But, has Discovery been completed?
Wishful thinking, the 04/04/24 trial date is incorrect. Typo…It’s November 4th, 2024. If it were April, when’s the pre-trial date? This would be only 14 days away. It’s November, sorry to say.
Typo…., I saw that as well…..It’s unfortunately November 4th, hate to burst your bubble.
Actually we don’t exactly when they were hired on. It could have been months ago. Parrish withdrew to also be involved with the negotiations. IMHO
Just a thought, these three could have been on months ago and they just announced it today. IMHO.
Some aren’t looking at VPLM long term, just to trade and make money when it goes up a bit. I’m looking term, on the potential as you just stated.
Great reason to buy at these levels. Buy low, sell high.
Just a thought, most shareholders aren’t following this everyday. I know a few I’ve recommend this to and they don’t bring it up.
I’d expect it will be when we get closer to July when we’ll see the PPS appreciate more. From what I’ve seen occur, aka new Amazon attorneys, trial dates moved, I don’t anticipate anything sooner. I’m tired of all this nonsense, “ by the end of this month, no 6-8 more weeks and now it’s “another 6-8 more weeks”. I mean, it never ends.
IMHO It’s better to not have any expectations of anything imminent. I sure hope I’m wrong but I doubt it.
If they receive an acquisition offer, they have a fiduciary duty to approach all involved, to see if they’re interested in also making an offer, before they finalize can accept any offer.
IMHO
Agreed, excellent buying opportunity, if you ask me. Especially, since nothing is imminent. That was based on earlier anticipated trial dates.
The goal post keeps moving, to keep shareholders from selling. IMHO
So, says the voice of doom, lol
I’m a little confused on what your point is, regarding insider selling. Haven’t you figured it out yet?
What do you think they’re doing, selling on insider information regarding bad news? Do you really think they’re that stupid?
It maybe keeping the price down some but, meaningless otherwise.
IMHO
If some can’t take reality, I’d suggest selling if you don’t have the guts to wait this out! Hopefully, this’ll be over by 2024! IMHO
Apparently, 04/04/24, was a typo by clerk. T-Mobile set for November 4th!! Hopefully, it won’t matter! INHO
Apparently, T-Mobile is in November.
And your reasoning is…..?
Look for 2025, IMHO
Agreed, too early for a pretrial for it to be in April.
What’s this, now I’m seeing T-Mobile now reset for April 4th???
It says, Set Hearings 03/15/24 5:43 pm…..ORDER RESETTING JURY TRIAL for 04/04/24 9:00 AM. ….Which date is correct? April 4th or November 4th?
Possibly a typo?
IMHO
New trial date set for T-Mobile, November 4th 9:00 am. So much for both needing to be held simultaneously.
Looks like VPLM has added a new attorney, Mark D. Siegmund to the T- Mobile case. Interesting enough, he served as a law clerk to Judge Albright.
Seems like they’re planning on taking this to trial. We’ll see what happens.
IMHO
Agreed, especially after Verizon was just granted an ex parte reexamination. They maybe sorry they did that.
IMHO
8 billion authorized shares, YIKES!
Nothing for nothing, but we’re all aliases on this board. I don’t believe he’d appreciate his Facebook information being exposed. IMHO
Even thou, he and I don’t agree on much and have had some trash talking back and forth, we all need to respect everyone’s personal privacy. IMHO
I understand he’s raised his PPS projection to $ .45 per share. Hmmmm, wonder why he’s increased his prediction. What’s he heard?
IMHO
I was told they haven’t finished all the discovery. There’re some motions to be decided on, as well. Not too sure why this would hold up a trial date.
Agreed.
A little banter between posters is mostly tongue in cheek. At least on my part . Never meant to harm anyone. I’m usually laughing as I type. I just enjoy standing up for myself.. I always say, If you can’t take it, just don’t dish it out. .
Everyone has their opinions, we don’t need to be disrespected for having them.
IMHO
I guess one can figure out why they’re selling.
Agreed. Amazon’s is my front runner for a likely suitor. IMHO
Is it possible someone else is lurking behind the scenes, aka Apple and or AT&T?
Seems this law firm is looking to litigate this case. Maybe it’s their strategy leading up to a trial, to intimidate VPLM, with a heavy hitter that has all intentions to fight this in court.
Wonder if there’s access to their record on winning cases and or settling them.
IMHO
From your finger tips to God’s ears, on a settlement. I would believe we need a finish line, aka trail date, to create an urgency to settle. IMHO
Looks like Amazon has brought in some heavy hitters. Their new law firm is, Fisch Sigler LLP, Washington D. C. and Silicon Valley offices. Specializing in Intellectual Property Trial Law. They pride themselves on trying cases and not just litigating them.
I was hoping they specialized in mergers and acquisitions.
Looks like they’re going to take the ‘606 case to trial. IMHO
Verizon had already been set for this date.
I believe that’s what I said
I believe it’ll be around the same time. IMHO
Finally,T-Mobile Final Pretrial conference set for July 9th 2:00 pm!!!!
It popped and kept going for about four weeks after both of Apple’s final written decision went in VPLM’s favor. This was the MAIN REASON it shot up!
IMHO
It was four week run, after the IPR final written decision versus Apple! Not two. What is it you don’t understand?
Where’s your sense. lol
Say hello to Chick Hicks for me.
I believe the pop to $ .40+ was a run up from the final two written decisions with Apple. IMHO
WOW, this is very interesting, Amazon’s attorneys withdraw as counsel for the defendant. New law firm, representing them.
Makes you want to go, hmmmmmmmm
IMHO
Yeah, that’s ridiculous at $.05. Some just don’t have business sense. IMHO
Agreed, the ex parte reexamination was I believe a game changer. Just have to wait out the next six months or so. But, five cents? IMHO
