is this guy serious? I'm fairly certain that the convertable notes will be issued as shares at a particular predetermined rate, and if I'm not mistaken they are mostly around 6 or 7 cents. doesn't matter how low the pps gets, or high. if the pps is 25 cents then these guys are getting a deal, if it is 1 cent they are not. that's what happens when you make a contract. it's in all of the 10q reports.

yeah I finally got my 401(k) check and deposited it in my IRA but since this is a pink, my funds are still "restricted", otherwise I'd have about a million especially at this price.

hopefully the funds will be available by tomorrow and the price won't have gone up yet. really hope all goes well with these guys.

I know, but by buying all we can at as high a price as we are willing to and by selling as little as possible the stock would increase by law (supply and demand). and if we can encourage everyone who has shares to do the exact same then regardless of the merit of the company itself, we can manipulate the price higher. at least that is what is being insinuated, and encouraged and has been on here for quite some time.

problem is people are going to hype it, sell it at the higher price, when the hype is less than substantiated and a sell off occurs, they will buy them back at the lower price and viola they are making themselves money. shame on them not looking out for the greater good of all of us! come on, just wait till may 15th. if it looks good, hazah! if not then wait for august, wait for dividends, wait for actual company progress. we are not going to increase the pps by chatter. this company has equivocally cried wolf a couple of times (even if they didn't mean to) at least those promoting the company on here have. and like the boy who did so, eventually it happened so I'm going to wait for that point. but the lack of excitement because of all of the mishaps is holding back the buyers and holding down the price. just like scotia is doing, waiting on positive results, major positive results. and that may be sooner than later. I can't wait. but it isn't today. let it happen naturally or all you'll get is a sad parabolic movement and we'll be right back here with nothing to show.

so you're saying we should manipulate the stock upwards. got it. see all this time I thought we were going to let the company do what they are supposed to do and recover gold and then build up inventory and the stock would increase. my apologies.

thank you phred for posting what you have. I completely agree and as a relatively new investor I appreciate the candid look at things. trust me I want to be optimistic. I want my shares to skyrocket, but with what has gone on over the last several months, it's hard to swallow that things have all been righted and it's nothing but smooth sailing from here on. to think that some might want to brush aside potential setbacks and paint everything rosy before due time JUST to entice me and others to invest JUST to increase the price of their shares as well, with no regard to the potential risk one might have taken just seems a bit selfish.

if they had their way, some unsuspecting investor might stroll through here and be swayed to interpret things in this rosy light, invest too much and lose because of some major malfunction which was unforeseen. but who cares about that guy, let's just encourage more people to invest and maybe enough of this will increase the pps.

I saw that the stock was up over 1000% from point X. but now I see it down 60% from when I initially invested. I have averaged down a bit, and do fully anticipate a huge increase at some juncture, which is apparently going to hit .03 by last Friday and .50 by may and $200 by EOY....seriously getting out of hand. call it like it is, good and bad. thanks for those keeping things in check and in perspective.

curious. I was looking into market cap and saw that the average for companies like PCFG is around $420 million. granted it is the average and there are plenty who are above that mark, but doesn't appear any of them are juniors. if PCFG reached as high as that average, it would put the pps at $0.50. which by the way is amazingly HUGE of an increase from where it is today. however does it stop there? does it have the potential as a junior to double the average cap? I understand that as a buyback program may reduce the number of shares, I have to assume it wouldn't be anywhere close to half of the existing. I would love to see PCFG come out from under the junior status, rise to the top and hit $2 per share, but based off of the current average, it looks like the odds are stacked way against them.

like I said, just curious, I want smarter people explaining things I don't fully grasp, I will never post anything negative intentionally. just want info/other perspectives. and yes I would be content with $0.50 as that would be 35 times the current value...$10,000 becomes $350,000...but we cal all want more right?

no I don't think they are hiding anything, at least I hope not. I just mean that when I read the reports I see things in there that are typical business processes and I'm comfortable with them, even if they mean a setback. I just look forward to more information coming through that I can indeed check for myself, but when it is obvious spin I almost reject it out of spite. I do like that others were able to get on the call that I wasn't, or some read more of the report (perhaps understood it better than myself as well) and posted their findings which I can validate and either bolster or weaken my position but I just ask, or plead with the main posters here to please do it within context. I've already struggled once with this board, not because of the negative posters, but the overtly positive ones trying too hard to spin things positively, makes it look like pcfg should be questioned. I think they are just overzealous and can't help but take setbacks as terrible news worth justifying instead of just accepting them. but you're right and this will solely be my decision based on my own research, but I can rely on others' references and opinions as points of reference. why else would such a board exist in the first place? again I thank you all, even the nobodys out there who keep folks in check, even if they are a bit too far.

again I want to ask why so many on here are afraid of business? why call normal practices (when referenced) as lies? maybe it's the math nerd in me but I see the price per share as a very simple/complex fraction. you have a very, very complicated beyond my reach numerator which is the value of the company. the denominator is the amount of shares that exist. (look don't post angry emails about how uneducated I am, I understand it isn't a simple fraction, but it is the underlying concept) if the company converts debt by issuing shares, then the denominator gets bigger and as we all know 1/10 is bigger tan 1/100 so the bigger the denominator, the smaller the pps, unless at the same time the numerator is increased as well. this is all Sumdude is saying. maybe he has an agenda, who cares, but they are increasing the denominator because they need money to fund operations, or at least they will be, more than likely, but for crying out loud, by doing so, they will recover more gold thus increasing the numerator as well. if everyone here is convinced that the pps will eventually be .50+ then who cares if it drops or even goes subpenny? the only people who want it go shoot up immediately are those looking to flip. that's all. investors won't care if it drops by half because they know it will increase again. all these conspiracies and making fun of people and dimestore logic/psychology has lessened my respect for those I came here to this site for in the first place. I want information, but to see people "reach" to put positive spin is just as bad as negative spin. I'm sick of it. call it dumping, call it issuing, I don't care just stop spinning it to either agenda, call it like it is and decide whether you are a flipper or an investor. so far scotianostra and trapper jim are the only ones who haven't let me down yet, and it seems i'm gaining respect for sumdude simply because he doesn't resort to childish tactics to defend or refute a point.

isn't that like saying that "every pack of cigarettes has a cancer warning so just ignore it? people have gotten cancer from them and some -- a lot of start ups have closed. it may be in every one of them, but it doesn't mean one should ignore it

yeah I posted the same thing just to be told "ahem...uh...standard disclosure" who cares, mining is expensive, if they are pulling gold out and they need money to fund it so be it! if they sell the gold then they have none on hand, rendering the company worth the same as before they pulled the gold out. let them sell, stop being afraid of dillution, let it happen and if we are all so sure that over time the stock will "rocket" then what is the difference of next month or next year to an "investor" if it stays .014 for a whole year just to hit $2 in 3 years, isn't that still a win?

curious, how many shares do you think one could buy at one time? I am waiting for my 401(k) check to be sent so I can put it into my IRA and I have no idea when that will happen or how long those funds may be restricted, so I don't know when I can buy, but when I do I had planned on putting it all in there. I know everyone here is afraid of "shorters" buying them but if there are none available then what could I do?

not gonna lie I too kinda wish the price would stay low until that day, but if it goes up at least the shares I have in my regular account will do well.

just curious but when I read the following I got the impression that despite being productive, if they no longer have the means to fun operations then they will just sit on the land motionless, unless someone funds them or they convert more or they get bought. just looking for input.
