Gold price seems to get whacked on fridays. They want to give you all weekend to think about your losses. For me personally, I get out on thurs. and buy back in friday late.
Makes you wonder how they have in business for over 20 years and haven't mined ONE ounce! Management is totally a joke.
Finally wound down my 750K shares to a 100K. It's not an easy thing to do.
Had great hopes for this company.....not anymore. Talk about a dog. Pretty much dead money. Catalin has done nothing to increase shareholder value. He's had enough time to do something. Will continue to follow, but no longer have a positive feeling I used to. Thanks Gain for your insight.
Cooke must know something that shareholders aren't privy to yet. He didn't get where he is buying a "pig in a poke". Have faith, I do! Should be another bit of news soon.
And how does this deal enhance shareholder value?
Maybe an announcement forthcoming. Like next week. Volume started creeping up prior to last bit of news.
We're a mining company.............let's mine!
Did Catalin tell you to write this rubbish?
Dont care if an acquisition is announced for five or six months?
Really? Cmon Gain, you couldn't possibly mean that!
Catalin Chiloflischi, Corporate Communications Director told the Gazette this afternoon the announcement is, “Very disappointing for us and for you. It is not the end of Aurcana, there is still value in Shafter, maybe we need to do something different.”
Sound familiar?????
At a peak in late September 2012, Aurcana had a market value of $560 million. Today the company is worth $58 million. On paper, half a billion dollars has been lost speculating on what may or may not lie beneath Presidio County.
In Vancouver, Aurcana stock closed at $1.01, down .40 a loss of 28% reaching a low not seen since 2009.
This is the person we are depending on?
maybe he's in protective custody.
Silver, don't blame catalin...he's just a puppet in this thing.
Looks like we bet on the wrong horse.
Yea, thanks Gain. Our little penny stock starting to wake up. Good timing as well. Will be .50 before year end.
stuck in the mud we are!
Gain, I think our patience is starting to pay off. Once the volume starts spiking we should start seeing measurable gains.
Hoping for news this week about financing.
Holding strong with 743,241 shares.
Brad Cooke.....right man in the right spot.
Good time to be buying as the calendar rolls over. Things are going to start changing. Good news on Oro to come in Jan., then up up and away. Enjoy the last few weeks in single digits.
Gain, Barn, anybody still out there? Was hoping for news but all quiet. Stock seems to in a lull as MM's have walked it back down.
If anyone has something say, let's hear it.
Moving forward with mine aquisition...it appears.

Catalin Chiloflischi, CEO
Isn't anyone here concerned that BAA is in the red when Gold is up 25.00? What gives?
Gold up 22 and change............we close in the red.
Something's afoot. Almost ALL other gold miners up except this one.
A lot of pie in the sky posts but no appreciation in price.
Any one besides K&S please expound. TIA
Some on this board claim manipulation. I agree price should be higher. But who's doing the manipulating and why. Anyone? TIA
Of course John's surprised! Last month he wrote..........
"Wrong
anything under 18.00
you will not see "anything under 17.00"
Just shows how hard it is to read a crystal ball.
This will drop to to 12 in the next 2 weeks.
Big money to be made here when things turn around.
I believe it's called pump and dump.
Question......
Why release a pr after hours instead of a release right before the market opens.
Seems odd. Almost like they are try to keep price suppressed.
Sounds strange I know.
"Would be real nice to finally see some generated mine revenues coming in soon"
Ditto that.
things are starting to percolate.
Got to love this part of release......
Mr. Catalin Chiloflischi, CEO of Canarc, stated: The proposed acquisition of a fully permitted mining project located in one of the worlds most prolific gold-silver districs, provides Canarc a great opportunity to transition into a successful producing gold-silver mining company.
Thanks from me also Blue. $7.69 puts me in the millionaire"s club!
Go little engine.
From Panterra's home page.......
PanTerra Gold Limited (ASX: PGI) (PanTerra Gold or the “Company”) is pleased to advise
that the first important element of the predevelopment program for the proposed New
Polaris mine in British Columbia has been successfully completed.
Concentrate recently produced from drill core representative of the New Polaris Resource
graded 100.4g/t gold, 13% arsenic, and 18% sulphide sulphur, with gold content 11% above
the targeted 90 g/t. This represents significant quality and value benefits in comparison to
the concentrate currently processed at Las Lagunas (11g/t Au). Further, the concentrate
mineral composition is also thought to represent superior downstream extraction efficiency
benefits, which will be confirmed within the pending Albion test work program
Mr Brian Johnson, Executive Chairman of PanTerra Gold said that the potential profitability
from this project would encourage development at the earliest possible time.
Hey Gain.....I'm ready for an upward surge. been here for a while. Can you explain the relevance of the cancellation of options?
they're following you John....post it and the will come.
Gain, what to make of this?
TORONTO, Jan. 14, 2015 /CNW/ - The following issues have been halted by IIROC:

Kind of sounds like last years plan.
The new ceo has been on board for a year now and the only thing he has to show for his efforts is the stock price going from .10 to .02
Still.........hoping for the best.
Gain, thanks for your reply. Happy holidays to you and yours.
Is Canarc still a viable company at this point.
In March and April 2014, the Company closed a private placement in two tranches totalling 19.6 million units at a price of CAD$0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of CAD$1.96 million with each unit comprised of one common share and one-half of a whole common share purchase warrant; each whole warrant is exercisable to acquire one common share at an exercise price of CAD$0.15 per share for a three year period. On March 18, 2014, the Company closed the first tranche for 10.6 million units for CAD$1.06 million, and paid $66,170 in cash and issued 661,718 in warrants as finders’ fees. On April 3, 2014, the Company closed the second tranche for 9 million units for CAD$900,000, and paid $6,070 in cash and issued 60,725 in warrants as finders’ fees. The finders fee warrants have the same terms as the underlying warrants in the unit private placement.
Those investors who paid .10 per unit, paid the same as me.........
And I'm concerned. YES!
Are they? Any thoughts Gain?
Gain, anybody still home here? What's it going to take to get this thing jump started. Share volume is basically low, so I guess everyone is still the hold mode.
on 11/08/2012 Hal Kirby an officer sold shares for $36.26/share.
Just 2 years removed people are talking 50 cents/share.
If this thing drops to .50, I'm going to mortgage the house!
When the POG recovers and it will, this thing will soar.
JohnCM....thanks for your insight.
I'd hate to be sitting on a butt load of shares right now. what a predicament we're in. sell and it my sky rocket. buy at these bargain prices and she keeps falling. damn if i do and damn if I dont. glta
Strait, thanks for the warm welcome.
Might be prudent to sell now @ .12 and buy back later @ .06.
It's losing market cap daily. manipulation at its finest!
