Something wrong with FINRA's daily short volume list?
Total volume yesterday was 45,000 shares, yet nothing shows up for MVNT.
Last year MVNT missed the 15-day grace period deadline.
As a consequence, they got booted to the EM (expert market). Then ASAP really did get activated and they got off the EM after just one day in OTC purgatory.
So hope remains alive. Even after 5 years after merging with VSHC and dealing with conditions during the COVID and post-COVID periods.
I still believe this "Phoenix" will rise from the ashes "soon".
Pleasing shareholders is not the point here. The point is that they have a business, and they seem to be trying to grow and expand that business. In the end, that is what really matters.
Some of us old timers know this already.
Yet most keep hanging on to their shares. Why is this?
Is it because dilution has been kept to a minimal amount? Or maybe it's because although many times filings are late they eventually do get filed. Or could it be the recent agreement/contract with PEMEX?
Maybe it's just a combination of all these things (plus a few others) that keep me holding on to my MVNT shares. Hope remains. Maybe even to the day I die.
Don't forget it's not "soon" any longer, it's ASAP. -lol
MVNT will likely continue bleeding until ASAP happens.

My fear realized. Low today $.019 (so far).
Won't predict a near-term low as support levels below $.02 are not well established in my view. I have a number in mind but won't disclose it publicly. I need to see a few more days of trading before going out on a limb with a bottom price prediction.
Interesting. New IR firm hired just before fins due.
Hilarious. Comparing SNPWD to an unexpected snowstorm.
What will folks think of next? Sad, just very sad imho.
"D" in the stock symbol lasts for 90 days following a restructuring event
I'm curious about that statement. Do you have a link for that? tia
Btw, without any revenues I really don't see any viable option other than bankruptcy.
Still following this ticker, but just out of curiosity. I currently have zero interest (neither short nor long) in the ultimate outcome of this company.
In for the WIN! Great new MVNT mantra.
Well, $.0210 didn't hold. Today's low $.0206 >
Think there is still some danger that GDVM might move BELOW $.02 next week. One potential trigger for this might be a LATE annual filing.
Annual is "technically" due on March 30 (90 days after Dec. 31). But since March 30 is on a Saturday, SEC rules permit filings on Monday (which is April 1, April Fool's Day - lol).
Just have to wait and see how this plays out. I don't foresee a significant rally attempt from current levels until GDVM Annual Report/Disclosure is filed (whenever that happens). I'm lying in wait for any move below $.02 with plenty of dry powder.
Could be an "interesting" period of trading for the next 1-3 weeks.
We'll see.
Aha. Just as predicted. 100% short sales today!
Date|Symbol|ShortVolume|ShortExemptVolume|TotalVolume|Market

Q3 ends next week (3/31/24). Q3 fins due 5/15/2024.
I predict NO news until Q3 is filed. If there's nothing filed by May 15, then I predict my earlier guess for no news until Sept. or Oct. may come true.
Not bashing. Just my own opinions.
Those seemed like regular 4-digit slaps (0239).
My guess is both those trades were retail. If so, then they will likely show up as short sales at the end of the day.
We'll see.
Submarine. Run silent, run deep.
"D" on for 31 days now. Wonder what is holding things up??
Looks like predictions for yesterday didn't turn out well.
Latest SEC filing for VASO:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/839087/000121390024020480/ea0201069-01.htm
Filing shows 175,319,296 shares of VASO common stock issued and outstanding. The total value of the merger is set at $176M and each "new" VASO share will be valued at $10.00. By simple math that means that every 10 shares of old VASO stock will be initially worth $1 (approximately). That is because the current outstanding shares of VASO will be exchanged for 17.6M shares of new VASO shares worth $10 per share. That implies a reverse split of 1 for 10 for old VASO shares.
There will be 2 classes of new VASO shares. Class A shares is what current VASO shareholders will receive as stated in the document above:
MMs very slowly walking this DOWN.
Haven't seen this for a while with MVNT.
Btw, wouldn't dismiss the possibility of GDVM pulling back below $.02 again.
Especially if traders are disappointed with the 2023 Annual report (whenever that gets released).
TY for your opinions.
Obviously I like to buy or add near the bottom of a pullback or consolidation. However, on OTC I've seen pullbacks/consolidations that you wouldn't believe unless you experienced them yourself.
Technicals are obviously important, but I've found that sometimes with OTC tickers, "guesswork" works almost as well. So I will take little nibbles here and there on pullbacks but save the big buys for capitulation moves (if they occur). If capitulation doesn't occur, then I'll be happy with my little buys on the way down until the next cycle occurs.
