Not sure if the transaction was ever completed but if W2 Energy purchases 100% if Agri-Green does it become part of W2 energy or remain a subsidiary? And would any revenue show up in a quarterly report from WTWO? Secondly, does,nt an estimation of revenue, while not a promise of an initial deposit at lease seem to suggest that there will be some revenue between $1 and the estimated revenue base of $2,960,523? Just questions. I am not saying you are wrong or right.
GUELPH, Ontario, Aug. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- W2 Energy, Inc. (OTC: WTWO) is pleased to announce that it has received initial deposits of $80,000 for its first purchase order of W2 Energy Combustion Powered Rotary Engines.
Biodiesel prices have been ranging from $4.25 to $5.50 a gallon over the last six months. Current prices have been consistently running at approximately $4.50 a gallon. W2 Energy's new biodiesel plant processor is capable of consistently producing 657,894 US gallons of biodiesel per year. At today's current price, the company estimates an approximate revenue base of $2,960,523 from the production and sales of biodiesel. However, future plans are to retrofit the processing plant in order to increase production to 1.2 million gallons by next year.
I do not claim to know the legitimacy of WTWO. I have almost 3 mil. Shares and they were bought at all different levels. I am in deep and this will be a considerable loss should it not turn around. I sent an email through the company website a couple weeks back and asked for the address of the new plant and if it would be possible for me to visit the plant prior to investing any more money. This visit of course would be at my own expense for airfare and lodging. It appears that they did not feel that as an investor I was important enough to warrant a reply. In this I find fault with the company. I know R&D takes a lot of time and money. I know that it takes a lot to get a company from the R&D to profit through sales. I expect this. I do not expect a company to treat its share holders with such disrespect that they do not respond to questions. What happened to the Azrise project? isn't this as well as other questions valid questions that deserve answers. Lack of responses to valid question give rise to criticism of the company. This criticism hurts all of us as investors.
gsp2012, I can't agree with you more ref. young Millie, I have never seen anyone so up one minute and down the next. No company puts out news releases on demand. I do believe WTWO could do a much better job with their releases or at least quit promising something by a certain date if they can't deliver by that date.

How do you know theirs big news coming? And why would you tell us instead of loading yourself up? Trying to pump the stock price? You don't need to pump everything the company is doing is great. Please people when you post something about dilution leave a link or phone number to back up your claims. Please!! People say a lot on these boards if you are smart and really telling the truth, back up your claims with some facts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Facts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Facts!!!!!!!!! Show me the dilution and were your getting this information!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stock King 5508 above is your previous post on Aug.18th. Now I ask you How do you know there is news coming?
No volume at all. Is it because the CEO has done nothing to assure his investors that this is a valid company that holds real value?
Or is it because a certain schizo investor is contantly bombarding this board with attacks on the company and the CEO? Perhaps both. But ask yourself, why would a person bash a stock that he or she owns and are already upside down in and then expect the pps to go higher.
When you continue to bash your own holdings doesn't it become a self-fulling prophecy. In other words, doesn't the constant bashing cause the result (low pps and low volume)that your wish to avoid. I am not suggesting that you should pump the stock either. Rather engage in thoughful discussions that provide insight on an investment for the good of the board. As I have said before, we are all in the same boat. Constant bashing makes it difficult for any of us investors to make a profit, let alone even get our money back.
The week has just began, at least wait to see if anything happens. Were all sitting here in the same boat,I don't know if or when this will come to fruition but I do know things take time. And always more time than you would imagine.
No way to verify the plant? Nothing from W2 on the bio-fuel test. No news on the motorcycle to be powered by the rotary engine? pps hit .002..Is it time to bail?
Shhhhh! Quiet accumulation in progress.
OGINVU, where did you find this information about TRG awareness marketing.
Gee, looks like the real money must be in becoming a paid pumper. Where do you sign up.
The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) establishes standards in many areas, including the production of biodiesel fuel. It assigns numbers to the fuel with the prefix "B" indicating a biodiesel fuel. The number indicates the percentage of the fuel that is biodiesel, such as B100, which is pure biodiesel or B99 representing 99 percent biodiesel.

