"...we have Clinics closing."???
Your link cheered me up! "Lipolaser of South Jersey"!!! HAW!!! Too rich! I'd be willing to bet Marineo could figure out a way for calmare to be "reprogrammed" so those "scrambled signals" could dissolve fat! HAW!
"NEW CLINICS OPENING"???
Oh, wow! TWO! I can't hardly contain the excitement! Did they actually BUY a machine or this the usual recycle a machine from some other clinic that closed down? That one machine from Chalmer's closed "spero" clinic has traveled from one end of the southwest to the other!
"...possibility more realistic..."???
Could be! I couldn't argue with the assessment. I just wish the sumbich would go ahead and drag'em all into court and just make the decision! CTTC's become "Boredom City"! Where's John Nano when you need him!
Oh, look! Another EIGHT MILLION shares sold!
So when is the NEXT reverse split:
blue light special
"...on vacation"???
Not really, just nothing going on with this SOS company -- or at least nothing that anyone can OBSERVE! God only knows what Conrad (aka "Bullteat") is up to now.
"Zizion Group and FDA Inspections..."???
Surprise, surprise! Do you know about Bruce's history? Allow me to copy and paste from an old post:
"However, I did find something called the "victoryoverpain.com" website.
It describes itself as "a premier provider of Calmare technology, which provides a bold, effective solution to Intractable Chronic Pain."
...on its "victoryoverpain.blogspot.in," it lists someone called "Bruce Bartman."
Well, there is no "Bruce Bartman" in Boca Raton.
However, the address he gives is also the address of something called "Zizion" -- "a distribution company focusing on natural integrative therapies."
Now, the FDA says Zizion is owned by "Bruce Bertman."
Well, there you go, the guy can't remember how to spell his own name!
Unless, of course, it was intentional.
After all:
"Respondent Bertman was found guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, twelve counts of wire fraud, one count of mail fraud, and one count of securities fraud in United States v. Bertman, Case No. 02-20454-CR-Graham (S.D. Fla. July 2, 2003). Respondent Bertman was sentenced to fifty-one months in prison, and three years of supervised release.2 On March 3, 2004, when the OIP was issued, Respondent Bertman was incarcerated at the Eglin Federal Prison Camp, Eglin, Florida. (Motion, Exhibit C.)"
Coincidentally, respondent "Bertman" is none other than "Bruce Bertman."
He did what:
"Bertman was the Chief Executive Officer and a principal shareholder of A1 International, Inc. ("AWON"), the common stock of which was publicly traded on the over-the-counter market. Defendants Hutchison, Poole and Arnold were stock promoters and controlling shareholders of AWON. Sagnelli was employed as a stock promoter. According to the Indictment, Bertman, Hutchison, Poole and Arnold agreed to pay an approximately $2.5 million undisclosed kickback to the FBI UCA and others to induce the Fund to buy approximately 4 million shares of overpriced AWON stock for a total of $8 million. The Indictment charges that Sagnelli and Poole were to receive a portion of the undisclosed kickback payment for their role in the stock transaction."
Tsk, Tsk!
I better write that down -- Rule #1: Do NOT try to bribe the FBI.
Well, at least he was "incarcerated" close to home.
But now look at him!
All "rehabilitated" and out selling calmare devices!
Why, it brings a tear to my eye!
Actually a steady flow of tears as I about laugh myself sick!
Jeez! First, the SEC sues Kocherans, fines him $50,000, and boots his stock manipulating rear end out of the securities industry.
And where does he end up -- distributing calmare devices.
Now there's Bertman! Poster child of penny stock fraud!
Whoo-boy! And then people wonder how CTTC has such a hard time selling calmares!
I recall an old saying about the company someone keeps revealing a lot about them!"
Can you believe that sh_t? Although I guess maybe Bertman could be useful now that CTTC is lolling about in penny stock land!
"...even if they prevail in court."???
Please don't mention that stinkin' court! I mean, seriously, here you got a contract that presumably a judge could just look at and decalre who is in the right, but what do you get but delays and extensions resulting in literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney fees. And all over a stupid QUACK medical device that no one wants to buy anyway! What a total joke!
"The Company does not have an employment agreement..."???
Yeah! Kinda hard to sign any BINDING agreements when your company is BROKE!
I guess Dr. Potato Head's "Cash Only Pain Clinic" hasn't been doing so hot if he's got time to spend on a POS like CTTC.
"Competitive Technologies to introduce..."???
And......