Anyway, just my own opinions on dealing with the volatility of OTC tickers. In my old age, I've gone to mainly NASDAQ and NYSE investments in my portfolio. Still haven't completely shed my OTC tickers but am looking to do so in the near future.
Tbh, been looking at GDVM for quite a while and am interested in the possibility of this ticker uplisting sometime in the next 2-3 years so I don't really plan on doing much short-term trading with GDVM. Currently just trying to accumulate a solid position with an average price below $.02. So far I'm on track at least as far as that goes.
Keep up the good work here on GDVM.
Has no one noticed, MVNT backtracked from "ASAP"?
About 11 days ago (March 8) MVNT released a new post on "X". The acronym "ASAP" is nowhere to be found in that post.
Instead, the new guidance says MVNT "finalizes disclosure." I assume this means that their "team" is in the process of finalizing the Q2 disclosure statement for OTCMarkets.
So, let's please drop the ASAP as that is no longer operative!
At least MMs are keeping a tight range today.
So far. -lol
Crazy 5- and 6-digit trades.
iHub shows yesterday's close as $.024388 and current price as $.02437 - LOL.
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/movement-industries-pk-MVNT/stock-price
$.0210 may be bottom of recent pullback/consolidation.
At least that is my opinion based on what I see in the daily chart pattern.
Going out on a limb with this guess, but we'll see what happens rest of the day and rest of the week.
That's a very unusual number.
Wonder how MMs came up with that trade?
Maybe Adjusted has the answer.
Welcome to the MVNT frustration club.
One day soon, before we all die, MVNT will let us shareholders know what their REAL plan is. -lol
Or maybe they've just been winging it for the past 5 years?
Figures this happens when I post my question about "Why isn't there more retail selling here?"
Seems to me that that bid whack should help MMs cover much of their recent open short positions. Maybe they don't lower the bid because they want more retail selling at that price? Would make sense to me, especially if they know or sense "good news" is on the horizon.
Maybe this week will be MVNT's ASAP week? Who the eff knows (WTFK).
Why isn't there more retail selling here?
Are folks mesmerized by the allure of an OTC company that hardly ever dilutes?
Or are the carrots they promote (like uplisting and acquisitions) so much stronger than the stick of non-communication and missed deadlines?
It's a mystery to me. But like most here, my guess is it's just stubbornness that keeps us hanging on to our shares.
Stubbornness and hope that "soon" MVNT will suddenly make us all rich when they announce their first substantial revenues since going public or when they make their first acquisition since HAV in 2019?
Well even though I don't expect MVNT to make me rich, I do expect at least a modest return on my investment here for the past 5 years!
Anyway, I'm still waiting for the forthcoming news and fins ASAP and will be very happy when this waiting period is finally over.
MMs and the Bid Sitters waiting for the Annual
Good description. Hope GDVM holds steady.
I see possible chart support around 021 -
If that doesn't hold GDVM could fall all the way back to 018 or 016 in my view.
BTW, I have found predictions based on charts for OTC tickers to be generally unreliable. That is my disclaimer for the guesses above.
NCNA has until 5/6/2024 to attain NASDAQ's minimum bid requirement of $1.00.
So though not inevitable, I'd agree that the possibility of an RS is highly likely.
Another possibility is for NCNA to partner with a large pharma company to begin one or more clinical trials with one or more of their patented drugs. If they haven't had any conversations about this up to now, I'd say it's highly unlikely any partnership agreement could be finalized in the ~1 month remaining before they will be subject to delisting by NASDAQ.
Needless to say, I'm very glad I was able to sell all my NCNA shares during the recent runup. And I likely won't be buying any shares up to May 6. If NCNA does decide to do a reverse split to remain quoted on NASDAQ, I will reconsider my stance.
“so let it be written, so let it be done”
Still on radar but not buying any yet.
Looking for something closer to $.30 or perhaps slightly lower ($.28-.29)
Not in a rush to buy back. Still a chance they get delisted or perhaps execute a reverse split to raise their bid price above $1. A lot of uncertainty in this ticker as far as I'm concerned. Was happy to sell my shares around $.80. Didn't have that many shares but was a nice profit anyway.
Maybe next week. -lol
Thank you Mr. Painter, whoever you are.
As a long I always hope for the best.
But with all my OTC tickers I never expect anything.
Patience is the key to unlocking the door of wealth.
No need to plead. Build it and it will come.
Effective time was midnight. Not in FINRA's hands anymore.
Up to OTC Markets to update ticker whenever they can get around to it. So probably will happen sometime tonight when OTC Markets does their daily updates.
Not really that important in any case.
