So, If I'm reading you right...once they get their hands on these shares...if they ever do...there will be some type of "pump" play to drive up the price of SAFC shares...
Are you still in SAF*?
If i have to rely on a message board to drive a stock, then i'm in the wrong stock!
Headed in the right direction...would just like to see a little more volume...
Doesn't sound very encouraging to me..we should be seeing at least a minimal increase of volume here...
I sure could use a miracle...
like the GEICO commercial says..."everyone knows that"...
That would be nice however, I'm curious about what kind of "adjustments" might take place as a result of the pps not being any where near .70.
The License Agreement provides that as consideration for the license, Safecode will issue to Medisafe ten million shares of its common stock valued at $.70 per share. The License Agreement provides for certain adjustments in the event that Safecode's shares are not equal to or greater than that price twelve months after the effective date. Thoughts??
Why the sudden move in ENT*?
Would love to see this get past our first level of resistance at .0029. SAFC
a post from the MFTH board...any thoughts on the effects on this stock?
Contract with SAFC is coming due soon. Guaranteed value of $5.2 mil. The only chance of living up to the guarantee is SAFC giving MFTH tons and tons.....and tons of restricted shares.
MFTH will then report the cash value of those shares as its 4th qtr revenue just like they did with the initial $1.8 mil payment they received in restricted shares last year.
MFTH shoots up. MFTH may promise another dividend out of that supposed revenue, who knows. MFTH insiders dump a bunch of shares.
If any of us are lucky, we get out while the getting is good and maybe break even on the investment we made looking for the free cheddar of the last dividend promise.
And hopefully that will be in the form of some sort of volume...going to be a little concerned if we don't start seeing that take place next week....
Based upon....????
You may want to revisit what you thought you purchased..
But...how far up is the question...
Understand completely...thanks
Appreciate your thoughts Joe...and you too Norton...
Thank you Diver...anyone else?
insightful response Dark...(sigh)
A question to those who are smarter that I...others...no need to respond...j/k...Anyways...I sold half of my position in one account today knowing there would be a serious dump occurring with the number of promotions touted these past couple of days. In my mind, the only reason to run such a promotion is to sell shares at the best possible pps in order to get out of their position. Unfortunately, I didn't do the same in my 401k account...My question is...How do these stock promoters get information timed so well surrounding an individual company's PR? I mean, who is leaking this information to these promoters to run a given promotion one day prior to a PR? I'd hate to think that Koos didn't have a role in this process, but how else would this occur?
Thoughts?
Sorry...new to this particular board..someone pointed out this stock to me...and have done some DD....but, curious as to what we can expect here...any thoughts?
I'm seeing three promo alerts for tomorrow
You need to work harder on your own DD
well said..
Mr. Koos,
I know there are some more heavily invested shareholders of BMSN than I however, few are aware of Southridge's tactics in manipulating your company's stock for their gain and your shareholders' loss.
I am hopeful that you are taking the necessary steps to disassociate BMSN from Southridge in any and all circumstances so that all of your hard work and the science that BMSN possesses flourishes to all that we are hoping for.
Kindest regards,
get lost...
developments like what bmsn is doing take time.
most have been here a few months ,yet they make it sound like its been 10 years !
stocks are called investments for a reason- sometimes it takes many years for a small biotech 's plans to come to fruition. i'm sure a few more months won't matter when this takes off.but i'm not saying its going to take that long, but like pg and many others have stressed here, when dealing with the fed. govt., and human lives , these things cannot and will not be rushed .
so relax, and do some Zillow home shopping for when bmsn does get fda approval, you'll have one less thing to worry about on your buy list !

I'll second that!!
There is such a thing as a fiscal calendar...or did your arrogance debilitate you of considering such a thing?
I would have to agree...it is a lousy Pump & Dump..lol but I'm holding long.. if that's what you're looking for here with this stock...good luck!!
Are you basing your investment decisions based upon what you think people would speculate on this board? Please don't do that...do some of your own DD...
well, this board has certainly hit an all time low! I'm out, good luck to all
yeah, I have September in my head for some reason...no matter, hoping to free up some cash to acquire some more shares...
I think Redcuffs is o for 2 now :)
Agreed...c'mon man...
plan on making many... GLTU
Too difficult of an answer to give without knowing what your own specific strategy is...with your limited trading experience, I'd take a long position of at least six months to a year and get in now...anything in the 3's at this point is a bargain...and by all means only invest what you can afford to lose without ruining your life. Particularly if you're investing in penny stocks for your first time...
well done...and thank you..
