The value of those two properties was about 2.5-3 million and was a strictly stock purchase. Around 15 million shares based about .26 per share.
I think this stock has just been put in someones drawer and when they feel like it, will bring it out again. Any other information would be greatly appreciated.

a property in Tehachipi CA, one in Pahrump, NV and an interest in 400 beachfront acres in mexico with 340 million pounds of beach pebbles. Also, they just bought an Hawaiian coffee company two months ago
Current on what. They have been "current" or going to be current since about 2005.
I just checked axiomgp.com and there is no mention of the Placentia Property. Only the Orpheum and the coffee company

What happened? I dont watch for two or three days and it drops? Anyone have any info on this. Have additional shares hit the market causing this???
If the "rules" apply, then a non reporting company has to have its stock held for a year. this is PLFF, now. I saw that the contract was entered into in June of 2011, and so in June of 2012, these shares should be available. The shares could be good as an addition to the float, but if this guy decides to "dump" his stock, it could be a short term bad thing.
I have heard that he is a "prudent" investor and hopefully knows what he is doing.
I believe on or about June 7, the 14.5 MILLION shares transferred to the owner of the Tehachapi and Pahrump property will come off restriction. The days after that should prove interesting.

Are there other rumors. We know what they have put in the reports, but I have not heard about anything "on the horizon". Also, an idea of what they are going to do with the CA land and NV land would be a nice bit of info. They are in the process of starting to get income from the beach pebbles, so maybe that will sustain their cash needs for now. Any Comments??
That bid ask is a lot better than the 1.09/2.74 that it was last week. perhaps it is getting closer to a real value that we could depend on.

Look what I found searching for Pacific Beach Pebbles. The 6 million paid may have just gone to 60 million. Add this to land in Tehachapi, CA and Pahrump, NV, these guys are going to town.

Still pretty volitle when 300 shares drops it .49. Who would sell anyway, when it is only 675.00???? If anyone can tell me why someone would do this, I would be pleased to hear it. If it was 30000 shares, I could understand.

How about Morpheum. Says it all
I understand there are 150 million outstanding shares, but the float is only 275000. The guy in CA must have a bunch of shares as he sold 3.8 milion worth of property and got shares back for the sale. On the date of offer, which is the same for both parcels, the share price was about .36 per share. The value was to be based on share price 3 days prior to close. The sale was to consumate within 15 days of acceptance which could have been on or about June 7 when there was activity and the price was .26. There were sales on may 31 and June 7. This info is all available online. Assuming the above numbers this guy, Tuzzolino, has roughly 14,596,154 shares based on $ 3,795,000 divided by .26. It is restricted stock for 6 months and one day past the closing date, WHICH, if it was in the parameters of the offer would be relaesed somewher between the end of Decemvber 2011, but if there were delays, could have moved it to the end of Feb or Mar 2012. SO this stock should be unrestricted soon and we will see if the added liquidity helps share price or not.

I saw that they acquired land in CA and NV, but what are they doing with it. Is there anything else in the pipline? Does anyone know what their ideas for growth are, other than having a 1600 share purchase drive the price .20???
I heard about this stock from an article in a new orleans paper, and found it about .13-.15. today it is .40 bid and 1.22 ask. Can anyone tell me what happened???
