That's because those Englishmen are not blessed with the wealth of knowledge we are lucky to have access to. They waste their time at silly places like Oxford and Cambridge, while here in the colonies we have self taught experts who know all about a wide variety of subjects as varied as quantum dots, block chain, aps, and time shares. We are truly blessed that they share their knowledge with us.
OMG!!!! We have TWO webpages!!!!! I bet they will both be equally as epic!!!!!
Just for that I'm doubling my buy order, this is gonna be huge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gotta go now, gotta dig inside some of my old clothes to try to find a nickel so I can order 2 shares while they are still on sale. If SE doesn't hurry back I may have to fire him and make crunch my financial advisor.
Wow they have their own webpage. I had my doubts before, but now I am really a believer.
Imagine that, a webpage.
You mean like friends in the governor's office???
Why do you keep asking for stupid stuff like evidence?? If there was evidence, QTMM would be at it's true value. Forget evidence, you just need to believe. Just close your eyes, click your heels together 3 times and say "I believe".
I hear that's a very popular activity in western Canada.
That's not completely fair. The ID is useful for sporting events if someone has a last wish to see a soccer match and is on death's door, then they can be properly tested and barred entry.
And QTMM is just like PLUG, besides the fact that through the years PLUG has spent hundreds of millions on R&D while QTMM has spent hundreds of dollars.
"But the Innova tests are not for people without symptoms, such as university students or people wanting to get on a plane or go to the theatre. They are designed for people who already have Covid symptoms. ."
BUT BUT BUT BUT we are going to save the world and get people back to work again.
It's gonna be a hot summer..... Or was that a cold winter, I can't recall
Hey I want my credit where credit is due!!!
I called it a one man shop and was mocked by Crunch repeatedly for it. I couldn't be positive on the one man, but since they took in all of a couple thousand pounds in a year in revenue in their last financial report it was clear there are not too many peeps there.
Though being mocked by Crunch is pretty much proof of validity here.
It's quite possible it's the damn Posners needing cash for their annual Halloween beer bash.
If it weren't for them we'd be bigger than Apple by now, right??
Thank goodness you stopped Sri from selling the comp[any when it was 10 cents a share as we now sit at 2 cents. Maybe Canadian math is different but in the US that's a 80% loss. But at least Steve got those reactors humming again so we could crank out those dot sales, hmmmm???
Remember the wink wink nod nod "it's gonna be a good Christmas" from 8-10 years ago
Good times......
Didn't you think it was undervalued at 10 cents??
And at 9??
What about 8??
And 7???
6..5..4..3...2...
Notice a trend???
"SBI crook is getting caught with his hand in the jar.IMO this should be thrown out because they can't prove they had any damages at all except for court costs which was their doing as they initiated them. "
I won't say he's a crook but tend to agree about the lack of damages. The problem is that exact same lack of damages exists in the Texas case that many in Shangri-La are expecting tens of millions from. I can't see this case being thrown out as L2 has a case by the letter of the law, it's just that their damages are so small I don't see the worth.
" It was definitely of value to or constructive for QMC"
It is debatable how much value it was to QTMM. I guess it allowed them to pour tens of dollars into quantum dot R&D which at this point in time has about as much value as the picture my daughter drew of a horse (or maybe it's a cow?) this evening. No doubt it was of value to the Squires family endowment.
Besides that, there are no winners holding QTMM. I would have liked to have traded but my financial advisor told me to always buy and hold and that QTMM is like a mutual fund and safer than the Dow Jones. Unfortunately I have been unable to communicate with him as he seems to have disappeared along with the value of my QTMM shares.
"What constructive purpose has he ever served? "
He asked for constructive, not destructive.
As in, investing in QTMM tends to be destructive to one's assets.
You got that right. BigE is out playing on the beach while us little guys suffer in the basement of his boiler room and post for crumbs just praying someone like Crunch will reply so we can eek out a living.
Hey now, BigE is our POS boss.
And seriously Trevor, even for you that's ridiculous. The vast majority of the posters here were here long before the loans. Or perhaps you think L2 knew Squires would come a knocking for a loan in a few years and planted us here in advance??
"The new website is empty except for the note that news is coming soon.
“Quantum Materials Corp. has industry-changing news to share. Soon.”
Perhaps they are/were being honest and just reversed two words. Instead of industry-changing they meant changing industry news, since then we changed from a quantum dot company to an ap producer. Now that we've pocketed a couple hundy from ap sales, we are probably moving to greener pastures.
When has there ever been real good news??
Winning?
To win you have to be in the game, QTMM's only team is in the fantasy league. We've seen multiple names mentioned by Heathrow, but never Innova.