Is there some PURPOSE to quoting a five year old press release? Trying to demonstrate that what total WASTE OF TIME that was?
Rosenthal and Abdi never amounted to ANYTHING.
Campbell -- bless his heart -- did the one truly randomized, blinded, controlled study that CLEARLY demonstrated that not only could the calmare NOT treat pain, but it couldn't even produce an effect different from a SHAM calmare!
And then there's Dr. Potato Head who CLOSED his calmare office and now operates the "CASH ONLY Pain Clinic" out of his old primary care office!
"Like usual your statements are full of inaccuracies..."???
Care to name some?
"They haven't even reported their last quarter yet."??? Well, duh! WHY is that? Can't afford too? Too embarrassed?
"...they have distribution rights for Calmare."??? Yeah -- until March when Marineo's contract runs out. What then?
"New clinics are still opening."??? Judging form the 1st quarter 10-Q, they aren't doing so with any machines bought from CTTC.
"Most of their debt is convertible to equity."??? Well, of course, that would work IF the holders were WILLING to convert to equity -- but who could POSSIBLY be that STUPID?
"I expect they will get completely..."??? Yeah, well, funny but looking over all your posts the past five plus years I see where you "expected" a lot of stuff! But you never seem to have expected that CTTC would eventually be BROKE, SUED by half the planet, in DEBT up past its ears, liens on EVERYTHING it owns, or trading in the pink sheets at 20 CENTS a share.
"India news"???
Hurrah, hurrah!! They signed yet ANOTHER distribution agreement!
How much money did they take home? Let me guess -- ZERO? Am I right?
So now they practically span the globe with the silly device and they STILL can't hardly give the thing away!
Oh, and did you notice that the PR came out only a few days before the 10-Q is due? Think THAT was a coincidence? More like a "shot across the bow" to warn you the news ain't going to be pretty.
"60 Minutes' Blames The Pharmaceutical Industry"???
Well, blah, blah, blah! And this is important to CTTC -- how? Lest you forget CTTC is NO LONGER the authorized distributor of calmare. The company is broke and in debt up past its ears; it's being sued up one side and down the other; it has liens against everything of value, and it didn't manage to sell a single, solitary QUACK medical device last quarter!
If anything, I imagine CTTC shareholders could use a dose of heroin right about now!
"Calmare has a Facebook FYI"???
Well, DUHHHHHH! It's only been there TWO YEARS already! Are you just NOW finding it?
And, boy, hasn't it been GREAT for BUSINESS!!! Wow! I never knew a FB page could generate such sales momentum!
Oh, wait a minute! Is it possible to overdose an SARCASM?
"What does the last 8k mean?"???
With this company, you're virtually guaranteed that any stock deal involves dilution and/or something destructive to current shareholders.
"The Plan"???
Seriously? I mean, really -- SERIOUSLY?????
Wow! ONE more psych patient achieves relief from the PLACEBO effect courtesy of a QUACK medical device! How about a BIG round of REALLY slow clapping for that!
Too hilarious:
"Dr. D'Angelo describes how the maximum benefit is typically achieved through follow-up treatments."
Yeah! Milk that cow, baby! Milk her for all she's worth! No telling when we'll get another one! HAW!
"...what is CTTC doing to market Calmare..."???
Who cares? The QUACK medical device is MOOT at this point. Their contract expires in four months. The company's broke, in debt up past its ears, sued head to toe, etc, etc. It's just "boiler room" fodder at this point.
"I think you are heavily invested and want more cheap shares..."???
Nope! Not invested and not in the LEAST interested in EVER becoming invested. DRIO is just a brief stop on my way to the CTTC forum. I only post here because that other dink scam has withered away to practically nothing, leaving little to laugh at anymore.
"No one reads..."???
You obviously haven't paid much attention to my posts on CTTC's forum. I DO follow CTTC purely for the humor that surrounds that pathetic company. I only happened to notice DRIO last year when I stumbled across another Israeli scam company called Oramed. I only chose to post because I thought it laughable the way the company played naive investors.
As far as Align being a "toy," who cares? As I keep pointing out, a big Chinese company makes and sells the thing, and I presume they do so because someone keeps buying it. It's total costs are WAY cheaper than anything else on the market, plus everything else that I wrote in previous posts.
Dario has so far attracted next to ZERO interest DESPITE being offered 15-20 give or take major markets over the past two years and getting reimbursed in some of them. And it STILL isn't FDA approved.
"You must be following the wrong company"???
Uhhhhhhh...nope! Right company! Available for sale in EU market for OVER two years now; also available in Israel, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and probably a few other places that I can't recall!
