Nice find OTC Hussler.
$1.5 m government funding for Terreplenish:
"...construction and equipping of a 45,720 square foot organic recycling and processing facility...called Terreplenish".
That sounds to me like the first evidence of actual money coming in for DUTV.
There was a post on X a few days ago from Terreplenish stating 'Now together under one umbrella'.
With an image of DUTV above Terreplenish, Easy Energy Systems, Easy Modular Manufacturing and Feed Earth Now.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Digital Utilities Ventures, Inc. is working to become a formidable presence in the green solutions marketplace. We have identified strategic opportunities for acquisitions and joint ventures that will allow us to capitalize on existing and emerging opportunities in this industry. Consumers understand the significance of progressing from conventional assets to inexhaustible sources that produce no ozone harming greenhouse gas emissions from petroleum by-products and lessen air contaminants. Our primary focus is enhancing modular, disruptive green solutions such as regenerative agricultural technologies, converting waste materials to value-added products, and providing clean water to communities worldwide. Additionally, the company is manufacturing systems that will enhance the performance of an existing oil well. Accomplishing these goals will increase energy supply, lessen reliance on imported fuels, and increase economic development by increasing occupations in manufacturing, assembling, and engineering...all while significantly reducing carbon emissions.
Mark on X:
...I also received today the long awaited draft merger docs from our lawyers.
Maybe the merger is close finally?
Yes, DUTV was previously a weed company...and a 'last mile' internet delivery company for several years before that. The PTEL scenario was before my time.
From the old days: DUTV "provides real time video transport system for the Internet. It offers The New Last Mile..."
There were price spikes and drops numerous times over the years as the business went through each change. Hopefully this time it is not a price spike, but a new ongoing stock price trend upwards as DUTV finally becomes a viable and successful business.
All the best to everyone involved.
Mark G will be on Unicorn Hunters Monday morning. From 'X':

Following up on Timing's post. From Mark on 'X' this evening:
…As promised, our new law firm ( Byrd Law) spent the last couple of weeks cleaning up the filing reports and getting everything current. They are now focusing upon completing the long awaited merger documents. Much more to come.
Mark G on 'X'
Hi $DUTV team…I just wanted to let you know I am listening. The new law firm (Byrd Law) that we recently brought in to properly complete the long awaited merger, is cleaning up the various filings. They are doing a great job. You will very soon see.
Cautiously optimistic.
This is cool.
Mark posted yesterday about donations to Nomica, a project in Africa using Terreplenish. Before you say, who cares; what about the merger?
At the bottom of the page there are several sponsor names and logos. One is DUTV. There has to be a good reason DUTV is included.
Nomica
Feed the Famished Somalia
1 acre of properly fertilized cropland can feed 16 people for an entire year
The project involves the distribution of liquid microbial fertilizer, called Terreplenish®, to farmers in Somalia and other African countries. The fertilizer is designed to improve crop yields and enhance the nutritional value of food produced. By providing farmers with access to this organic fertilizer, the project aims to increase agricultural productivity and contribute to reducing hunger in the region.
Hopefully we are inching closer.

Hi DUTV Team…Sorry to have been quiet…As I have stated before, when I am quiet - it probably means we are busy on many fronts. Many exciting things continue to happen:
On the Merger: I spent most of this afternoon in meetings with attorneys working through the many details of the still pending merger….TWO new attorneys are now focused solely on getting that done…I know it has been too slow, but I want it done right.
They are experts at BOTH public companies AND the many details of complex mergers involving bringing many different technologies under one public umbrella WHILE legally minimizing taxes.
Mark posted on twitter this evening.
..."I needed just a little more time to clean up a couple of other loose ends that will make things better for us all long term."
So we are not there yet, but inching closer.
I have never had an investment where the CEO posted updates like Mark does. Thank you, sir.
That Puntland letter was posted Friday on twitter by Mark. But then it disappeared. Not sure what that was all about.
I love this comment from Mark...and it helps explain how busy they are:
"virtually all of the end customers LOVE what they are learning about our products, but they are also stating that it sounds too good to be true".
Which leads to this:
"Thus, virtually everyone then brings us into still more follow on meetings with their own experts, scientist or agronomists".
Nice problem to have.
Impressive series of updates from Mark posted on twitter last night. A lot going on. Dealing with various governments all over the world and lawyers...and the Gates Foundation. This is big time stuff and it all takes time, but seems to be moving forward nicely.
Mark just posted a bunch of info on twitter. He is one busy guy.
Hi $DUTV Team. As I have stated in the past, when I am not tweeting updates, that 95% of the time means I am very busy in meetings with interested customers. We continue to receive global interest around the world in our many #modular solutions to #climate and food shortage issues.
10:55 AM • Feb 18, 2023•
...plus much more...
Thank you for the regular communication, Mark.
More posts by Mark on twitter. Discussing marketing Terreplenish to golf courses and also responding to a question about the merger.
Mark keeps the lines of communication open and the info flowing better than any CEO I can recall. Sure the merger is taking time, as business deals often do. But there is lots happening here and the potential is exciting.
...looking forward to the next updates.
Twitter updates on Somalia, India, California and Tennessee. Thank you, Mark, for keeping people informed.
Quick update from Mark on twitter about working on 'the pink sheet issue'.
Mark seems to me like a CEO dealing with a lot of stuff, yet taking a few minutes every week or 2 to give quick updates on twitter.
That is more communication than the vast majority of CEOs do. I've waited years for progress with some stocks.
Looking forward to see how things unfold for DUTV over the next few months.
Cheers, judgesmails