BTW, did you ever read the comments section of the Telegraph "article" you've posted 300 times?? Check this one out:
"Graham Oliver 9 Sep 2020 2:19PM
This "new and improved on-the-spot test" has been developed by In(n)ova Medical Group (USA) - is made in China, and it has been self certified (CE Marked) by a chinese company for use in the European Union.
Do we smell a "bat" ??
This surely cannot be the best we have to offer... "
The truth is someone here was supposed to be "checking their notes" about the last lie they posted.
"Would have sworn I read somewhere they were beta testing there,
Have to go back and recheck my correspondent later tonight. "
Convenient how you had so much time to "check the Nanosys and Nanoco websites" yet still have not checked your notes.
And the truth is the Sept 24th "article" is just a web recap of postings from earlier, and the Sept 9th article is by a travel writer posting a write up given to him by the promotion company Tried and Tested. Apparently their "by the end of the month" is the same as your "red hot summer"
You realize the link provided in the article is that same goofy Sept 9 article which you have posted 50 times and has no basis in reality. Heathrow had 3 different tests running, none of them having anything to do with Innova.
Are you going with the theory of telling a lie enough times that it eventually gets accepted as the truth??
That's because the idiots at Nanosys and Nanoco waste their time selling stupid stuff like quantum dots.
Thankfully Stevie realized the future is in aps.
What is this "Annual Report" you speak of??
I've never heard of such a thing.
Why would anyone want one of those when you could get a shiny new shareholder update instead????
Actually the real joke is the value of your QTMM "investment"
Or perhaps in Canada it's just considered a tax free gift to the Steve Squires Family Endowment.
Thank goodness they have a powerhouse like Tried and Tested behind them!!
By the way, have you seen the financials of Tried and Tested's parent company? (yeah, I know, some firms actually file those) They had almost $20,000 in assets (but they owed $30,000). Of course they are probably a young growing company, almost a one man shop led by a 90 year old. I'm sure he's out there every day selling away.
Don't worry.
QTMM may suck at developing and selling anything, filing financials and actually speaking the truth, but they excel at selling cheap shares. They have perfected that.
That's why Shangri-La is the best!
Dream Team!
$5++++
Last chance to buy cheap shares!!!
Where else are they going to buy their dots!!!!
Is anyone left there, I noticed you trying to chase away someone else who had an errant thought the other day.
This is not the "Last chance of cheepies"
In truth it is "an extended time to buy in more if we wanted"
Thank you to SS who is always looking out for us.
The Australians are more than a decade behind us. Besides Qdots are very passe, the futures is aps.
It might be the low close. The day it hit .0115 it tanked on a big sale and recovered almost immediately and may have even ended the day up. I'm not sure it's ever closed this low and if so it's been very rare.
Maybe it's more accurate to say with regard to QTMM:
So it ends.
I really want to buy those shares but my financial advisor has disappeared. He always announces when the last chance to get cheap shares arrives.
The last intelligent conversation at Shangri-La was when P19 explained why tetrapod quantum dots were superior to any others.
That worked out well, huh??
I'm not saying whether or not I find merit in K&L's arguments. What I am saying is that at least one judge clearly found merit in them or a reply from QTMM would not have been requested. If no judge sees merit in a case, no one pulls the file and no reply is requested. That's not saying that a judge will rule for K&L, just that he/she clearly did not think the argument was ludicrous.
And I gave up guessing what legal decisions would be after OJ.
" I'm not a lawyer, but it seems obvious to me that the case should not be dismissed. K&L's arguments strike me as ludicrous, if not desperate. "
If the court considered K&L's arguments ludicrous, they would not have requested a reply from QTMM. That's the point of this appeals process, if an appeal is ludicrous or has no legal basis no reply is requested. The fact that a reply was requested means at least one judge found merit in K&L's arguments.
It's both choices. I can't speak for Texas, but for OH and MI it's common not to reply to an appeal unless the court indicates a reply is needed. The court is indicating the K&L has at least some basis for their appeal so they requested a response. It doesn't mean anything beyond that.
Though the fact that this is taking so long just to see if there will even ever be a trial makes me wonder how long this could go on. K&L may just be waiting for the lights to go dark.
Elon Musk spends hundreds of millions on R&D and has a history of delivering.
Stephen Squires spends $1.98 on R&D and has a history of promising.
"Are you right about QMC's Q dot solar panels, working? "
How can something that does not exist not be working.
Look, QTMM has claimed that they've had these solar panels since 2009. Every, and I do me every, reputable scientific source says that Q dot solar cells are still at least 3-5 years from being commercially viable. That's coming from real sources that spend hundreds of millions on research and have proven track records. The only proven track record QTMM and Squires have is that they make lots of claims that never see the light of day.
So I would not say they don't work
I'd say they don't exist.
FACTS MATTER as you like to spout.
