Dear Ms. Lewis:
Re: Docket DOT-OST-2007-0007
Application of Baltia Airlines, Inc.
Section 41102 Certificate Authority
1200 New Jersey Ave., S.E.
Washington, DC 20590
As you are aware, by Order 2009-3-7, served March 10, 2009, the Department found Baltia
Airlines, Inc. ("Baltia"), fit to engage in foreign scheduled passenger operations as a
certificated air carrier. The effectiveness of this authority was conditioned upon Baltia
fulfilling a number of conditions, including providing us with a copy of its Air Carrier
Certificate and Operations Specifications from the Federal Aviation Administration
("FAA") authorizing such operations. Moreover, pursuant to section 204.7 of our mles
(14 CFR 204.7) an air carrier must make its authority effective and commence operations
for which it was found fit within one year after the date of such a finding or its authority
will become donnant and subject to revocation. It is not our policy to grant extensions
from the provisions of section 204.7 unless an air carrier can establish "good cause" for
such action, including demonstrating that the company has the necessary personnel,
finances, and other resources necessary to conduct service, and that it is well along in the
process for obtaining FAA approval to commence operations .
. Although we have granted Baltia several waivers from the provisions of section 204.7 to
permit it additional time to obtain the required FAA authority necessary to commence
operations, the air carrier has not yet fulfilled the conditions imposed by Order 2009-3-7 to
have its authority made effective. Furthermore, while we continue to assess the merits of
Baltia's most recent request for a waiver from the revocation-for-donnancy provisions of
section 204.7, it does not appear that the air carrier is making sufficient progress in
obtaining the required FAA authority. In fact, after consulting with the FAA, we learned
that per Balita's request, the air carrier's Part 121 certification process was terminated on
October 22, 2012. In addition, Bahia's most recent 10-Q report filed with the Secwities
and Exchange Commission indicates that the air carrier's cash accounts have significantly
decreased since the air carrier was initially found fit. '

Based on the circumstances noted above, it does not appear that Baltia is close to
commencing operations. However, we are willing to give Baltia an opportunity to address
the aforementioned issues and confirm that it has made substantial progress towards
obtaining FAA certification. If Baltia is unable demonstrate its fitness or that it has made
substantial progress with the FAA certification within 30 days of the date of this letter, we
intend to proceed with the revocation of the company's certificate authority for reason of
dormancy.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact Damon Walker
of my staff at (202) 366-9721.

Poor web design
And no Plans!
WOW!!!
This Message is as full of Hot Air as it can be!!!
He doesn't say anything that Baltia has or is going to accomplish, nor does he state any facts besides that they are professionals and are making progress and hope for the best!
This is a crock full of BS!
This message says absolutely zilch!
What a vulgar outrageous act from a CEO with people's money in his pockets.
He couldn't take the extra minute to point out some milestones and/or future plans?
Shame on you Igor!!!
You will never find the office.
Based on the BS that is being sold by Igor, Baltia is still waiting for the Pentagon's approval to rent an office.
Tomorrow you will find out that NASA is the cause of the hold.
This is ridiculous!
Well Said!!!!
IMHO LOL!!!
As far as I know the Rooster is itching for a whole other reason.
It's being cooked by thanksgiving in order to get some additional cash!
Baltia is dead as dead can be!
Since I see that you are so well versed in what was going on these 20 years,Can you please explain where all the money is???!!!
For now.
And the only reason I'm not doing it is because i'm sick and tired of running around to potential buyers while there is no trust in the company.
I don't expect anything to happen at Baltia regardless.
Easy easy... Don't get excited.
First get your FAA approval and then we will talk about 5 planes and China.
It's all fluff for the time being...
Closer to what?!
Keep on dreamin' boys.
This ain't going nowhere,
We are all living in illusion here.
It's not gonna make a difference whether he will keep or release them.
Absolutely!
And it hurts me that I fell for it after I DID achieve great success with much more complicated firms and deals.
As the saying goes: Experience comes with Mistakes.
As I said: Time will tell,
I have invested in plenty more complicated deals than Baltia and have not seen anything slightly similar.
Hi all my fellow investors,
I'm watching this board for over 3 years and have invested a substantial amount into Baltia 4 years ago.
I met several times since my investment with both Igor and Barry and listened to their nice explanations time and again and waited as all of us are doing.
It's sad to say and admit that it was a wrong move from the beginning,
I watch people here daily arguing foolishly over minor details as if this or that will make it or break it.
Let's look back for a couple of years and see and understand the big picture and lets remind ourselves of the countless missed milestones, excuses and/or lies that we are fed up with, and let's be brutally honest with ourselves: this plane ain't flyin' and this airline does not exist!
Sorry for breaking your spirit but reality is knocking hard!
I will not say that the Baltia team is a Scam or Ponzi e.t.c. or just some inexperienced not focused wannabe's. that I will leave for time to tell.
A disappointed Investor
