Shouldn't we get an 8k today?

Didn't the court documents posted here state that they had 3 business days from the Petition date(last Friday) to become SEC compliant in certain aspects?

The largest trade I see was 749,000 shares @ .02, about $15000.

The total volume for today isn't even a million dollars.

Too bad I got greedy, put a buy order for 30k yesterday at .01 that just never got filled, had I been slightly less greedy, would have almost doubled that money today. Ah, shucks.

Looking at the trades for today, it is almost completely buy volume:

It shows up on my eTrade, however last trade, on my account summary, shows up as 0.062.

I can access the ATRN Snapshot and all of the info seems correct, still no PR about a bankruptcy or ATRNQ on my account.

Damn, wish I had some spare cash to have picked up at the bargain basement prices. Nice 10% upswing right now, I like it.

I went over to www.atrinsicspyder.com and right now it's just a default Wordpress blog with nothing on it. I thought maybe the domain expired and someone on here snapped it up.

Just picked up another 450k shares to bring myself up to 600k shares. Can't wait til the Q is released. I have a feeling that the Q will have very good news for us. Especially with PRs like what they released earlier this year.

Oh, I know. I mainly lurk and have read tons. I would have loaded up earlier, but a lot of my trading money got held up in ATRN.

Yeah, I'm trying to average down and accumulate some more before that happens. Bought my first position in February. I am very excited for the Q1 results.

Just picked up another 16k shares to average down to 0.0943. Much better than my original average of .258 when I started accumulating shares.

I'm honestly not sure. I just started trading stocks last Summer, and I've yet to try trading options yet but
let me see if I can get this right:

Brilliant Digital has a contract for millions of shares of ATRN between last year and 2016(for the latest expiring ones). They have a call(buy order) of $2.90 for those shares, meaning if it were to go above $2.90(remember the 52-week high) a share, they could call their option and sell the shares to make profit. If not, they let their option expire. From my understanding, it is similar to a non-binding limit order, except that you pay for the option, rather than waiting for it to hit market price. This gives flexibility so that you don't necessarily have to buy the options, and you may just be out your contract price.

A derivative is called such as a match term. The first derivative of a line(or parabola, or formula, or in our case a stock) is velocity. Essentially, this type of order is placed based on the speed of which you think a company will grow as options can be placed for much longer periods of time than regular shares and may also more rapidly grow in value due to their large volume commitments.

Someone let me know if I'm wrong.

If I'm right, then this means that BD, and Dyne by extension, have huge growth confidence still, as the BOD has bought in at $2.90(I heard that on these boards) and now there's evidence BD has millions of options at $2.90 a share for periods as long as 4 years from now. Stay long, stay strong, go ATRN!

Brilliant Digital has 758, 652 purchase options at $2.90 a piece that expire this week.

I'm a college student by day and political consultant by night(indie game developer really late at night), so I definitely agree that a conflict in thought is necessary. Accusing someone of being a fraud and someone else simply because he tried to share something and banning them from your platform is not, however.

I hold DPS in the highest of respects for his contributions of annotated charts, DD, the lawsuti, and such, however I feel as if this nonsensical schism between the shareholders can lead to nothing good.
