Jeffryer1 pretty much outlined what is going on. LSO, SMK, and jmurfk can possibly provide additional history. They took me for $4,000. I had about 6 million shares; now 12,000 after RS. They are crooks and scammers and I was stupid. I took the promoter bait from Blue and others who might be LOL at me. However, in life things tend to usualy even out and perhaps these dishonest promoters and IMDS will get what they deserve someday. Happy New Year to all; even Squeak1 who I hold no ill will towards. I just think his posts are not fact based. The rest and IMDS can KMA and rot. I don't might losing money "honestly". What IMDS is doing at the expense of their shareholders is despicable. Other than that I don't feel to strong about it. C

Yep. IMDS, Grable and the others make me sick. When I look at their website and read their "Code of Conduct" I get sicker. What do these people see when they look in the mirror?? I accept my responsibility for a bonehead investment choice on this one but the way these scammers operate at our expense is awful and I would gladly see my $4000 go down the drain and LOL if these people do jail time and get what they deserve. I will give Squeak1 credit in that he still posts albeit not fact based. All the other promoters and suppoters of this company seem to have run for cover and take no responsibilty whatsoever. So, the competition as I mentioned previously worked through the process and got FDA approval, etc, etc. IMDS does nothing except live high on the hog at the expense of idiot share holders like me who invested thinking this was a real company trying to advance their technology and make money for their shareholders. So, based on your analysis a hopeless optimist might be under the illusion that a legit company could buyout IMDS and further develop the CTLM into a player. The only nonsense I've seen is the continued drop in the stock price and my ultimate loss of $4,000. The only way I could have recovered my losses was to get lucky and buy low when the RS occurred and time the sell right after the pump. The shares I have from before I can't sell and are still listed at 0.0001 on my Scottrade account. The company and CTLM are going nowhere IMO. There are other "adjunct" diagnostic methods approved by the FDA like Digital Tomosynthesis and somo-v ABUS (a breast ultrasound imaging system for dense breast tissue to assist the clinician in identifying small tumors). I mentioned this in previous posts. It appears that not only is IMDS managed by crooks but the competition is scooping them. I have to agree with others who have outlined IMDS and CTLM's 19 year history with little success. Those are the facts and it seems a big stretch to blame the FDA process and crooked lobbyists, etc for their failures. Color me stupid for buying into IMDS and not doing my homework. C

Looking at the glass half full is great in life squeak1 but facing reality on IMDS and their scam seems logical and prudent to me. The facts just don't support any other conclusion. C

I tried to sell at 0.14 on my ST account. It says I don't have any shares to sell because it is now IMDSD. It will allow buys of course. I would sell mine in a hearbeat at this price to get 1/3 back but can't. The scam continues. I guess if the PPS continues to climb during this PR that timing and luck will be key when selling shares is allowed for the grunts before the freefall occurs. Thoughts? C

I need PPS at 0.40. It will never happen. I have accepted that I got scammed and have moved along. Everything that LSO and others have predicted has come true. Nothing that Squeak1 and other supporters have promoted has come true. Hello???? Thanks to all for their comments. C

Yep, it is not a level playing field for sure but I should have researched it better and paid more attention to those that did. That said what really irritates me more than anything is these posters who say buy, buy, buy and continue to promote with minimal facts and then hide and never return to answer for it. This is more than a stretch, squeak. I've read a lot on these posts over the last 6 months and fell for some of it. Finally came to my senses after investing $4,000 on this scam thanks to LSO, SMF, JM and others who have been right on in their analysis. None of what you and others have claimed or predicted has developed. Enough said. I am taking LSO's suggestion and will get what I can out of this fiasco. C

You saw the scam before many of us LSO so good for you. I've been trying to dump mine at 0.0002 but no takers. Not sure how this works but the PPS goes between 0.0001 and 0.0002 so somebody is buying at 0.0002, right? For me it is not a huge loss and one I can afford. Probably luckier than many I would guess. There is no evidence to support this. I wish there was. I am a IMDS shareholder; In fact, as per my previous recent posts Ultrasound and Digital Tomosynethsis machines seem to be in direct competition with the CTLM, are FDA approved and currently being utilized in the USA. So, the CTLM has a limited market share without the "stand alone" capability. These are facts Squeak. All I here on the "pro" side is "news/funding/FDA approval coming" but nothing happens. Anyway, all due respect intended; just how I see things. C

No offense taken, DD. Yes, competition is good but as LSO noted GM is hardly a good comparison. IMDS has only one product and 19 years in the making. As I posted previously even if this product could REPLACE mammograghy, digital tomosynthesis, ultrasound, etc, (which is highly unlikely) it has an uphill battle not even close to what GM had with multiple very good products AND a gov't bailout. Perhaps the gov't or someone else will "bail" IMDS with financing. LOL; kind of. I'm not going anywhere with my shares at least short term. If I sell now I'm out $4,000; if they go belly up I'm out $5,000 so a no brainer to wait. However, I am just being realistic here and the future of CTLM and IMDS looks very bleak IMO. Thanks and GL. C