ALSO -- allegedly -- it gets reimbursed in some of of those markets.
Yet they reported revenues of a whopping $175,000! Wow! Diabetics must be really beating down the doors to get to that "good" software and that "cool" container, huh?
In the meantime, DRIO's outstanding stock by August 12 was up to 36,620,074 shares! Too bad they can't breed revenue as well as they can stock certificates!
"Why are you investing in this stock..."??? I'm NOT. Wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot menorah! I just think it's good for a laugh now and then.
"...2 and a half years is the norm..."???
Really? Looks like the iHealth Align was submitted in April of 2014 and approved by May 24th:
FDA notification letter
AND it was available in the US starting June 12:
ready for customers
And, by the way, this is the name of the company backing it -- "Andon Health":
looks like they actually make products that sell
Their chart certainly looks a lot better than DRIO's:
five year chart
And if you can read Chinese, you can even study their SEC filings:
sec filings
I can't, so if you wish to copy and paste to google translate -- feel free!
"...software does`t seem to be near quite as good as Darios..."???
Well, evidently Align's software is "good" ENOUGH to attract sales and reviews and REAL distributors and REAL retailers!
On the other hand, dario's "good" software hasn't attracted enough customers to amount to "jacks__t" in terms of revenues! And that is DESPITE being available for purchase in twenty give or take countries and DESPITE allegedly being reimbursed in at least several of them!
Proof is in the pudding, but, unfortunately, your bowl is EMPTY!
"Just in case anyone cares..."???
OH, look! I only just noticed that "OTCPK" next to CTTC! When did that happen? Last time I looked it was "OTCBB" or some such! So it finally did make down to the bottom of the barrel!
But that changes something else too, doesn't it? What was it? Darn! Can't remember right now exactly! Something about difficulty finding market makers for pink sheet stocks! Something about them having to guarantee something or sign their name to something but nobody would because of the legal blah, blah, blah???? Shoot! Well, I'll find it somewhere.
"new board members"???
Hooray -- "more hogs at the trough." Big round of really SLOW clapping for that!
Regardless, I'd be more interested in seeing the SECOND quarter earnings report which is now SEVENTY SIX DAYS past the "grace period" for filing yet CTTC has STILL NOT even bothered to file a NT-10Q!
Of course, I don't expect any improvement in revenues, but it would be interesting to see how many more shares they've printed up!
"Another year or 2 fda should come through !!! maybe"???
Exactly! And don't you know there NO DOUBT will be assorted secondaries and PIPES and dilution upon dilution followed by reverse splits -- the usual penny stock treadmill.
"Phenomenal study results."???
WOW! And it's STILL not FDA approved! Hard to understand, isn't it?
"...iHealth that you link to looks quite bulky..."???
Geez! Gimme a break! It's the size of a QUARTER! At least provide a correct link:
Align
"...superfast..." First, I didn't see anyone complaining about the Align speed. Second, the Align is "supercheap" -- 10 bucks for 50 test strips from Amazon. Try doing some cost comparisons.
"Dario is the Maserati/Mercedes."??? And how many car customers can afford a "Maserati/Mercede"?
And NONE of your points addresses the simple FACT, despite being approved practically all over the world and reimbursed in many countries, the thing has generated practically no revenues.
"VC Big rally today up 11%..."
Yada, yada, yada...blah, blah, blah...tell it to the judge! Maybe he'll speed up the GEOMC lawsuit!
As far as CTTC trading, were you the FOOL who tried to paint the tape with the 100 share buy for 25 CENTS at 2 pm. Good luck with that! Not a single traded afterwards while the rest of the NASDAQ galloped merrily upward!
"...Amazon reviews..."???
Well, at least the Align HAS reviews you can read! But if you really want a 4-star review, how about this one:
and look at that PRICE
And since your googling skills are evidently lacking, here's some help:
WALGREENS
WALMART
BEST BUY
"Dario is waiting for the FDA approval..." I'm pretty sure everyone ALREADY knows THAT since they've been waiting almost TWO YEARS now!
"...on a bigger scale."??? Seriously? DRIO alleges that they have the thing approved for ALL of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Israel, and maybe a few other places PLUS they allege the thing gets reimbursed in several places. How much "bigger scale" do they need before they can finally find at least a FEW people willing to buy it!
"motive here"??? After what this company did to its shareholders last year, it's pretty obvious that it's run by a bunch of shysters looking to accomplish nothing more than looting naive investors. That ANYONE would try to argue a bullish case for it is just hilarious to me!
