Thanks Low--you're the man.

Baker's not merger expert because he adds something to his Linked in account. For all folks who've every written a resume, it's accepted that 40% is exageration. Sorry, this is a serious streatch.
Peace
SS1
To Dr. Pennystock,
Best wishes to you and your TA charts. With the economies across global landscape in trouble, you might want to sut back on the shopping trips.
SS1
Whopperman - Sorry. nothing here that supports ATRN being nothing more than a sad story for many folks who dumped the cash in for the MMs to gather up. Sorry, but you are either one of the contributors to the winners and the victims of some bad PR.
Peace SS1
Wow, no one posting for Dr. Pennystock on ATRN? Thinking this might have been a great exit strategy for a bum steer of a stock. Would have expected something a bit more conclusive and some follow-up. Folks can PM. Interesting. Guess this board is dead stock. Peace to all.
SS1
My one post for the day...are we merging or are we the Black Pearl on our way down? Thanks for any thoughts worth listening to...other than the pumpers and jumpers please.
SS1
Low,
Looking at PPP. If you wouldn't mind providing some sage guidance...when do you think these guys are worth considering. Thanks in advance.
SS1
Wow. It'll be interesting to see what posts (and posters) are on this board in 6 months. Folks here don't move this stock (or any Penny), the big players and MMs do. DD goes beyond the opinions of the folks who post here and it's apparent some have an incredible imagination.
Peace out.
SS1
roger,
So if they're borrowing money to file paperwork, I'm guessing that won't be positive. Your thoughts?
SS1
Pepper,
We could be in trouble on this one. With that client list and no discernible business, that's an issue. The bigger issue? DoD shedding some $500-$600 billion over the next 10 years. If this means retiring aircraft that usually means sending them to the bone yards (AMARG) for parts or Foreign Military Sales. No secrets shared here--just the reality.
This stuff about expanding overseas? Seriously? Young has some explaining to do and pretty darn quick before AvWorks and Data Mill go down as the worst investments at least one of us has made. In fact, these guys tank and I'll them in a Doctorate's paper I'm doing on financial decision-making if I can get them to respond to emails that is...jeesh.
SS1
Here's something we all might consider...
Moderators: $tock_Professor, Ramsey AC/DC, WhisperingEye, tone7ate9
When was their last post on this board?
SS1
Copy. I'd like to see the company actually change the way salvage is done int he acft business. Unfortunately, these guys appear to be nothing more that a low end option that the big companies use to when there to busy with higher paying jobs.
Wish I had my initial investment back...Mr. Young doesn't show me he has what it takes to lead this company or is in it to win it -- for THE SHAREHOLDERS.
Thanks,
SS1
Chuck,
Guess we have the news, yes? Thanks.
SS1
Thanks BITI.
SS1
Cheta,
I have the same question for you that I have for BITI--what's the basis for your outlook? Factual data is appreciated...if you're int eh aircraft parts business, subject matter expert experience and insight is greatly helpful. Thanks in advance.
SS1
BITI,
Why will you be watching? Four posts and little rationale for the "why?" I have my reasons and understand "why"; what's your rationale please?
Thanks,
SS1
Tiger,
Is this in reply to your own post or a follow-up? I like this company as well. Boeing has built over 1000 737's and they continue on. What AvWorks needs to do (IMO), is buy parts to keep the 757 (which Boeing no longer builds, but did build some 1100) and 767 aircraft sustainable. Bottom line: buy parts for Gulfstream III, IV, V and 550; 737, 757, 777, and 747-200/400s.

Low/TA Sleuth,
Check the activity on MCP after Obama called out the rare earth policies of China. Campaign rhetoric should find some emotional response for solar, rare earth, wind and natural gas. I'm thinking it might be time to go short on oil, long on natural gas since it's had the beat done over the past three years. Faulty logic or a bit premature to enter the natural gas side? Chesapeak Energy on your scope? Thanks in advance and always appreciate your sage insight.
SS1
doglover,
Perhaps Valley is right here. My point: the advice of many broker's was long on oil, short on gas due to the price drop and glut. Some feel that sentiment is now changing to long on gas, short on oil. The trick is finding companies that strike a 60/40 balance so when gas prices go up they reap the bennies. Not sure, but it appears to me that companies that drill for oil usually have some exposure to the gas piece and can adapt. All just my humble opinion...but I'll buy back in around .06 or perhaps .0525.
Peace

Quickinvestment,
Interesting site. Check this one out in comparison to your post on TTIND.

Sorry to clutter the site low....
SS1
swan,
Guess we should be getting some news by the end of the month? 350+ barrels a day you think?
Thanks.
SS1
xzx,
Great point on Iran . . . the proverbial tinder box.

