WOW!!!Can't believe I missed LEI. Just knock myself in the head...
PBMD up 17% pm. Roth says buy with target of $6.00!
It showed up on my Schwab news feed yesterday. It listed VNR, EV, MEMP, LINE, and BBEP. It was basically referring to yesterdays action with BBEP loosing the most percentage wise. It also stated that MLP's will probably be reevaluating their payout model in the future. It listed a variable payout method vs the standard straight across the board payout system in use now. What "variable payout" specifically means, I'm not sure.
Morgan Stanley has listed the worst performing MLP's and BBEP is at the top of the list. Boy can I pick-em. See you down at .48.
LLEX is merging with Brushy res. Up big after halt resumed!
I hope you have a manageable average share price. I wouldn't want to be in over a dollar at this point. Averaging down is an option, but I hate doing that. I should've loaded the boat at .48, but trying to guess a bottom is just that, guessing. GLTU
Appreciate the info.
I still don't think that this is tax loss selling. It appears to be an entity that is selling at the ask and the bid at the same time. Whenever bid support shows up it gets taken out very quickly. At the same time the ask keeps getting stacked. Almost every time there is an ask slap, the ask is lowered and stacked. Oil is up almost 3% and BBEP is red and will most likely close in the 60"s.
Nor am I, yet. GLTU
This is from the investment section of The Globe....
"First, survey your portfolio and see whether you have made any capital gains this year or in the three previous years that you want to offset (for instance, gains on a stock you sold). Be aware of deadlines, however. The deadline to sell and have the losses count against next April’s tax filings is Dec. 24 (trade date), and settled by Dec. 31."
I'm not an expert but it would only make sense that the sell would have to settle on before the 31st.
I'm not sure. Tax loss selling has expired as the last day to sell for a tax loss was the 24th and has to settle on or before the 31st. Something just doesn't feel right here. I guess time will tell.
I'm not so sure that would help BBEP. Something is not right with this company. Sure, I expected a drop in pps after the divy was cut, but it should have leveled off. This thing fell off a cliff and hasn't really caught hold of anything solid. It fell to .48 cents. That's absurd for any solid company. Oil has almost regained its losses from yesterday while BBEP slips further.
Oil is trying to rally after the pull back yesterday, but BBEP is continuing its downtrend. The selling has been relentless. Scratching my head. Be interesting to see the size of the OS come next filing.
ASTI...New patent news! Moving nicely in pm.
Most of the MLP's are doing great. BBEP can't get out of its own way. The selling has been, and is, relentless.
Depending on what happens to the price of US crude following the Feds announcement today about interest rates, this could create a nice buying opportunity. If US crude prices have already been figured in, which is a good possibility because this rate increase has been seen as a done deal for quite sometime, then we could be very close to a bottom here.
After the US crude supply data came out this morning showing a 4.8 million barrel increase last week the price of crude fell 4.5% in less than a hour. It has since stabilized in the mid 35's. Whatever drop we get today in the pps should be close to a bottom for the news today about the over-supply was not good, but with US companies now able to sell their oil to the rest of the world, the US supplies should drop and the oil producers will be able to keep their output the same without creating an oversupply here at home. JMHO
It can take up to a year before delisting would come into play. Congress has finally lifted the export ban on US crude, so as soon as all this dust settles, we should get a rally. JMHO
While you may be correct in that not all gaps fill, the vast majority of them do. They have a negative affect on the pps and tend to gravitate toward the gap. It is for this reason that I hate gaps. I was going to jump in this today for a pincher play but the gap kept me from doing so. I am watching for an entry closer to the gap fill. GLTU
It would appear that the gap at .60 is acting as a magnet. Come on...fill the damn gap so this can fly!!!!
This is insanely oversold. RSI is at 13. This is ridiculous panic selling combined with shorters. Crude rallied today to end its seven day slide. BBEP is nicely hedged for all of 2016. This should have a nice bounce soon and the shorters will be covering.
The latest filing I've seen is the 8K out Dec 1. In it it shows that the company had 12 million cash and 15 million total assets as of June 30th. Where are you seeing 7 million cash?
I know this board doesn't review OTC but you may want to keep an eye on FNMA. Looks like a nice possible pincher coming into play.
Just look at what happened back in August after their last divy.
UAMY, someone just placed a $15,000 bet.
All one has to do is look back at the filings for the last year and a half to see how ole Robert has been selling stock. It has been relentless. This isn't the first article that looks into the bloated management compensation packages. They seem to only care about one thing....their own personal accounts. I used to like this company and believed they would be an important player in this sector, but Robert has killed any trust I may have had. I'm sure that sentiment is becoming the norm among investors. The current pps speaks for itself.
It seems that this was a scam from the start.
Ok, thanks.
Do you know when earnings are to be posted? TIA
I've seen no evidence of a paid, or otherwise, pump. As for the sudden interest and change in pps, I have no clue. All I see is this company stuck in neutral for the foreseeable future.
I agree 100% percent. Was just curious about the extent of the conversation even though there is a good probability the conversation never took place.
If I may ask...while you had him on the phone why didn't you try to discuss his business plans, or the lack of, and if there is any intentions of continuing their current business plan, or lack of. This, to me, is more important than the current pps. And before you say it, yes I can call myself, but you already had the conversation, and I was just trying to figure out if maybe there was other things discussed other than the current pps. TIA
Not looking good pm.
What do you think Joe? Should hear something from the company in the am. I sure didn't see this coming. Sure sounds like a massive short attack but with how some companies are run today, who knows. I was working today and just saw the news and the pps. I need a drink...a good strong one.
Not looking good here. Seems that someone knows something. Lots of selling going on. How low will it go? I want to average down but something is telling me not to.
If they can hit 15 million within a 12 month period Brauser is in line to gain 10 million RSU's as he is co-owner of Marlin Capital, the companies consultant firm. If they can hit that mark it will be a win win for all.
Also on top of the offering is this...
What do you think about the S-3 filing? Could drop back into the 7's. Hit 9.86 aftermarket.
Very impressive. I for one am glad to see the China operations abandoned. I never could connect the two together anyways.
It's getting very interesting here. Joe, I take it that your long on this, so where do you see this going in the next 6 months or so? TIA.
Same here, in @ 1.10 average. Have been very reluctant to average down for I just can't justify it in my own mind. Probably should have scooped up a ton at .15. You just never know. I'm hoping for some legal win for the company to recover all the money they lost, along with some new customer news or buyout.
