If you look at the history of the company I see no pumping and no promotions . Why no news on a regular basis you ask. It's because there was no promotion. The company was trading on speculation and not from anything the company released as news. The company never released anything to make it look like they had a huge property with over inflated expectations. As a matter of fact they did much less on investor relations than most micro cap companies which is why they refused to get news out without having something real to talk about. Scam companies don't raise money on hardly any news. Scam companies don't spend money on exploration. This was a company that never gave any false hope. Look at their 15c211 filings and year end financial statements. It clearly states this is a risky investment and investors should take financial advice as this company is not now nor may it ever make any money. I bought stock and took a small loss. Once I found out the company would no longer be able to deposit new certificates due to low stock price thanks to regulatory changes I sold my position. Those are the risks you take. All stocks are risky. I lost money last year buying Bank of America. It's a game and all stocks are risky. Even Apple is a risk with it being already at this lofty price.

Barbeck was a competent CEO. He raised money which makes him a better than most CEO for a microcap company. Not too mention, in my opinion he did a good job raising money on a small property that I believe is highly speculative and not great. I am very surprised at what he and the company have been able to achieve with a small sized but very average property.

If they do announce an R/S would you blame them. The new rules by clearing firms make it almost impossible to raise money if the stock is under $0.01 a share. Without money a company is dead which is even more the case in a funding intensive industry such as mining or expiration in precious metals.

If a company wants money they have no choice but to dilute. Banks don't lend money to small cap exploration companies. Barbeck did a good job. Too bad he is no longer around.

All Barbeck did was raise money and do exploration. Seeing that most small cap companies don't raise any money and do anything I would say he has done a good job in trying to move the company forward with limited resources. It takes millions to bring a mining asset forward.

Everyone knows why he is bashed on here and it has nothing to do with the company. It's all for personal reasons by the bashers.

LOL! You huys are a joke with your Barbeck bashing as you dont inderstand anything. I suspect most of the bashers on this board are not people who bought the stock but most likely the homo doorknobs suing the company without merit that everyone on here keeps talking about and thinking its taken seriously. It's not taken seriously. To all the others who are legit investors this company has done nothing wrong. It's a small company trying to survive who have challenges as per there last press release.

It's obvious from the company financials that company can no longer finance which is most likely due to new rules in place by clearing firms for stock trading under a penny. How do I know this, I tried to finance them 6 months ago via 504 but my broker would not take the certificates. The company is very handicapped because of this as are all small cap companies trading under a cent.

Your damm right I mean it. They raised money and did cautious exploration work. The negative part is that it was done through 504 offerings. Without the 504 the company would be dead with zero chance.

So let's stop the Barbeck bashing as its not the poor guys fault. I think he has been very honest and did what he could on a limited budget that needs millions of dollars to succeed in this industry.

I'm a small investor who bought stock at .0003 cents a year ago. Although I took a chance and was hoping too make a good profit, it wasn't until I spoke to JC Barbeck that made me realize he and the company have lots of obstacles to deal with that are not JC's fault. Everyone bashing him for dilution but all companies get diluted when financing. Especially on the Pinksheets. I don't see the company having any choice but to do a reverse at some point. They can't raise any money without the stock being above a cent. Read the press release and read between the lines. It's not the companies fault. They have no other choice in my opinion.
