My guess. An offering for between 5 and 8 million shares at a price of 2.75 to 3.00
APRI was the worst investment in my almost 40 year investment career. Not much else to say except for all newbies,"be careful".
yep,voted weeks ago
I'm having a hard time feeling sorry for him!!!!
MG,I have the exact situation as you. Might as well stick with it. Good luck.
Mean Gene,Are you sticking around to find out what the final outcome has in store for us?
Alov, looks like Denner and Sarissa said goodbye.
How will significant{my guess}dilution increase the share price?
Our worst nightmare. I was hoping for a buyout but Pascoe just keeps trying to increase shareholder value with this PO. Oh, and continues to get a paycheck. LOL
Good luck to you as well Aprilov. This one didn't work out for us but I have enjoyed the many conversations shared by you ,Eman,Mean Gene,Mecosmo and many others on this board including one of our friends that we lost along the way,D.G.
IN fairness SB you told us a lot of things, some right and some wrong. There are a lot of people who had this thing wrong including me.Overseas sales for Vitaros didn't work out as well as we had hoped, milestone payments were a bust, Femprox never delivered even though another company in the female arousal business was sold for a billion dollars, and a partner never surfaced for Rayva. The biggest failure of all was Fis. I remember the day they announced the failure of the Fis trials the stock went on a downward spiral from around the 3 dollar range and eventually plumeted to .25 cents which lead to the killer 1 for 10 split. And yet, with all of those disappointments, there was still a chance to recover some of our losses with Vitaros USA.I remember there was a time after the company acquired the rights to Fis that you told everyone what a hero Neil Morton was and suggested that we buy all of the shares we could get a hold of. So, all of us have made mistakes with this thing. It has cost some of us a small fortune. Now that its almost over I think it's a bit unfair to come to the table with the "I told you so routine". Best of luck to you in the future. This one didn't work out.
In your opinion are the patents worth more than a dollar a share ? I think we all know what the FDA is going to tell Pascoe at the April meeting; the DDAIP formula is unacceptable which means more trials with no guarantee of acceptance. At this point it seems the only interested party would be Ferring for the RTD.
Eman,Aprilov, are you guys still in ?
Is everyone enjoying Pascoe's " maximizing shareholder value as much as I am.
How about that. Rich is going to look for opportunities to maximize shareholder value.Oh, and he will also find ways to extend our cash runway.Absolutely the biggest load of nonsense yet. Why can't he be honest and admit the company is done and so is he. Never mind, I know the answer as in little Richy's pay check.
My guess is Pascoe will give us something like,"we are currently exploring our options,"and we won't know anymore on Thursday than we do right now. .I would love to see us dig out of this hole. But that will require a large infusion of cash with more dilution if anyone can be found to take the plunge. In doing so the shares we currently own will be worth a fraction of their current value. And,I don't know what Denner's roll will be. I can't believe he would stand for another stock split. The only thing that makes sense is to sell the company.
Like the rest of us ,I don't think Denner wants to go through more dilution and splits while Pascoe keeps getting paid.
I certainly agree with your assessment Eman. Selling would be the best thing for the company. Of course one issue is that the company is in an extremely poor negotiating position. I don't see multiple bidders. Ferring certainly would have the most to gain.On the other hand, Vitaros could be very profitable in the U.S. if some company like AGN were willing to spend the money to tweak the DDAIP formula and conduct new trials. The bigger issue for me is Pascoe. I don't think he has the best interest of the company on his mind as much as he has his own interest.I think he may try to keep the company going as long as he can for his own selfish interest. His management skills have taken a serious hit. He is essentially finished. We shall see.
BTW Aprilov I told you not to name our boat the Titanic.LOL
Thanks. Looks like we're paddling the same boat again.
Aprilov ,are you waiting for the buyout?
somebody just bought 136,000 at 1.05
Sorry for you as well Eman. I know how much time you have spent in the last several years trying to educate the rest of us on the science involved. It's kind of ironic that the thing that most attracted me to this stock,DDAIP, would be it's undoing. Anyway, again thanks for the countless hours you spent researching and helping to educate us. It just didn't work out for us this time.
I'd be surprised if the company is bought out. Pascoe will keep his personal gravy train going with offerings ,splits etc. until there is nothing left. Can't wait to hear the next conference call for him to tell us how he is"building shareholder value".

yes DCT. my losses covered his "Performance Bonus" for this year.
DENIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finished 2.90 on a little over 15,000 shares after hours.
Thanks Eman .Wouldn't it be wild if we got approval, the announcement wasn't until after hours ,and the market is closed on Monday?
Eman, is it common practice for the FDA to make an announcement on a Saturday?
Yes Eman, you have become the board expert. And you deserve the title because your scientific background in this field is unmatched by anyone on this board.Four or five years ago my own crystal ball was somewhat clouded by the fact that I thought APRI would be the answer for my personal predicament having dealt with prostate cancer. After Abbott jumped in my thinking was if it's good enough for them ,it's good enough for me. So,I jumped in with both feet and bought way to many shares. We all know how that worked out.For those of us who had a bunch of shares the split was a killer. So now our hope is for the FDA approval. My crystal ball tells me before the decision we will be in the 3 to 3.50 range. I think we will get approval. After approval we will move to the 6 to 8 dollar range. There will be a buyout, probably AGN, for between the 11 and 14 dollar range. And even with all of that I will still be under water. All of this is my opinion or maybe just wishful thinking. I have absolutely no information to support these thoughts. For those of you who have been here a while you know the history. GLTA
Aprilov-In addition to the articles you cited I would like to add that Vitaros is supposed to be effective for those of us who have had prostate cancer. I think I read that even if, as in my case ,the prostate has been removed The product is still effective.Eman,do you know if this is correct?
Me either Eman. I just get a little nervous when one guy holds such a large position.
Just hope that Denner doesn't have plans to buy the company cheap, take it private and make a bundle for himself.
Absolutely Eman. I think we all agree the stronger the balance sheet going forward after FDA approval the better the company is positioned to make the best deal possible on a buyout. And,as you know well ,there are several cards they can play to reach a more favorable financial position including the ATM.
Let's be clear here. I didn't say Denner was buying. I said "maybe" that's the scenario. There are certainly other scenarios as well. The price will go up when the MM's are ready, not until. This much I do know, the management is not really concerned as much about the retailers as they are the institutional buyers. That's how the game is played.
It wouldn't surprise me one bit. Better that instead of selling I guess.
Correction. The insiders bought on Jan.8 at 2.11 according to the statement of ownership posted on IHUB. I don't think it goes below that.BTW,I also think they are running it down for an offering in the 2 million share range.Maybe for Denner.JMHO.
Insiders bought in the 2.20 range recently. I don't think it goes below that.JMHO
Eicoman is our resident expert here. He would best be able to explain the APRI/VITAROS saga.
