Some go DD here...

He can't. See why here:

Its called Deflection. If someone can't answer the question, they deflect to something else. Deflection = RED FLAG !
Talk is cheap... and meaningless, unless its supported by documentation and/or sources. Ever notice how negative accusations are rarely, if ever, supported by documentation. There is a reason for that.
On the other hand you will notice most good DD is accompanied by supporting documentation. So... when you see information posted anywhere, and it lacks supporting documentation... consider why. If the information provided was accurate, posters would be more than willing to include the supporting documentation.
Beware people... beware. Do you own DD !
Two can play at that game also. If a 200 share buy on the "BID" can lower it, then a 200 share buy on the "ASK" can raise it. A 200 share buy on the ask will cost a buyer about $10.00 bucks adding in trade commission. So, if you want to get into the game, every time you see a game playing "bid" buy - jump in the game and buy 200 at the "ask" (provided the ask is higher than the "last"). I'll bet there are many more folks who want to see ICPA do well, then those that do not. Also keep in mind... when the "Last" price increases... so does your portfolio value... think about that for a second. Depending on your share count, your buy could be paid for many times over. Are you up for a game of ICPA wack-a-mole ?
Regarding "paid promotions"... unless they are done for the sole purpose of increasing the share price so that the promoter can dump pre-promo purchases (i.e. profiting from inside information) into the market, I see no difference between a stock company advertising their company, over a car company paying for advertising of their company. Again, dismissing the dumping of shares action... what is the difference? All companies, from cereal to aerospace companies pay money to sell themselves. GM likely spends millions selling itself. Yes, much of that money goes to sell their products, however any company knows that the consumer needs to have some faith in the company before they will buy their products, so in every specific car advertisement there are company building sentiments within the ad - which were paid for.
IMHO, company promotions, paid or free, are just good business. Excluding of course the aforementioned pump to dump promotions, be they paid for or free.
"CCO will take over ICPA"... could happen, but not likely. There are not too many CEO's that want to give up control of their babies for a a couple of fast bucks. And, if Steve was the type to grab the fast buck, he would have raided ICPA already as the naysayers have tried to make you believe. AND... if Steve had raided the company, why would CCO buy a company that was only a front for debt and worthless stock. The likelihood of a sale or merger just doesn't make sense... at this time anyway.
EXCELLENT post sir !
Excellent Post. I'll take some of that 18 billion thank you very much!
ICPA is a winner ! Anybody still on the fence about that, just do your DD. There is PLENTY of verifiable documentation available everywhere. This board is not the only place to learn the benefits of being invested in this company. Don't believe those For or Against the company here... educate yourself !
Great post. Go ICPA !
There are those that say we need a press release. There are those that say we need a GREAT press release. There are those that say we need a great press release with profit forecast. There are those that say we need a great press release with GREAT profit forecast. There are those that say we need actual profits on the next quarterly report. There are those that say we need substantial profits on the next quarterly report. I could go on and on, but the point is… everyone has their own opinion on what it will take to get the PPS higher. Truth is… I don’t think anyone really knows. All of the above could happen and the PPS could stay the same. The CEO has indicated that its infrastructure that builds a company. Infrastructure is not pretty to look at, nor is it a flash in the pan, however as unpleasant as it is, I think we can all agree, its necessary. The same CEO that has delivered the currently available aspects of this company, which enticed most of us longs into investing into this company… is saying you need infrastructure to build a great company. Once its evident that everything is in place, the PPS will follow as he said it would.
We all want the PPS to move up from its current level to 2 or 3 cents (and ultimately much higher), however it you look at it another way, if it moved to just 2 cents, that would be a 100% improvement over current levels. At 3 cents it would be 200%, so forth and so on. What companies do you know of that gain 1,2,or 300% in a short amount of time? Maybe some bankrupt mining companies, but I doubt many of us want the inevitable PPS crash that they all have after their hyperbolic move upward.
I myself am willing to be patient. I think you will agree with me when I say we have a good thing here. A visionary can see the possibilities, and see such early. Could all the longs be wrong, possible of course, but in my opinion, not likely given all that has transpired to date. Are some, like me, frustrated that a sustained upward movement of the PPS has not happened already… yes, but many times good comes out of not so good, and by that I mean these prices have provided great opportunities to buy into a company on the move upward. Many of us could not have afforded the level of shares we own had it not been for the low PPS, so for that I am grateful.
Good luck to all… and… this is just my opinion.
Slicric50... contact me (check my personal profile). Do not have PM.
paulyb...
["ICPA has not hit the average shares sold."]... maybe not yesterday, or the day before... but how do you think the "average" is calculated???
["Two months into the qtr. steve knows if things are working or not. I didn't ask for a to the penny number. "]... I would agree with you, however, he is in a no win situation announcing early. An investor's DD should tell them what to expect.