Our goal is to create awareness at the scale so that every farmer in the states puts into practice regenerative agriculture and land-use practices that provide abundant, nutritious food; revive local economies; rebuild soil fertility and biodiversity, & restore climate stability.
You can be excited about the progress or you can be critical. Up to you. I'm optimistic.
From Mark this evening:
Mark Gaalswyk@MarkGaalswyk
Hi $DUTV Team….Last week, we were asked to have a follow up meeting with the Vice Secretary of Agriculture for Somalia. We brought into the meeting Moe Vella, our recently added board advisor who was also previous chief of staff for then Vice President Joe Biden.
1:30 PM • Dec 27, 2022
That meeting went VERY well. The Vice Ag Secretary could see how our #Terreplenish Liquid Microbial fertilizer produced by locating our Modular Easy FEN’s in their own rural villages could play a huge part in helping them with their massive fight against starvation.
This whole concept was then brought in the last couple of days to a meeting with their Secretary of Ag and the Prime Minister of Somalia himself. I then received a follow up call, just today, stating that their country’s new first priority was to make this happen.
They are working closely with the Gates Foundation, the United Nations, and the World Bank to solve this food starvation issue. The member from the Somalian Parliament, who called me today, indicated he would like to get all of us working together on this ASAP.
Cheers, judgesmails
Mark with another update on twitter:
Mark Gaalswyk@MarkGaalswyk
Dec 18, 2022
Hi $DUTV Team…As a regional leader in Agricultural Technology, we were invited by our MN governor Walz to attend a meeting last week with delegations from foreign governments looking for disruptive agricultural technologies.
SO excited, that they IMMEDIATELY called the president of Somalia to let him know the solution they had found! Their president told them to move forward with us expeditiously. This resulted in follow up meetings the very next day. Next is ag minister meetings.
More from Mark:
This gives all manufactured products the efficiency, buying power and expertise of a larger and mature manufacturing company…
Then $DUTV will pay a small intellectual patent % royalty fee to whichever ( merged or not yet merged) sub company that developed the intellectual property.
Thus, this whole concern of investors thinking every thing is “stalled” until mergers are complete, or not understanding how the large mentioned opportunities help $DUTV…is far from the truth.
The final end result of this structure is that then most R&D expenses and development “costs” happen down in the sub companies ( pre-merger) and the majority of longterm profits and income stays up in $DUTV where ALL benefit due to the greater multiples on a publicly traded stock
Recent Twitter posts from Mark. Sounds outstanding to me.

Hi $DUTV Team…I am noticing some confusion. Even BEFORE any mergers are complete, as I am CEO of $DUTV, both the short term and long term plan is to have all ( non EAI product line) manufacturing ramping up under the $DUTV - Easy Modular Manufacturing, Inc. entity.
Summary, yes …the mergers need to happen, and I am working on that, but many exciting things are in progress on many fronts with ALL manufacturing of all the opportunities pointing up into $DUTV…

Mark posted this on twitter this evening (Thursday):

Hi Team….As you may have noticed, we are altering things on the Easy Energy Finance, Inc. capital raise to be more “conventional” in nature and less “blockchain focused.” This will lessen the perception of our raise being a “crypto.”
Mark Gaalswyk@MarkGaalswyk
I am also working on a “status” news release to explain this better and also answer some of your other questions. I plan to have it out early next week.