Biodiesel Fuel
This biodegradable and non-toxic fuel, made from vegetable oil in algae, soy and canola as well as used cooking greases and oils and animal fats, operates diesel engines as B100. It can also be blended into B99 or lower percentages. It does not cause the safety concerns of petroleum due to its high flash point of 300 degrees Fahrenheit and its lack of combustible vapors.

I' didn't see this earlier.
Thank Leam and getmoreshares, perhaps I can get time Monday to do some followup.
True..hopefully we will hear something soon from wtwo.
The article you mentioned was written in September of 2011 and I have contacted the writer by email and asked for a followup on the plant. We will see what his reply is. The street view on Airpark does show warehouse type buildings, none with W2 signs but perhaps there are no signs yet.
Thanks for the post. This looks like a different location than the address at Airpark place, this one is near Woodlawn and the Hanlon Expressway. Not familiar with the area I am not sure.
To Getmoreshares, I found it as I was looking at another website called Pink Investing. And no this is not spam rather I was just trying to get more information since I am heavily invested in WTWO. The link is below. I followed it and googled it hoping to get a street view of the address to confirm if there was a W 2 Energy sign. It is very possible that it is an old photo. I think I will try to call the TCI stamping listed at the address Monday to confirm if they have moved and W2 energy has moved in. http://www.pinkinvesting.com/company/info/WTWO/W2%20Energy,%20Inc.
Has anyone been by 18 Airpark Pl in Guelph Canada to see if there is acually anything going on at this site? Google maps shows TCI stamps at this location. Not saying this isn't legit, just wondering if anyone has confirmation. It should be easy to confirm a WTWO bio-diesel plant going in.

Yup, picked some up at .0034 and .0035.
Listen people you have heard the posters say this is a "pump and dump" so do yourself a favor and sell off those shares because I am looking to buy them on the cheap. Thank you.
Invest $7500 and buy a million shares. When it starts trading in the pennys you will get $10000 for each penny it goes up. That's a worthwhile risk for those of you sitting on extra cash.
It is sad to see the price up to .0026. I really wanted to buy more at .0022.
I don't disagree with you entirely, I too can see the empty promises. It does appear however that Mike is trying to position the company to get gov.grants and I have noticed that actions promised are not out in the far future as they once were. I am just saying for others who are not on the sideline and who have dumped alot of money into this company and then spend their time bashing it it seems counter productive.
I too have lost a fair share in this stock, but how does it serve those of you who own shares to continually bash the company and the stock. You are your own worst enemy. It will never attract new investors when they read your posts. This is a research and development company and hopefully someday will find a way to turn a profit. When they do I hope I still own a ton of shares. I don't suggest that you should pump the stock, just don't beat it up everyday.... Failure becomes a self fulfilling prophecy with you as the prophet.
Is it possible, just possible that McLarin is trying to position this company to get some some energy grants since its a political year and gas prices are high again?
OMEGA 3 and 6 OILS as an algae by-product for the VITAMIN industry : The SunFilter 2 is filled only with haematococcus pluvialis algae and fresh water. When grown and dried, 2-5% of haematococcus pluvialis algae are comprised of astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant gaining popularity worldwide as a vitamin supplement.
Recent scientific findings indicate that astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant and a free-radical scavenger that can aid essential biological functions, including protection from harmful ultra violet rays from the sun
As current wholesale price for astaxanthin increases the haematococcus pluvialis algae with a concentration or 3-5% astaxanthin, each dried pound of algae would be worth $500
Is wtwo doing anything with this Omega 3 & 6 by-products of the Sun Filter? Seems like they could sell this product if a pound of it would be worth $500. Omega products have gained popularity in the supplement market under brands such as Barleans Omega 3 Swirl.
