Tried loading again and realized cant make transfers today being Veterans Day. Thank you to all my fellow Vets.
DEAL IS ON per Rontan accounting department. Call them yourself, they confirmed the company is being acquired by GDSI and to contact GDSI for information. I also spoke with the Institutional Investors assistant yesterday and everything looks on track. Where is this guy getting his info. Big lies.
I've been doing more deep research this morning and would like to discuss with someone that's been following this close like I have. Not wanting to share on this till it's better vetted info. Someone how time to chat?
Ha. Not happening with the resistance. Brought my average up to .0038. Sure beats the 1.31 I originally bought at and +1000x more shares :)
I couldn't resist reloading again, hope it doesn't cause a divorce.
Far from the complete story on the first one but yes real company with proven track record of Sullivan executing simular strategies in the 80's making huge gains. Good times to come.
Thank you for the shares .
Gotcha. He sure tried to get everyone to run away for the last year until this news. I got in at 1.31 lost my butt but back with a smile
Blue you never answered when I asked why you've been hating on this stock for a year. Any proof its a scam like you say?
Guess I have to. TIme to fly to Dallas. Go Hawks! GO GDSI!
I have 3 minutes for this to hit before i have to get out of bed. HIT.
Been known for weeks.
You were long on this then went silent. Hope your still holding long and strong and picked up some along the way. ICE sure shut the hell up.
Hey Blue, I've seen you following this stock for a year not but do nothing but bash the heck out of it even when it wasn't active for the last year but now you're fairly quiet. What's your take on this?
This is far more further along than the Remington fiasco but at the same time this stock did the same time at the announcement of Airtonics then it fell through. All I know is my new accumulation of over 600k shares is at .0028 to help offset my previous losses. That should tell you I believe it's going to hit but will it stick? History has a trend of repeating itself but I think I'm preaching to the choir on that.
3 years holding GSDI. I've seen several people ask the history of the company so I thought I would share my experience. I'm not a "day" trader or even a trader for that part. I just had a guy work for me several years ago that recommended this stock. I researched it at the time and bought in at 1.31. The reason was the announcement of purchasing Airtronics but more importantly the intellectual property it held. The seller backed out after realizing the potential GDSI made her aware of. Deal falls through GDSI get a small settlement I believe. Next comes Cool Sound or something simular where they were looking at purchasing a company out of Canada that allows A/C units to function with sound waves. That fell through. IMO they then released a huge PR about an LOI to purchase Remington. That was laughed at and the Remington issued a formal letter stating it's not the case. Then a real company was purchased. NACS. From my following investors on this board over time the company is in a ruckus which I never vetted to be true. Now the news of this. The founder took a penny stock to up to $15 at one point in the 80's and obviously is trying to do it again. These are my observations from being in this stock for over 3 years.
Read my reply from post 10062. Or message me.
Yeah buddy long time. I'm glad I call a message a few weeks ago asking what's up with this stock and took a look at it again :)
I'm trying to learn here, does COMETH mean coming off meth?
What's your thoughts on what will happen after it climbs. I'm just trying to make back some of what I lost on it a couple years ago. This going to be a long term hold or another pump and dump?
My first purchase on this stock was 1.31 to think my average is .0023 is just crazy to me. I had a pretty penny invested at that time. This would really have to hit to make back my losses but any is good to me, in your shoes.
Great to know. Going on full time disability until I can get 5 discs replaced sucks so this is comforting. No worries though I only threw a small chunk at it hoping to make some or all back. I think I'll be following along to learn some of this jargon until I can get back to a J.O.B. Thank you!
I lost my ass on this a couple years ago then bought back in a couple weeks ago at .0014 now average about .0023. I got in before the Airtronics deal that was supposed to be the actual catalyst for this company back then. Lawsuits later and not being able to control the actual IP the company announced the LOI to purchase the Remington Co. yes the gun manufacture. That was a big ol hoax to stir up news. There was stir of Cool Sound out of CA regarding A/C with sound waves, nothing came about. Then came NACS, a small but promising acquisition. Now bam......Ronton. I hope it's true and brings me out of the red from the last tip with GDSI!
Help a guy out. I got into this stock years ago before they release they were going to buy Remington when they had ownership in Airtronics. I even called and spoke with a higher up, wondering how I got his cell phone, informing him my savings is tied up in this and demanded answers. He told me to just wait until the end of the month so I did. Bam things dropped and never stopped until you bunch came around. Pick a guy up here, I through what I could at it when you all started talking about this thing going up. Thank you for saving me butt a bit, what's this ride looking like from here?
I learned to never take stock advice from an employee.
Can anyone help me out on what's going on? I bought stock in this years and from what I hear they filed bankruptcy then a company bought them out. My understanding is they bankruptcy make the stock null and void but I still see value increasing lately. Secondly now that it's Seal123, LLC and it's a private company how can stock be traded on it? Thanks.
Cat have you heard what happened with the cool sound deal? I don't hop on very often and don't see anything about it on the website any longer. Was that just a LOI like the Remington deal? For some reason I was thinking it was a done deal, no?
I think Blue needs to finish his half empty glass of water. Set up an account to be a negative nancy on a penny stock. Fun life.
Dunno but picked up a few thousand more. Wish I had more liquid right now....grr.
Looks like inzane is onto somthing. Good info.
Bruce Bruce, I can't IM with the basic package. They simply stated I will be happy where the price will be at the end of the month. That can be taken many different ways, I'm being optimistic.
I confirmed with corporate that the merger is off. Looking forward to months end.
fallin I'm still waiting on a response as to whether I understand the 10q correctly? Do you happen to know?
fallin, that wasn't me being negative that was me trying to get clarity since I can't find anything online regarding this. I plan to call tomorrow to see if they are willing to give up any information since to answer your questions I have 23 and some change.
Are you sure? I don't follow up with many filings but the 10-Q filed on Friday seems to clearly state that the merger is over and basically GDSI just has defaulted loans out to Airtronic. The IP is collateral which Airtonic will keep after paying GDSI back. In a nutshell the reason I invested in GDSI is dead deal. Am I mistaken on this?
Did I miss a post that discussed an update with the trial or merger in general? Did it get pushed again? I heard a rumor that a company is trying to slide in and Sullivan may just get his money back from the acquisition? Any of this true?
What is the court deciding on?
Calm before the storm? Heavy chat activity then pure silence.
Interesting read, thanks for the reference! I wonder whom the burden of proof it falls on to show the aftermarket product caused the malfunction.
U.S. Federal law sets forth requirements for warranties and contains a number of provisions to prevent vehicle manufacturers, dealers and others from unjustly denying warranty coverage. With regard to aftermarket parts, the spirit of the law is that warranty coverage cannot be denied simply because such parts are present on the vehicle, or have been used. The warranty coverage can be denied only if the aftermarket part caused the malfunction or damage for which warranty coverage is sought. Disputes in this area usually boil down to arguments over facts and technical opinions, rather than arguments over interpretations of the law.
Are we sure of this DFW? I was under the impression from my tour in Santa Ana that they have to drill holes in some of the intake manifolds. Seems this would void the warranty?
Wild fire I tell ya! If you go to Savvy Green's Facebook page they are getting an average of 2 likes a second right now. Click on the refresh on your browser. I'm liking what Savvy Green may do for Savi Corp!