Hi $DUTV Team…We are trying to focus on the EasyFen #Modular “Fertilizer Plant in a Box” projects, but we are receiving strong interest from some countries for our #Modular Auto Segmentation System to convert waste streams while sequestering tens of thousands of tons of CO2.
It is our believe that the world needs to move from “glorified high priced burning barrels” (that incinerate garbage to make electricity while emitting thousands of tons of hazardous waste into the air) over to our technology that can instead sequester thousands of tons of CO2
We will do so while producing a low to negative carbon electricity, soil amendments, and other value added products. In theory, every landfill in the world needs this. We are pleased we are beginning to get noticed as some countries are now expressing strong interest.
Timing101,
You are on top of things.
Lots going on. So much potential.
Cheers, judgesmails.
An alternate perspective:
Unicoin was featured on Unicorn Hunters. They emailed me an update about Unicoin today. Pretty impressive. Suggests that maybe that show does indeed have some clout. This is the email:
I'm pleased to share with you that, by now, investors have purchased over $100 million of unicoins.
It's an important milestone reached by only a few cryptocurrencies.
I see this achievement as a recognition by investors that Unicoin is a game-changer cryptocurrency: one built for stability and profitability. Our idea to create a dividend-paying cryptocurrency backed by a large portfolio of assets have received a lot of acclaim around the world, but the investors' vote of confidence, expressed through their purchases of unicoins, is the one that matters the most.
Now that we've laid a solid foundation, we expect to benefit from the snowball effect, especially considering that the crypto market appears to be entering the fifth month of its growth period.
Cheers, judgesmails
Mark posted about it on twitter. He sounds pumped:
Mark Gaalswyk@MarkGaalswyk