SS1
Real,
Let's hope so. Thanks.

SS1
Yep, more of some of my contribution to another lesson in pennystock process and protocol. Thanks Bob.

SS1
ck,
If that happens, I'll send you an Opus X, imgoingfishing will get one as as well!
Cheers
SS1

Realwill,
You're an optimist and I like your style. Standing fast as there's little blood left to drain from the investment.
Peace
SS1
Man I hope you're right. Would prefer to see .04 by the 1st week in April but that'll take some great PR and positive results from the Co.
SS1
low,
Did pretty well on the solar front today YGE, STP, and TSL. The tariff's (2.9-4.73%) they announced were minute compared to what I expected (7-10%). Market reacted positively.
SS1
Article follows (credit given to the author):
The U.S. Commerce Department announced a preliminary decision Tuesday to impose modest import duties on Chinese solar panels of below 5%, while continuing its probe into allegations by struggling U.S. producers that they are the victims of unfair competition.
In the high-profile case, Commerce backed claims made last October by the U.S. unit of Germany-based SolarWorld (SWV.XE) and six other U.S. firms that Chinese solar-panel suppliers had received unfair government subsidies. However, the department proposed relatively low countervailing duties of between 2.90% and 4.73% on the Chinese imports.
Still, the U.S. is also investigating allegations that the solar panels and solar cells are being dumped, or sold at less than normal value, with an initial announcement on antidumping duties expected soon.
Commerce expects to make a final decision on the countervailing duties in June. Before the duties can take effect, the International Trade Commission would have to find that U.S. producers are being harmed by the imports. The independent government panel is expected to vote in July.
The case has exacerbated trade frictions with Beijing, while dividing the U.S. solar-power market at a time when solar-panel makers have been struggling with plunging prices amid an oversupply of panels, primarily from China. Imports of the panels from China more than doubled in value last year to $3.12 billion.
President Barack Obama is also taking heat from Republican rivals for the upcoming elections for his policies to counter Chinese competition and for his clean-energy policies, under which solar-panel maker Solyndra LLC received more than $500 million in federal loans before filing for bankruptcy. The president plans to visit a Sempra Energy (SRE) solar-power plant in Nevada on Wednesday as part of a trip focused on energy.
China's Ministry of Commerce has criticized the U.S. investigation as an example of "protectionism," while Chinese solar-panel makers and some of their U.S. clients have warned that antidumping tariffs could result in financial losses for some U.S. consumers and job losses for workers in the industry.
Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd. (STP, K3ND.SG), Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. Ltd. (YGE) and other large Chinese solar-panel makers have denied dumping panels in the U.S., and have also denied accusations they received unfair government subsidies.

That's why I asked when the next entry point would be .10, .08, or .05. Wow, this thing's falling hard...what little skin I had has shrunk to virtually nada! Any recommendation on averaging down?
SS1
There was some estimates in the news articles released a week or so ago. Trouble might be the build-up of oil stock and the slowing demand in China. Either way, this is definitely a stock to hold in my personal opinion--no advice, just an opinion.
SS1
Solar or Anyone here,
What's compelling about keeping this stock if it's facing bankruptcy? Your thoughts appreciate?
Low,
You need to write a book on this one ... I'm standing pat and watching. I think I have a plan but you know how that works (or doesn't). LOL. Again, appreciate your time and insight.
SS1
Copy. I did read the plan...if the company went bankrupt, I guess the idea of busing back in after they've unloaded the UVO piece to BASF is a long shot. Jeesh. Dead money is dead money as you say. Thanks again for making the obvious what it is....
SS1
Wow, crickets chirping without the Doc around. What a bummer. With ATRN fading away, it's hard for some not to move with the masses in his absence. Peace Doc and hope the shopping with the Mrs. is going well. We'll here from you upon your return.
SS1
I'm in a similar boat. Do we hold? Thanks.
SS1
w,
What's you interest in ENERQ? Looks like there's talk of bankruptcy and shareholder getting the Heisman. Selling volume eclipses buy. Thanks.
SS1
Wow, now when's a good time to re-enter? .10. .08, or wait until .05? Thanks.
SS1
low,
I'm with USAA and they don't even trade IMDS (among a few others). Any recommendation on what brokerage house we should move too? Thanks in advance.
SS1
Low,
That's good enough. Understand. Learning comes at a price.
SS1
Low,
Watching the SPAH board and chart take a deep dive here as several have commented. I'm in for a little and considering averaging down my initial investment at .007. As I said, from my novice approach to charting (have a bundle to learn), I might be better off letting my initial investment ride and forget about averaging down based on the unpredictable nature of more dilution of shares. Your thoughts appreciated.
Best regards,
SS1