["Every CEO on the big board gives updates to the stockholders mid term.If ICPA actually gets to the NASDAQ the shareholders won't be intimidated by Steve . They will demand updates on new ventures and pps estimates. "]... perhaps Steve is, via news releases, tweets, stockholder emails, etc. Via news releases he is in fact giving indications of growth and subsequent profits. But again... where does he do anyone any benefit by providing speculation. Just the facts please, just the facts... ie, reports of actual performance. Don't tell me what you are going to do, SHOW me what you are going to do, is how I like it.
["I guess I'm lucky,Steve is no more or less transparent than the other CEOs. "]... that's a fair statement, however compared to some, he is a lot more transparent than others IMO. Could you point to one that is MORE transparent in your experience?
["How can I or anyone else be helpful by predicting a number for ICPA's pps."]... exactly !!! AND... that goes for Steve also, as he would be included in your "or anyone else" statement with regard to future events.
["This stock has been pumped so hard by the shareholders that a product PR,no matter how significant barely moves the needle.(after the two day shakeout) "]... there is some truth to that statement, however I hope you will also agree that there is an equal amount of bashing and trashing that goes on also. In the end, I believe, each cancels out one another, and investors are left to their own DD.
["We have a CEO who is responsible for making estimates on our stock. His hands are in the middle of this co. everyday. He sees it,feels it, and touches it every day. If he doesn't know how the stock is doing 2/3 of the way in the qtr.,we all have problems. "]... I feel confident he knows, or at least has a better idea than any of us, however again... where is the upside of disseminating speculation. Even if he did, I would assume folks would want to see the reports anyway. So, why say anything until the documentation can support the verbal statements.
paulyb... much of what you say is accurate, however when put into context it is not relevant. Lets look at each statement individually:
["Actually ,volume is weak."]... at over 12 million shares daily, I would hardly call this "weak". What are you comparing it to? Apple does 17 million average. Dollar wise maybe, but the share price is ridiculously undervalued.
["because the stockholders have been herded along like sheep living from 1 questionable PR to the next one"]... I realize this is only your opinion, and you are certainly entitled to express it, however in my opinion it is an insult to the intelligence of those who, in their minds and DD, invested in a company they think has great potential. AND... they have as much chance of being right as yours.
["It is my understanding that Steve refuses to update the shareholders on where we stand on revenue."]... just think about this for a second. What can a CEO share that wouldn't be considered inside information? Also, if he paints a rosy picture about profit, and misses his predictions, he is a bum, the stock price falls, and everyone loses. If he paints a dismal picture, many will abandon the stock immediately, and everyone loses. I can't really see a scenario where he could win on this subject. Also, I am in another stock of a well known web game developer who's ticker symbol begins with ZNG. The CEO stated that the company was on track to exceed expectations, and when the financial reports came out, and they missed expectations, the stock fell drastically. My opinion... an investor needs to look at the data and predict for themselves if they think the profits will be there or not, and invest accordingly.
[" As I recall Steve never called us a small company when he took shares to 1 billion. As a matter of fact he said you can't be a billion dollar co. without a billion shares of stock. "]... I can only speak for myself, however if ICPA moves to a dollar a share, I wouldn't care if they had a trillion shares, or 1000 shares.
["Steve knows the revenues for the first 2 months of the 3rd quarter, yet he refuses to say if they are above average, below average or better than any quarter yet."]... speculation on your part at best. Should he speculate about profits and inform stockholders of his speculations? (see above)
["Please don't ever say how transparent Sambliss is."]... compared to who or what? From what I have seen to date, he has been more forthcoming and transparent more than any other CEO I have had experience with. Perhaps your experience has been different, and it would be great if you could share a few actual experiences to put your opinion into perspective.
["Steve feeds Perchy the things that he wants you to know."]... I will let Perchy comment about this statement, however I will say, at least Steve is communicating with stockholders. I don't know of too many CEO's that tweet information on a daily basis. Also, can you help me understand how your statement (if factual) is any different from any other CEO's dissemination of information? Don't they all tell you want you want to hear, or only the good information? Good investors know this and factor such into their investing decisions.
["you could have gone and put your money to work and then shown up the last week of the quarter and purchased your ICPA. Rinse and repeat."]... this is true of ANY stock at times. Yes, you are correct with respect to ICPA lately, however hindsight statements are very easy to make. If you really wanted to help investors, I suggest you "predict" where the stock is going in the future, and support your opinions with facts and/or examples. I know I for one would appreciate tomorrows lottery numbers. Now that information would be worth something !
Lots of excitement...

and, a quote from the Punch TV CEO...
["I am very excited to be involved in introducing a new genre of entertainment with, in this era of emerging technologies! I wish to share with you an opportunity to participate with a company that is making a commitment to improving the quality of broadcast television, satellite television, cable television. and internet hand-held device television. Steeped in the tradition of independent entertainment, Punch TV is opening the doors for independent producers, directors, writers, engineers, actors, affiliates, and dreamers to use their God-given gifts to create life-changing entertainment experiences."]
and from the bio page on the Punch TV site...
["Howard Messer - CPA - Chief Financial Officer
Punch Television is thrilled to have Howard Messer, CPA on board as the Chief Financial Officer for the network. Mr. Messer has extensive experience in the pubic company arena. ==> He has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a NASDAQ and American Stock Exchange listed company in the technology and service field.<==
Through his leadership and financial vision, those entities experienced revenue and earnings growth at rates substantially higher than their peer group. Their market cap increase from $10,000,000 to over $500,000,000."]... yea baby !!!
