I'm holding out hope, but I gotta say I'm edgy. If news does not drop in the next ten minutes I don't see how having an after market release will help anything. I can't shake the possibility that the early PR on this news was a way to run up the PPS in order to achieve a more balanced merger, if that was on the table, and now HBRM is scrambling in light of the L2 issue to come up with a way to reword the PR. Just sayin'- maybe it's illegal and unlikely. Either way, if there is not a release reasonably before the market closes I will not be impressed.
Perhaps, but the fact is that there are no confirmed new contracts. I'm certainly not saying there aren't any that simply haven't hit the news distro, but you must agree that if it isn't officially released then references to additional sales are unsubstantiated and attract the wrong kind of speculators.

I agree. The video's sole purpose was to demonstrate a working, final product- not market it. As investors we have to accept the cost savings of raw information that is geared toward us and separate the expectations we have of glitz PR intended for broad market awareness.
Very true and AFPW will very likely close in the green. It is still annoying to watch the MM's manipulate the market like this- mostly because I'm not the one doing it :/

The proxy vote is not a surprise to anyone paying attention to what's going on with their stock. The pending vote has been discussed for some time now.

Alumifuel identified as "Key Industry Player" for fuel cells in military applications. The link is to a summary of a research publication that comes with a hefty price that I sure can't afford, but the summary says enough for me! See Chapter 4.3

The EITF is seeking "large scale" projects that generate 10MW or more. I doubt Alumifuel is trying to get into that specific market, BUT every military installation uses backup generators and needs power in remote training areas. The cost of electrical infrastructure and generator diesel fuel is definitely a part of the cost saving and environmental impact that EITF is tasked to reduce and Alumifuel can CURRENTLY address!
I could easily see Ingenium and Alumifuel becoming subcontracts to larger power projects!

The likely size of the surveillance blimps in Afghanistan is 56K. Since a k-cylinder holds about 200 scm of hydrogen that's 280 cylinders or 2800 of our handy Alumifuel canisters at 1/10 the weight and smaller comparable dimensions. I have to say, though, that supplying blimps with on-demand hydrogen is cost prohibitive in this early stage of Alumifuel. Right now, a blimp can be supplied with helium for a little over $4,800 (from here). The same thing with Alumifuel canisters at even just $10/canister would be $28,000. Obviously, much cheaper shipping costs is a factor (lighter and no hazmat from pressurized containers) and there's nothing to stop Alumifuel from making delivery systems more suitable for this market.
There are other considerations with blimps. Whatever. The market is wide open with plenty of other more suitable near-term applications and Alumifuel is exclusively in the lead with a foot through the door!

Hydrogen is at least as safe as natural gas:
1. Lightest element, so RISES rapidly (20 m/s or 6x faster than natural gas) and disperses in air quickly.
2. Requires oxidizer to combust, so a hydrogen filled vessel will not combust with an internal spark.
3. Burns faster and emits less radiant heat than hydrocarbon flames.
Challenges with safety:
1. Less energy required for combustion than other fuels in high concentration in "optimum conditions" (such conditions are inherently rare especially since hydrogen rises immediately).
2. The gas is too light to add an effective odorant, so leaks are currently undetectable to human senses.

You appear to be referencing the meteorological meeting in New Orleans, which had a different target audience. Being as DOD contracts were being bid on at the end of 2011 we should not expect to hear ANYTHING until a contract has officially been awarded, which could take several months beyond the original announced closing.

This is the conclusion of Ingenium Technology's presentation to a Fuel Cell Seminar and Exposition in Orlando late last year. If you haven't already seen the presentation it basically outlines a proprietary, new power source with demonstrated start/stop/restart capabilities, high endurance, reliable output, etc. API is the only company with this technology and they basically said, "We're ready. We just need a platform to put this on." There is little reason to believe they did not get a contract of some sort (R&D, test vehicle, and/or production) for this that we will hear about relatively soon.

Doesn't get much more plain than this. Basically, this article is saying either Alumifuel (remember, there is no competitor) or nuclear power since nuclear power is the only other way to cost-effectively generate steam quietly and underwater. BUT, who wants the liability of autonomous pending nuclear disasters coasting through our oceans? Quite simply, as of today there is only Alumifuel. How about THAT for market domination?
The research contract alone is worth up to $249,000. I don't know if that can be included in their revenue, but it's FREE development money!
A smart investor looks at this and may ask, "But hasn't this contract pretty much run its course?" Great question and the answer is a wonderful YES! Why on Earth is that wonderful? Because Phase II is worth up to $750,000 and Phase III is typically $5,000,000 according to that last link and Alumifuel has had it's eyes set on both!
"So there's R&D money floating in. What does this have to do with profit?" Nothing in the short term, but it is effectively helping future profits by reducing R&D financing. PLUS, Ingenium has submitted proposals to be a "prime contractor" with Alumifuel and "one of the top three defense contractors and a major fuel cell company" as the contract team. These sorts of government contracts usually take longer than the anticipated closing date to complete, so it is no surprise that we haven't heard anything...yet ;)

A little DD reveals that Attitude is a legit company. Attitude has a verifiable product that is being sold at the consumer level (through distributions with major retail chains, no less) and has a corporate team that demonstrates dedication to its investors. I said nothing of how many shares I own of ATTD in an email request to ATTD for a rather unique product sample arrangement, yet both Roy Warren and Debbie Lieblong separately and promptly accommodated my request with no questions asked (I own only 40,000 at the moment). These are all rare attributes in the penny stock world. If there was a lack of pride in this company nobody would have bothered to respond so promptly or professionally. Quite simply, nobody puts this much effort into a “scam”.
This is a young venture and the financials can get ugly along the struggle to success. If you choose to be in it you may be down for a while. That's just the way it is. Buy more shares to reduce your loss and increase your potential gains! Sure, you could lose your investment OR you could be HANDSOMELY rewarded financially in exchange for your high investment risk.
For penny stocks, ATTD is a smart investment. If Attitude is able to convert debt with shares, what does that say about lender confidence in Attitude’s future? They sure aren’t in this to lose money or break even. Like many people here, I'm in this to make A LOT of money for my investment and I strongly believe ATTD will get me get there in due time!

This may be old news, but worth reposting for those such as myself who are relatively new to this company. "Customers" like DARPA, the U.S. Navy, foreign governments, and (unlisted) the U.S. Air Force along with FOUR significant drivers behind customer interest says "stick with it" to me. I am betting that we will hear some pretty good news when it comes out.
I am optimistic, but irritated as well. How long has AFPW website been "under construction"? 45 days or so? A website is the face of a company these days and having it inexplicably down for so long does not attract investors or instill confidence in shareholders. At least keep up the old website until everything is in place to modify it in short order. Great product potential, lousy PR.