Our worst fear was that the grant was going to be structured as only available to help a few $100 million dollar conventional “mega plants.” If you remember, it only takes 184 of our modular units to replace 1/3 of the fertilizer for the ENTIRE USA corn crop.
Mark Gaalswyk@MarkGaalswyk
•10m
Hi Team…Finally! The government today announced the details of the large fertilizer production Grant..! If you remember, a couple months ago, I announced that we had been asked by USDA to be part of group suggesting the structure of the grant.
Mark Gaalswyk@MarkGaalswyk
10m
Thus, theoretically, the government could spend $184 million on enabling 184 of our thousands of existing rural ag coop customers to buy our units, and save the government almost $320 million! Then again, if they want to buy 500 units…we won’t turn them down…LOL!
Timing101,
Great info you have provided us all today.
Things are moving along nicely.
Thank you, judge smails
LA4321, I believe DUTV came very close to 2 cents on that run up a couple of years ago. I sold a chunk at .018. I kept some though, just in case. Looking like that was a good choice.
I have not posted here for a long time, but used to post a fair amount. Been invested in DUTV for a long time. I've also kept tabs on what people have to say on this board for many years and have learned a lot.
This is looking very promising and has been a wonderful surprise. Mark is an accomplished businessman and this company now has legitimate businesses under its umbrella. That is very cool.
Anyway, good luck to all and enjoy the ride.
Cheers, judgesmails.
Took a while, but the webinar now seems to be happening.
I have not posted on ihub for years.
(I've liked the other board ever since I followed Rick over there, but this seems to be where the activity is now, so here I go).
I have nothing but positive things to say.
A year ago, we had nothing at all. An investment worth virtually zero. Now there are experienced people producing and shipping quality products. Sending out free samples. I received mine. We have a tangible product. That is a huge step forward.
Also, both Ralph Porretti & Keiji Varela gladly answer questions and encourage feedback.
Plus; any longterm investors who sold some shares back in the Spring have made plenty of money on DUTV. That's the bottom line.
Maybe things seem a bit unprofessional to some people and there are plenty of unanswered questions. But understand; this is effectively a brand new company that started a few months ago. Pretty quick progress in my eyes.
I don't know what to expect as the months unfold, but I'm optimistic.
So lets see: I've made a bunch of money on this stock...I still own plenty of shares...I've communicated with key personnel...and they've sent me free stuff.
Everyone is welcome to their opinion.
Here's mine: I am very happy with DUTV.
All the best to everyone here.
Cheers, judgesmails
Good coverage from CNN website. This is part of an article on CNN.com
The next frontier in 3-D printing: Human organs
By Brandon Griggs, CNN
The emerging process of 3-D printing, which uses computer-created digital models to create real-world objects, has produced everything from toys to jewelry to food.
Soon, however, 3-D printers may be spitting out something far more complex, and controversial: human organs.
Organovo, a California start-up that has been a leader in bioprinting human body parts for commercial purposes. Using cells from donated tissue or stem cells, Organovo is developing what it hopes will be authentic models of human organs, primarily livers, for drug testing.
The company has printed strips of human liver tissue in its labs, although they are still very small: four by four by one millimeter, or about one-fourth the size of a dime. Each strip takes about 45 minutes to print, and it takes another two days for the cells to grow and mature, said Organovo CEO Keith Murphy. The models can then survive for about 40 days.
Organovo has also built models of human kidneys, bone, cartilage, muscle, blood vessels and lung tissue, he said.
"Basically what it allows you to do is build tissue the way you assemble something with Legos," Murphy said. "So you can put the right cells in the right places. You can't just pour them into a mold."
"Three-D bioprinting facilities with the ability to print human organs and tissue will advance far faster than general understanding and acceptance of the ramifications of this technology," Pete Basiliere said in a recent report.
Murphy said Organovo only uses human cells in creating tissues, and doesn't see any ethical problems with what his company is doing.
"People used to worry about doing research on cadavers ... and that dissipated very quickly," he said. "We don't think there's any controversy if you're producing good data and helping people with health conditions."
Most experts, including Wake Forest's Atala, don't think we'll see complex 3-D-printed organs, suitable for transplants, for years if not decades. Instead, they believe the next step will be printing strips of tissue, or patches, that could be used to repair livers and other damaged organs.
"We are very eager to put pieces of tissue to work for surgical transplants," said Organovo's Murphy, who hopes his company will be ready to begin clinical trials within five years.
Of course, any use of 3-D-printed tissue in surgical procedures would require approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. That review process could take up to a decade.
By then, the notion of a surgeon putting a 3-D-printed kidney into a patient may not seem so bizarre. Then again, this swiftly evolving technology may create new moral conundrums.
"The ethical questions are bound to be the same concerns we have seen in the past. Many major medical breakthroughs have suffered moral resistance, from organ transplants to stem cells," said Titsch of 3D Printer World.
PNCH
-A new TV station with a mix of established shows and new programs set to launch this Fall.
-A strong relationship with ClearVision, who will become the dominant player in airport TV over the next few years. We have 2 shows that are part of the mix. Just getting rolling, but will be in dozens (hundreds?) of airports over the next 3 - 4 years. Guaranteed revenue once the 5th airport gets rolling (in the next few months).
ClearVision has 100% control over when PRs are released, so please don't question Steve about "why is the process taking so long?"...because if you do, you are not questioning Steve; you are questioning Clear Channel, one of the largest advertising / media companies in the world.
-PNCH market cap under $3 million. Gee...do you think there's any upside potential?
-Contrary to statements implying S S has dumped shares; the opposite is true. He has not dumped shares; he has continually used his own money to drive this company.
-Setbacks: you bet there have been setbacks, but PNCH has regrouped & are moving forward.
-Stock price could go up or down in the short term; who knows. But in the long term: tons of potential for higher price. Maybe much higher price. Excited to be on board for the ride & pondering adding to my share count. How often do you get a chance to be on the ground floor of a company that could make you lots of money?
Not picking on you...because I know you are a long & you've made some excellent posts. However, if you're thinking about name changes, you could start with a simple one.
I assume your handle is 'tongue in cheek' & you don't really believe you only pick losers.
But your name would be more effective if you spelled losers correctly.
Again, no nasty intent here...just pointing out a little detail.
Anyway; I hope you make tons of money with ICPA, because ICPA is definitely a winner.
Tomorrow should be an excellent day.
Cheers.
Despite the price being driven down, I remain confident in ICPA. So much going on. Punch TV is expanding. That means more viewers & more revenue coming. Clear Channel is a done deal. Thats why ICPA is on the Clear Channel web site. We all know it, but the vast majority of people don't know about it. Plus lots more.
What an amazing buying opportunity. Never thought it would get this low again. I suppose it could still be driven a bit lower. But its got to bounce back before long.
So...even though I have to beg, borrow & steal to scrape up a few $, I just bought a bunch more today.
ICPA; gotta love it.
For anyone who doubts the Clear Channel / ICPA relationship; watch this quick Clear Channel promo video at about the 1:10 mark.
You'll see Steve Samblis on Travel Tech.

Wrong. Misleading statement.
ICPA is in Clear Channel promo videos. ICPA is on the CC website.
Steve has confimed over & over that its a go.
