So, we're pumping Scott as the new CEO even though he hasn't been named as such and is only a Tweet President, not a recorded on OTCM or Sunbiz President.
👍️ Got it.
That's very funny.
Also, "Alison and her BOD Members" - they were NOT Directors. Only advisors. It was a useless Board of Advisors.
I think you are making an amateur's mistake in assuming that just because Frank Ottaviani implies that something has happened, it means that it has happened. We have no idea WHEN anything was submitted to OTCM. Or even that it has been.
I remember when FO tweeted that $mONI had filed with Florida to eliminate the conversion rights of the Preferred A shares. Everybody was SOOOOOO excited.
Only FO didn't actually file the required amendment until quite some time later (two months, I think) and, unlike the nonexistent "OTC Stamp" on paperwork that you referenced in the post below, sunbiz actually does put a time stamp on filings.

The logic of your $mONI prediction evades me.
Mine, too.
What a hoot! I just noticed that sometime very recently $mONI "updated" their employee count from "eight" to "four" as of 4/1/2023.
TO BE CLEAR: $mONI did not update to a current count; just halved the previous number and dated it April Fool's Day - again.
Yup, that is correct. April Fools, Everybody!!!
How were they paying eight or even four employees???
BTW, the last screenshot I took was mid-May:
What it looks like.
$mmmmmmONI
Interesting link. Curious how much more energy https://www.apricotpower.com/ conveys than https://www.superedibles.net/ does ....
Just sayin
I don't know who is shorting $mONI. Probably no one. I do know that, were I shorting any pink stock, I wouldn't be bashing it. I'd be pumping it. Then, if and when the hype took over all rationality and the pps soared and the volume was right and I still thought the company wasn't going any place real, THEN I would short it.
If I were going to short any stock.
Sometimes I wonder if all the folks talking about shorts actually know what shorting is.
The "details" are still pretty sketchy, IMO.
For example, if the new Director/maybe President is bringing anything to the $mONI table besides his resume, why not announce that, instead of this slow onion peel? First a director (WHOHOO!), then (maybe) President (WooHoo?), then what? wooh?
I have often wondered the same thing.
Are you really just a one trick pONY?
There is NO evidence yet that Scott Harmolin is "taking control" of $mONI. Presidents of corporations generally answer to CEOs, even interim ones, and in case you've forgotten, Frank Ottaviani is still the controlling shareholder. HE controls $mONI and will until someone else holds the Preferred A shares.
There is also NO evidence yet that Scott Harmolin is "bringing in" anything to $mONI, profitable or otherwise.
Please don't eat too many apricot kernels.
Don't forget the quackery:

nuff said
One more thing - stating this without a source:
I wonder what happened to Superedibles "Line of Full Spectrum Phytocannabinoid Rich CBD Hemp Oil-based Products"? I don't see any on the website. Got a supplier on every other corner where I live - seems like, unlike $mONI's Bitgrift crytpo-gifting idea, the time is right now ....
https://www.abnewswire.com/pressreleases/superedibles-launches-line-of-full-spectrum-phytocannabinoid-rich-cbd-hemp-oilbased-products_343397.html
BTW, if Superedibles is making 10 million in revs, why don't they spend a little of that on the website. Like maybe update the website or even update product labels. Their organic certifier on packaging, though barely readable because the rez is so meager, is "A Bee Organics." However, A Bee Organics changed its name to Where Food Comes From in 2020.
I should think three years is time enough to update labeling and/or product display ... yaknow, for a company making 10 MILLION!!!!!
🙄
Not a source. What is your source? Do you not know what a source of information is? Or can you not cite the source because you "heard it from a guy who heard it from a guy who heard it from ..."?
Sheesh
BTW, my research says less than five million and prolly closer to one million, but until you name your source, I won't bother providing mine.
Same company??
Probably not. Adding more than one director would require reporting a change of control per
So, one poster makes a false (maybe) claim and a second makes another false (maybe) claim in response.
So there you go.
I want to know what claims are false. Don't YOU????
OP stated
Huh. Was your response to
Yup. We were writing the ticker on this board "$mONI" for the last TEN years. You betcha.
How about you talk to Frank Ottaviani, $mONI interim CEO/Manager/Controlling Shareholder, about his tweet yesterday and its TRIPLE run-on sentence? Reassure him that we are not running out of periods. He can use as many as necessary. Really.
🙄
Also, if the "huge elementary difference in credibility and legitimacy" between Cappaze and Harmolin is only that Harmolin is on $mONI's OTC profile, why on earth were you pumping $mONI in 2021 on the basis of the Great Gold Guy Cappaze being named President of the Mining Division if Cappaze WASN'T on $mONI's profile??? Maybe you should have curbed your enthusiasm until he was ...
Sterling, I assume that, through your vast and thorough DD, you have discovered that Scott Baxter also claims to have founded Icon CMT Corp. He was the CEO of Icon CMT Corp and went on to lead the division of Qwest that had been Icon for a year or so after the acquisition. Now, I don't know who founded Icon, whether it was Harmolin or Baxter or both or them plus others. I can only assume that you are dismissing this information for some reason.
Maybe it is because Baxter went on to found an actual foundry that makes ultra high end architectural hardware to this day. Website: https://www.sabaxter.com/
Wow! 🤩🤩🤩
Harmolin went on to found Superedibles, registered in NJ as "Supredibles" either intentionally or by mistake. Website: https://www.superedibles.net/
Not so wow. Low resolution, boring, bad logo, etc.
Compare the websites for yourself. What's the difference? Well, Scott Harmolin now aspires to be a pink stock president....

Unnecessary. $mONI provided content and just like pumpers, we each have our own take on it. Apparently, according to one some, this is a game of chess and yesterday's tweet about Harmolin was "Checkmate." Puh-leeze.
I'm not buying it yet. Neither checkmate nor $mONI shares.
Some of them went gaga over Anthony Cappaze, President of $mONI's Mining Division, and look how that went:

If found in Peru, will the new directors be frauds like those mummified "aliens"?
The Conflation Gods are pleased this morning:
WarMachine posted:
Maybe you should correct $mONI's grammar:
Dude, $mONI tweeted:
Revenue is not profit.
Sheesh.
Also, Icon wasn't just "his" company to sell - the NY Times and other sources say the founder of Icon was Scott Baxter, the CEO. I'm not dissing Harmolin's contribution, but seriously that was 25 years and not just HIS company.
And "his" natural foods company of the past 12 years is not that impressive. Just read all two 5-year-old reviews. Sure, they're 5 stars but TWO?????
