Sorry, very few people ever post or reply on this chat board. You may wish to read the Raging Bull chat board on this KNOS stock.
As far as KNOS being a good stock to buy, it has been showing lots of promise for a long time now, but still waiting for actual product and revenue to follow. Until that happens it is highly speculative, IMO.

This is where I got the info of a 'live' test of the KNOS product in a Gulfstream....DD pays!
KRONOS SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH GULFSTREAM AEROSPACE
Kronos to Develop, Design and Produce Air Movement and Purification Devices for Gulfstream Corporate Business Jet Aircraft
Belmont, MA. January 13, 2003 - Kronos Advanced Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: KNOS) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kronos Air Technologies, Inc., signed a development and acquisition agreement with Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. Gulfstream designs and manufactures the world's most technologically advanced business jet aircraft.
Following on the prototype development work performed by the Kronos Research Team and the customer testing work that was conducted aboard a "live" aircraft in 2002, Kronos will develop, design and produce Kronos™-based air movement and purification devices for installation onboard Gulfstream corporate business jet aircraft. The Kronos™ devices will be designed and manufactured to meet all FAA safety standards, including environmental, flammability and electromagnetic interference (EMI). The embedded Kronos™ devices will provide silent air circulation and purification throughout the cabin. The contract provides Kronos with advanced funding and progress payments, based on a set customer delivery schedule.
Daniel R. Dwight, Kronos' President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are pleased to be working with the premier manufacturer of corporate aircraft. Together with our recent signing of a contract with the U.S. Navy for developing an advanced ventilation system for naval ships, the Gulfstream contract provides further validation of the Kronos technology for improving the way the transportation industry thinks about air movement and filtration."
Mr. Dwight continued, "With the execution of the HoMedics contract in the standalone market and execution of contracts with the U.S. Navy and Gulfstream in the embedded HVAC market, we are executing our business plan and demonstrating market penetration in some of Kronos' largest potential market places."
J. Alex Chriss, Executive Vice President Marketing and Sales, stated, "With the unique shapes of automobiles, airplane cabins, and ships, as well as the need for energy savings and a noise-free environment, the transportation industry is a well-defined example of how the Kronos™ technology can be applied. We plan to use our recent progress in developing air movement and filtration solutions for the transportation industry to further our development of applications for the commercial, residential and industrial ventilation market segments."

Actually it is my belief that KNOS HAS tested an air purifcation system inside a Gulfstream jet. I cannot remember where I read that info, but probably in some long forgotten PR, of SEC filings. Gulfstream and KNOS are still actively working together and I hope we can see some fruits of their labors sometime in my life...LOL
Gulfstreem was hammered by the downturn in the economy and is only now just seeing interest in Corp. Jet purchases, so lets hope the KNOS/Gulfstream progress will increase as well.
IF, and it may be a big IF, KNOS really has the best mousetrap out there, then there is no reason why every commercial and private jet, cruise ship, hotel room etc. would not incorporate this product. That has always been our hope and dream, just taking far, far longer to come to a successful conclusion then anyone would have thought.
NEWS:

Dwight. "Although initial sales of the electronics will be to HoMedics and the U.S. Navy, Kronos' electronics have been developed for use in a variety of our other planned commercial air purification products and systems."
Other Developments
In conjunction with the joint development of a consumer product line of air purifiers with HoMedics, design of the core product line has been completed and successful independent product testing has been performed.

