This might be a dumb question, and bear with me as I'm new to investing and ask a lot of dumb questions but, if the request filed in Florida by anderson was to increase the number of shares from 1.8 billion to 3.6 billion and the number of shares currently in play are around 400 million, and Anderson stated in the request that the majority shareholders had approved the request (apparently Anderson and co.) since apparently no one on the hub received a request to vote. What good would increasing the number of shares do? If Anderson can't sell his now, how is an increase in his stagnant holdings going to help him? Other than to cement his position as majority shareholder and give him more electoral power? Then again maybe I am thinking about this incorrectly. Any help?
