booming company by the end of the year with 30 markets completed, they think they will get rich overnight. It is amazing how people will believe a complete stranger and do no research for themselves before risking money they can't afford to lose. Only a little research will show the years of empty promises and lies. Simply read the companies own press releases and see how many have materialized. But there is an endless supply to run these scams. When these people buy and drive the price up and Bill sell his shares and drives the price down, people who could not afford to lose money just lost and Bill goes to the bank.
