Is this dog, I mean diamond, ever going to payoff. Or am I just wasting my time thinking my shares might be worth something?
Come on .25 - let’s go.
lol. Zippo chance.
Why didn’t the company file the sec filings within the required timeline. They had zero sales. How difficult could it be.
The company lays low on communication and gives a lame excuse about why / inexcusable. They did a reverse stock split with dark communication. They appear to have started a competitive company with no communication.
When are you going to put on your big pants and point your finger in the right direction, enough with looking the other way.
Where does it report the new company has zero revenue?
Checked otc and the most recent filing is for the old Bhpa, not the new. Tia.
This is from a lifetime ago - last January. Here are some clips that have happened since then - sec filings are delinquent, otc put the yield sign on snpw, a 4k reverse split was processed, a form 15 was filed etc. sounds like you might need to play a little catch up.
Just read the unsealed docs. Might want to educate yourself before trying to use the escape clause argument of do you believe everything you read. You do know how to read unsealed gov docs, right?
Maybe because it is performances based or the lack thereof. Maybe you should stop thinking what’s best for snpw and think what’s best for shareholders.
How did that reverse split work out.
How did going quiet work out.
How did delinquent sec filings work out.
Maybe it’s time to stop playing the guessing games and insist on updates from snpw. Enough already.
But it doesn’t lack foundation. .25 mentioned and we are under a penny, few buys from those that can buy on the expert markets. Oops.
.25 mentioned and nobody is buying. Sounds like someone has a credibility problem.
If this if that, once again shareholders are the ones left in the dark. Guess away everyone. Let’s see how this plays out, including the recent reverse split, in regards to their fiduciary responsibility.
The site visit supposedly happened back in January. Another pr show and tell?
The filing from June13,2023 doesn’t state anything about Australia, only United States. The latest info was for Australia - right? So why no 8-K?
With all the fizzled partnerships, think I will hit the pause button until I see an 8-k. Or isn’t this a material event?
GEP has partnered with Sun Pacific Power PTY Ltd to enter the Australian Market.
Partnered in what way? What consideration does snpw offer in this partnership and what do they receive? Partnership by itself is too vague - who does what and receives what in this partnership? Is this defined anywhere?
GEP has partnered with Sun Pacific Power PTY Ltd to enter the Australian Market.
Reported float (OTC) of 373k is a joke, I own more than this. When are these clowns going to get their shit together.
I agree - bailing as I don't feel the company is going to succeed.
The three million up for sale are mine - sold roughly 1.5m today. Giving up hope. Time to liquidate for me.
Price target tomorrow?
I believe you are correct. Good point.
Seems like recent posts dance around key issues. Issues such as:
Snpw is delinquent on sec filings. Status on becoming current.
Snpw - is Solray, will Solray, be affiliated with snpw.
Snpw reverse stock split created roughly 1 billion new shares. Why the reverse and is there a plan for the newly created shares. This would seem to be a key question especially for this who rode out the reverse.
Snpw - what products are currently being marketed, how are they being marketed (sales force?) and is the plan to be both a manufacturer and reseller of product.
I understand snpw tweeted the message below. The less information supplied the more speculation is created and more opinions are shared. Believe updates could curtail all the many guesses as to what’s going on and stop the varied opinions which some are referring to as misinformation.
In an effort to avoid trollness and bashers who harass our partners and affiliates we will issue further updates via an 8K and after we are ready.
My opinions.
Price targets 60 days out? Tia
I am not speculating on anything. Solray is not affiliated with snpw, if it were a filing would be required. There is no filing and until such time one is filed, Solray is not associated with snpw.
The one doing the speculating is you. You are speculating that it might become associated with snpw. Maybe, but that is your speculation- not mine.
It is curious that you would have such a speculation. What I have heard for the last couple of years is snpw is the global partner for Foxess, snpw has all these associations with solar manufacturers etc. Why would they partner with a start up which would be more of a competitor than a partner. Don’t see the value with such an association. What would they bring to the table - not management as it seems already similar to snpw. Not products based on all the touting by snpw of partnerships. Doubt a start up has customers, financing, partner associations remotely close to the quality of snpw’s global partners etc. Don’t see the fit.
