When I said I'd buy JPEX shares, it was mainly in jest.
I mean you think spending a penny for 100 shares is serious? lol
The reality is that I can't buy any shares of JPEX until it gets out of the EM sewer. Even if I could buy shares, a penny a trade (without commissions) is not exactly a strong commitment.
In any case, I completely understand your anger and frustration with this ticker. I basically feel the same about it as you. But I try not to let those feelings get the best of me.
Take care bud. In the end justice will be served to whoever is really responsible for this mess.
I can say it but won't believe it until I see it.
Btw, technically STRH would have to close above $.39 which was its all-time high 13 years ago! lol
$MVNT actually closed UP today!
Granted by only $.00004 (that's quads, not trips). But with only 2 trades all day for a whopping 4,000 shares, what do you expect?
Quiet or not, I love the chart.
1-year chart linked below shows a 52-week low of $.0013 and a 52-week high of $.0129 -
Chart beginning to resemble a cup with handle the past ~4 months.

27 52-week high in danger! my oh my
Would you buy JPEX shares if you could?
I would. I'd buy 100 shares per day for $.01 (without commissions of course) just for shits and giggles. lol
Good to know. Thanks!
Agree 100% again.
Unfortunately AGREE.
$81M revs? Way off. Try $122 BILLION!

Slapped ask twice. Only one executed at ask.
Insanity prevailed today.
Talk about a rollercoaster ride. This is it.
Except for the open, the spread has been HUGE all day.
MM games or not? Wish I knew. -lol
Think "someone" unloaded shares ATM and MMs gobbled them all up to close some of their open positions. -jmho.
Just trying to keep up with daily trading.
$ILST
Agree. MMs are the scum of the earth as far as stock trading is concerned, jmho.
Another consolidation in mid-0020's? What say you?
Some genius sold 45K shares probably ATM.
Boy are they going to be sorry soon! lol
Thanks for the shares at $.0161 😃
Strong volume today bodes well for $.0025!
And maybe even higher?
Saw news coverage yesterday concerning medical care in Africa.
This story was on PBS TV I believe and was mainly about the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda.
https://ughe.org/
I believe coverage like this dovetails nicely with XCRT's subsidiary Afya Sasa.

A peak at 01-02 like IGPK would be nice.
Excellent analysis!
Swing trade not a bad strategy for STRH.
I have no idea where this ticker is going or how they plan to get there.
Need more communication from management. Seems to be a common problem with many OTC tickers these days. jmo
ASK now 78, but still great move today!
Could see above one penny in the near term. Most of my shares were bought at much higher prices though.
Differences are what makes a market. imo
Who's going to buy shares in a dead ticker?
Doesn't make any "cents" to me. lol
Nope. Not me!
I complain from time to time, but have never given up hope.
Pathetic volume. Otherwise, no complaints today.
Your attitude is a good one. But as for me, I have absolutely no intention of buying any more shares of this POS.
And I hope everyone associated with this ticker (not the common shareholders) rots in hell. lol
I sympathize with your feelings. There's no doubt in my mind that M. Hovendick has been nothing but a BIG pain in the ass for every common shareholder of $JPEX.
But I don't think a class action suit is either practical or worthwhile, not to mention that they are usually not successful. So you can rail all you want about Mitch but I've had my say about him previously and I don't want to revisit those feelings again.
But thanks for giving me the chance to get one more dig at him anyway! lol
Thanks for your opinion.
You seem to be trying to drum up enthusiasm for a dead ticker on the Expert Market ($JPEX).
If you really want to do this, why not speak plainly and clearly. So far most of your posts have been rah, rah, rah and not much else.
Just my own opinions.
I don't think politics will make a big difference for MVNT.
My opinion is that MVNT will see its greatest opportunities for growth OUTSIDE the US. Sami is an internationalist and likely has contacts around the world. Not sure about the other MVNT employees, but the proof of this view is MVNT's recent JV with PEMEX. If this contract could be expanded just within PEMEX alone, it could be very lucrative for MVNT. And who knows? If PEMEX can demonstrate that MVNT's technology can improve their bottom line, others in this sector may also get interested. And yes, maybe even Chevron. lol
All is just my own opinion. See my disclaimer below.
Thanks. I'll continue trying to post helpful facts whenever I can.
Even though I don't want to give trading "advice", I do like to post facts that may help some with their trading decisions.
Here's an opinion rather than a fact. I do believe MVNT will break out above $.04 sometime in 2024. It may not be SOON and certainly not ASAP, but I feel it will happen at the latest around the time MVNT releases their annual report.
Best of luck to all of us MVNT longs.
Adjusted, I suspected you'd have something to say. lol
Seriously, thanks for your comments. I always value your opinions.
I don't know if MVNT can get back into the 03's without some type of news. Even so, I still expect something big to happen around the time they release their annual, if not any of their quarterlies.
It's just a matter of time and patience now, in my opinion.
I know many MVNT shareholders are getting very frustrated, me included. However, at the worst, I don't expect shareholders will have to wait more than another 4-5 months to see the fruits of their patience. I know that's a long time for staying in the dark, but what other choice do we have besides selling for beer money? LOL
MMs actions have made no sense to me over the past few weeks.
There was really no cause for MVNT prices to be pushed down to a penny. And no real reason for it to get back to $.02 as it is almost now.
It's all very puzzling to me. Anyone have an explanation?
XCRT is an SEC Regulation A reporter.
Reg A companies file Annual and Semi-Annual reports only.
The latest semi-annual report is shown on the disclosure page that you link.
It's called 1-SA and is for the fiscal semiannual period ended June 30, 2023.
If you want more info on what has been happening after that date look up the latest S-1/A filing from 1/19/2024. Lots of good info there.

Don't ask. It's a mess.
I haven't unscrambled everything myself and now I really don't care.
If you're really interested ask one of the other posters here who is more knowledgeable than I.
Sorry I can't answer your question.
Don't think MVNT management appreciates their shareholder loyalty.
Some have been holding 5 years or maybe even longer (including VSHC shares).
You don't find that kind of loyalty except for bag holders holding shares that have declined into the trips.
Yep, some still holding for the "big" one even though MVNT already had one run of about 500% about 3 years ago.
Come to think of it, MVNT's more recent run to $.033 was about 400% as well. But I guess those hoping for much more forget about that. LOL