Samdabambam, Could not agree with you more. The appologists for Dan and his abilities not withstanding, KNOS has every chance to move upward and will do so in a very big way, IMO. but it needs to have solid information to do it with.
Proof of a sign manufactures contract, a rollout date and product on the shelves whould push the share price up above even what the Dutton Report projected, IMO.
It just needs to happen.
DCT, I appreciate your reply and your thoughts on SH, but I base my facts and info on KNOS's pre-HoMedics SEC filings which stated that they had the technology done and were ready to market back then.
They just needed money. Well HoMedics provided that part and most certainly had some of their own thoughts on what they wanted, but it still should not have taken this long.
Sharper Image started from ground zero. So again, I stand by my complete disdain for Dan and his lack of ability to produce.
Thoughts?
DCT, just for fun, why do you say """target production date should really be this fall."""
What in the past SEC filings and outside info, ie. Thestreet.com/J.M. Dutton Report, etc. would make you say """target production date should really be this fall."""
What facts do you base your thoughts on? Other then the obvious, that nothing has happened yet.
As investors we can only go by what the company says and what outside analysis tells us, and they have all given an 'early 2004' time frame. TIA.
SamDebambam, I have made it clear that I will bail if I do not see PROOF of product production by the end of March. This means an announcement of a manufacturing agreement by then at the very least.
I believe that any company when starting into production can experience delays etc. However Dan Dwight has chosen to be less then forthcoming with shareholders about the status of KNOS/HoMedics.
If Dan/KNOS had not paid big dollars to request the 'independent' J.M. Dutton analysis, that came back with an 'early 2004' rollout, then I would not be so upset. You have got to know that everything in that report was green lighted from KNOS, so they either blew it somewhere or outright lied. So tic, tic March is going by fast....

Feb. 15 is coming closer. Assuming no delays, we will at least have the 10QSB to read from KNOS. Thank goodness the SEC MAKES Danny boy talk to us once a quarter!
Come on Dan, what are you doing to earn that pay check? Certainly not communicating with your shareholders. What about a shareholders meeting? Too darn scared of us yelling at you?
You should be! March is coming.....Tic Tic Tic
Remember, HoMedics will be paying KNOS for the boards. KNOS will at least break even on the boards, at least I sure as hell hope so anyway, and maybe make a little per board. KNOS will also receive a piece of each air purifier unit sold.
The money from each unit sold will probably go to pay down HoMedics as soon as posible.
Time will tell if Danny boy can actually produce or is just full of promises and PR.
March is coming.
Maybe we will get a better picture of KNOS/HoMedics status come February 15th. This is when the 10QSB is due to hit.
I will make my mind up about selling in March. If Dan and KNOS are unable to be more forthcoming then they have and things are not moving along, I will be gone.
All it is going to take is for them to announce something, just a little something. Remember, as soon as the final phase comes for the HoMedics product, KNOS gets 1 million in cash, so I think it is very important from a cash flow point of view, that they get their act together.
No shareholder wants to have more expensive dilution with Fusion. Also I cannot imagine anyone, venture capital etc. willing to put more money into KNOS unless they have a HoMedics product done. The money well will open wide when they do, IMO but until KNOS gets a HoMedics air purifier complete and in manufacturing there will be very little interest in 'new' financing available.
You need to forgive Tele, he sometimes posts on the wrong boards. I cannot believe that the founder of MRI's has anything to do with KNOS.
No I meant what I posted. I will fire Dan by selling my shares. If he cannot produce by March, then I can most certainly go elsewhere to find another investment that will.
Heck Tele, I have been saying March for some time now. I will give them till the end of March however...LOL
Samdebam, Although I have talked with people at the company in the past and have found them always very nice, I have not seen a reason to rattle the cage at this time. I believe they would not be able to say anything to really help me anyway.
Face it, I want to know when and how soon and for how much...LOL
March is still my time frame, I expect Dan to either produce or be fired by the shareholders within that time. Shareholders will demand progress by then IMO.
By not holding a SH meeting in 2003 and not announcing one yet, it tells me either they are getting very close and want to wait, or are too darn scared to face the angry.
I will sell out and I would think many others will be too, if we do not have something to indicate real progress by March.
Well phantom, if you do read the RB board, then you know I am one of the more outspoken ones who is less then happy with the progress being shown in KNOS. The old saying, 'time will tell' may be true, but many of us have been waiting for much longer then we care to admit. LOL
Thanks for the post and I will be watching this board more now.
Does not seem anyone really posts over here, but if Raging Bull does go away, this will need to be our new home for the KNOS chat board.