I ask you... how in the world can this be a 1-cent company ???
Yes... weird. There is a mining stock that you all may be aware of, that recently filed for bankruptcy due to losing so much money... and they are trading at 17 cents today ! So... it can't be about profits alone.
Is IC Places paid for these articles? i.e. every time a new one is listed, is it revenue enhancement?
["...to be fair Punch TV should be at least 10 cents... , anyone agree ??? "]... everyone but the shorties !
Pauby... you bet. I think its a distinct possibility. Going to pick up a little more on Monday. Good things are about to happen... don't know when... but soon I suspect.
Here is a quote from from one of the links Perchy posted - ["TORONTO, Aug. 25, 2012 /CNW/ - Score Media Inc. ("Score Media") today announced it has entered into an agreement with Rogers Media Inc. ("Rogers Media") pursuant to which (i) Rogers Media will acquire the television business of Score Media via an acquisition of all of the outstanding Class A Subordinate Voting Shares ("Class A Shares") and Special Voting Shares of Score Media for $1.62 per share;..."].
Anyone ever heard of these companies ??? Not me, and I doubt many others here have also... yet the company sold for $1.62 a share. WOW... what if... ICPA gets to $1.62 a share. I know I won't be posting here any more, because the island I will buy probably will not have internet... lol.
Rich... I think a closer comparison would be GB-TV. Love him or hate him, he is not the point of the post... look at the success of his recent move from Fox (a popular conventional network)to internet TV. I just finished watching a segment on Stossel [ http://www.foxbusiness.com/on-air/stossel/blog/2012/08/23/media-get-it-wrong-airs-tonight-9pm-fbn ] in which he interviews Glenn Beck. Beck started the web network from scratch less than 18 months ago, and it is said to be generating over 80 million in net revenue. Many compare ICPA to conventional network programming, however doing so is comparing apples and oranges as they say.
To all those out there who are negative on ICPA, I am reminded of an old saying... " my mind is made up - don't confuse me with the facts". You want to see revenues, great, buy in when you see revenues on paper - the PPS might be somewhere north of a buck then. I will welcome you then just as I would now.
Market down 100+ points... ICPA UP !
["It needs solid data proving it generates $$$$$"]... if it had that the PPS would be .25 or more. That's why the PPS at this level is such a bargain, because most can see that there will be "$$$$" at some point in the near future. Risk/Reward ! By the time you SEE the $$$$... you will be paying a lot more for it. If its profits and security you want... get into GOOG or MSFT.
Thanks... spelling has never been my strong suit. "Tons of money..." that would be nice, but you know what they say... there is no free money in the stock market. I know there is a lot of excitement here because of the news, however although there may be a little bump today, I don't think this is going to a dollar today. Although I think the company is positioned correctly... anything can happen. There are such small percentages of companies that make it big, the odds are against it, especially in the penny arena. Good luck to all, and lets hope for the best.
LOL... Maybe I can change my screen name tomorrow ??? I hope, I hope !
Money in the bank baby... money in the bank ! Lets light this rocket !
["What do you guys think of the new statment made by Pincus that he will never sell?"]... maybe as owner of the company he knows something the rest of us don't !
Drinking beer and making money... isn't life great !
911 buy is the secrete handshake that indicates the stock will either go up or down. If you have the decoding ring you can figure out what it means and load the boat, or, man the life vest and start bailing.
I have seen buys of 911 shares on other penny and sub-penny stocks as well. Wonder if there is any truth to the wives-tale that MM send signals? If its a MM, couldn't they by 100 shares @ .05 also? LOL... I'll buy 100 shares @ 1.00 if it would help.
You thinking its a retail buyer, or MM?
Sorry... hope nobody misunderstood me to indicate that I thought the document was new. Just questioning the level of expenditure. I also thought the repayment schedule was a little interesting - first payment due about a year after the agreement was executed. Also, 5% royalty on sales (or maybe profits from the use).
I have been trying to find stats on the number of downloads the application has had, however have had no luck. I wonder how many (if any) folks are using the app currently.
WOW... that's a biggie ! You will be seeing that ruling referenced often in the future.
Excellent !!! (sticky maybe ?)
Yes... apparently its the purchase contract for the purchase of the rights to use the ZNGLE application... i.e. their move from a mining company to a technology company. Seems strange to me that the programming code for the ZNGLE application would cost 22 million dollars. Nowadays 12 year old kids write the code for hundreds of phone and web applications, and many are free for the download. I don't know... maybe I have misunderstood the document. Anyone, please post your thoughts.
22 million for software ???
Check out section V. for payment schedule. Can this be for real, or are they just scamming for stock proceeds?
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1499034/000107878212001240/defagreement_ex10z1.htm
I found the difference. The page with the misspelled "devolpment" button is from the site [zngle.biz]... the graphic I listed is from [zngle.com].