Again you are speculating that Solray Inc is or will not be a part of SNPW?
My opinions.
Maybe more interest once we details on the new company - like how big they are on the revenue front. Wouldn't it be great if they were doing 150m in revenue and just wanted a ticker to go public verus going the expensive IPO route.
Maybe we will get a bump up in price. Float still low - less than 15m shares. Will be interesting to see how revenue the new company is doing.
One does not need to be doing business, generating revenue, for there to be a conflict of interest. Revenue, product offers etc are not conditions for conflict.
Let me give you an example. A conflict could be building a company, hiring staff, developing products/infrastucture, directed by common senior management etc with the intent of competing. By all accounts it looks like the intent exist. Mix in a little unjust enrichment and there it is.
If there were a true BOD I am sure they would be advising on details. If the BOD found out about the other company I am sure they would take action. Their fiduciary responsibility comes into play.
Is it material? Seems it is being promoted here like it is…. But I don’t think it’s material. They have only been nominated, and who knows what that means. Sounds like a nothing burger to me.
Anyone see an Oscar nominee give an acceptance speech before winning an Oscar? Me either.
Sounds like a nothing burger. Or does it. Sounds more like a liability, being financially responsible for the quality of a third party.
“Importers are responsible for meeting the manufacturer warranty obligations in Australia.”

Has any revenue been generated from any of the import, distributor, global partner etc relationships through the years. Anyone else getting a tab bit numb to these announcements?
Nice new board - whew, thank you. So refreshing than hearing the same old crap from the same old posters.
Go with what products? What sales force?
If there is proof, sharing it here would be stupid. Nobody litigates or shows their hand on a chat board.
And please don't give us the BS you can't share it .
Exactly, snpw appears to be a distributor of others products. Another chink in the chain with typically low margins based on turn and earn.
As I asked before, is this an snpw design - engineered, developed and owned by snpw? If so, does snpw have a design group under their umbrella - where. And on the “until Snpw build a US manufacturing facility” - right……..

I understand SNPW is a Distributor for Fox. But product you list shows SNPW product - note the link below as a example. Knowing SNPW does not have a manufacturing facility, are these being manufacturered by a third party? If so, do you know who is manufacturing them, where they are being manufactured and are these SNPW designed products? Is it a case where SNPW is a Distributor on all prodcuts or are do they have SNPW designs being built for them by a thrid party under the SNPW name? Are there any SNPW designed prodcut available for sale in the US, or anywhere?
https://sunpacificpower.com/wp-content/upload...083703.pdf
Let's take a step back and talk about "Product." Specifically, what product(s) for what markets will snpw be targeting?
The talk of "build it and they will come" sidesteps product(s). In fact, I have seen very few product discussions - but alot on the topics listed in your post that frankly don't address the product(s) we are talking about.
Understandiing the Products to promote/introduce, Markets to serve and a review of SNPW's capability to succcesfully compete in the marketplace is the only way to really determine what is owned. Is the focus a third party distributor. Is it a designer/developer, manufacturer of solar panels with its own product portfolio?
My opinions.
That’s it, call people out and get a chuckle. He he. In the meantime your investment is delinquent on the 10k from 2023, the Q1 from 2024 and zero revenue was reported for q3 2023. Haven’t seen discussions on products lately. What, when, where, how………
My opinions.
Another newbie with dreams of grandeur. When will they learn.
The storm began when snpw failed to file the 10-k for 2023. It further elevated when snpw failed to file the q1 for 2024. Net result is no public filing for snpw covering the company since September 2023. Fyi
A solution looking for a problem? Just don’t drink the water. Go to a faucet and get clean water. If they want to clean a lake, why? Will return to dirty again and is natural wilderness. What is this dude trying to prove, solve? I find it very odd.
Agree, sad state of affairs. And now the otc has tagged snpw with the yield sign. Delinquent filing of the annual from 2023. Haven’t filed the q1 2024 quarterly. Not good.
