There are an aweful lot of people continuing to buy stock in a "failed" company, another 10 million shares traded hands today alone. Many believe that there is still money to be made here so we'll see what happens!

How can I explain to folks why I'm limited to 1 post per day if I get deleted everytime I post that.

I must say, you are by far one of the biggest bashers on the board. I don't know how you can continue to moderate a board for a stock you hate so much.

Can someone clean up the GDSM Board. I'm limited to one post per day since i am Pro GDSM and the board has been taken over by many fake subscriptions that are negative GDSM. My one post per day gets IMMEDIATELY deleted, while the multiple non sense posts from these fake posters are allowed to stay. I've never seen a more blatent manipulation of a stock board to drive the price down so these bashers can accumulate...

It is becoming a bit rediculous all of these un founded personal attacks on the CEO. If there is proof that he is in jail it should be very easily found, and I can't find anything to substantiate it. I do enjoy them beating the price down though. I'm going to pick up a few million more on Monday. Thanks guys!

So what was the result of the disposition? The case could have been dropped for all we know... And 2009 is quite awhile ago. If WSRA was all that concerned they wouldn't have entered the JV in 2012.

I think at the time he put the cart before the horse and tried to short cut it by signing on for JV's before he had his house completely in order. I'm hoping this time will be differnt.

All this talk of doom of gloom has not effected my position on the company. Here is why:

Even if they move the A/S to 1.5 billion, if they get these mines moving, and if the gold in these mines is even a fraction of what the reports say, the PPS is worth .05 to .10 very conservatively. 1,500,000,000 x .05 = $75,000,000 as a valuation for the company which is a very small number. Thier half of these claims has to be worth much more than that when they are in productions. .05 is 22x where we are now. I'm willing to wait this out. By increaing the A/S it will give them room to get these claims financed. That was the whole point of this company and is the core of thier business plan.

The fact that he put out a PR that said his sole focus right now is to become a reporting company and uplist says he understands what it takes to attract the money he needs to finance these mines. No more smoke and mirrors.

I still hold a few million shares of this company, and will continue to hold till the plan is executed. I believe that is why most folks continue to hold and accumulate this stock.

I read every bit of what's written on this board and take it all in. There's a ton of info that is pro GDSM, and a bunch that is neg GDSM.

In the end I go back to the original business plan which was to develope the small claims that the big guys wouldn't touch, and do enough of them to eventually have the scope of a big guy. I still think this is a very novel business model that will become powerful when they finally get one of these projects off the ground.

At these rediculously low prices I see no reason not to take a flyer on this company. The risk is minimal and the reward could be enormous. The addition of the new Azurite mine to the fold can only help them in giving new options to thier investors.

I appreciate your candid counterpoint analysis as it helps new investors come in with a more full picture of the risk side than a struggling start up would normally offer in thier PR's. This will ensure that those who do invest here will be here for the long term rather than a quick pump.

TDAmeritrade users seems to get a truncated L2. I'm also seeing the .0130 as the lowest opening Ask.

I wish marc would actually PR these PR's. The last one showing up in my TDAmeritrade news for GDSM is the one from the 30th... Actually hitting the real newswires would probably help move this thing a bit better.

There is definitely alot more to that story. According to this report, Petro America was a sham oil drilling company that attempted to show some assets by buying up gold mines since they had no significant oil reserves. The issue in this case is that they were using phoney shares in Petro America to buy interest in mines so they could show that they had some sort of value on thier books. The problem came in when Petro America did not go public and these shares were deemed worthless... What a mess that one was. The good news is they determined that bringing gold mines into thier business would allow them to show some potential assets. Not a bad thing...