"Mark my words."???
Should someone have "marked your words" when you said FIVE YEARS ago:
"I'm looking for more progress on US contracts. Not the least is the VA and DOD. There are over 1500 VA hospitals. Imagine one unit in each VA hospital. That would bring about 45 million in profits to CTT, put a PE on that."
Or FOUR YEARS ago:
"We broke the 50, 100 and 200 MA today on 4 times normal volume. Impressive! Next stop 1.85- 1.95 highs"
How about THREE YEARS ago:
"This is the most significant study for CTTC. It's finally completed and now we wait for the data.
http://www.med.wisc.edu/news-events/cancer-researchers-study-scrambler-therapy-for-pain-relief/32658"
Oh! Wait a minute! By George, maybe people SHOULD mark your words! After all, the results of THAT study showed that calmare not only had NO EFFECT on pain, its effect wasn't ANY different than that of a SHAM device! Good call! I've acquired new found respect!
"Yes I do, its in the Amazon reviews"???
As has been pointed out, Amazon reviews are unreliable evidence. FDA approval, on the other hand, IS more reliable and the Align IS FDA approved. Where's dario approva?
MORE important, the Align has been on the market for OVER a YEAR now.
BIG retailers DO stock it and its supplies.
By comparison, dario, ostensibly, has been on the market in at least a dozen markets on several continents up to TWO YEARS in some places and with reimbursement in some places. It is carried by some retailers, although, to be fair, not as big as Walmart and Best Buy. Yet despite all that, revenues amount barely to chump change.
Let's see if the the next 10-Q provides any information that would override my own conclusion that the device is just a silly scam serving only to lure naive investors to part with their money.
Big volume today!!!"???
Yeah! Probably had to pay their lawyers!
What is it now -- bid 16 CENTS, ask 19 CENTS? Fat lot of good your "GSA" is doing.
"Really, u have the ability to speak for most diabetics?"???
No, but I do have the ability to google and read what diabetics discuss on various forums. Several points are clear -- cheaper is better. The MORE cheaper, the MORE better. "Cool" accounts for ZERO interest. The thing could look like a squashed pile of dog manure -- if its total costs were significantly smaller than what they are currently using, they would use it.
As to storing lancets and strips, that is simply an absurdity to a diabetic since, as I have noted before, they have to carry a whole bag of supplies anyway -- insulin, syringes, glucagon pens, glucose tabs, bandaids, etc, etc -- having to pull stuff out of the glucometer would just be one more hassle!
"It is important for people to not be seen as victims of their disease."???
For the vast majority of diabetics it's more important not to have to spend a third of their disposable income on test strips.
"'Align is backed by one of the largest medical suppliers in China'"- someone believes in Chinese companies LOL! Which one?"
I don't recall but I mentioned it several times back in some of my earliest posts -- I'm sure you're capable of using the "search" function as well as me.
As far as "sales figures," the company is private, so there's no way of telling.
However, one might note that it is available from large retailers:
Best Buy
Walmart
Of course, it's available from ihealth directly through their online store and, as you are already aware, via Amazon.
Like I said, somebody must be buying them.
...compared to a piece of junk that needs battery replacement every few days."???
First, you have no evidence to support any assertion that the Align is a piece of junk. After all, it IS already approved by the FDA -- unlike some scam devices that I've read about.
Second, diabetics look at the bottom line of their banking accounts long before they look at whether something is "cool" or not.
The Align costs 17 bucks versus the dario 60-70. More important, its test strips are 30-50% CHEAPER than EVERY other brand on the market. For all PRACTICAL purposes, that is ALL that matters to a typical diabetic.
"Scrambler Therapy"???
Bad poster! BAD!!!! NO more "scrambler"! Nope! It's now "pain mitigation therapy," thank you!
And so far, neither Mayo nor ANYONE even remotely associated with Mayo has bought a SINGLE "pain mitigation device" from CTTC!
"...a board member with a Pain Management background!!!"???
But you got Dr. Potato Head as "Chief Medical Officer"! What MORE could you possibly want! HAW!
I just noticed at the end of the presentation the trainer is "Michelle M. Harrington" of Fort mill, South Carolina!
South Carolina??? Well, that's REAL convenient, isn't it? of course, since no one is buying any machines I guess she doesn't need to do much traveling, huh?
HAW! And who prepared that powerpoint...
...presentation:
Barney Fife's work
I mean, come on! A lobotomized orangutan could come up with a better presentation!
