Dont forget that if you sell shares that you hold in a KF at Nordnet, you will never be able to buy back in a KF. Only in a regular account.
ISK will not be converted at Nordnet.
It must be KF or a regular account
I sold all my shares in my KF at Avanza and bougth them back in a ISK at Nordnet. I figure that its worth a shot. They still havent decided if it will be allowed to keep them there. Otherwise I will transfer them to a regular aktiekonto. According to Avanza its not possible to transfer stocks from a KF to a regular account BUT it is from an ISK.
IF Nordnet decides that it wont be allowed in an ISK it most probably will be easy to convert them. The diference between an ISK and a regular account is huge (from these levels) when it comes down to tax (should the SP skyrocket that is)
I talked to Avanza and Nordnet today. My conclusion from that is that Avanza seemed pretty much clueless as they gave different answeres depending on who I talked to.
Nordnet on the other hand did not go into any details as they are working on an offer to all its customers ragarding this issue.
Thats more professional if you ask me.
I hope all of you who use Avanza as a broker gives them hell when it comes in to this matter. By phone, by mail, hell even in person if you have the possibility to do so..
To give different people different answeres and then to suddenly take it all back again...
This is not the way you treat your customers...
Nope, You do not have to go to China to get screwed....
The last word in this mess is not said...
Snow,
I wrote to them a couple of month ago when we got the information about the delisting asking them what the terms of converting shares from a KF to a regular account was because I was told that we would not be able own shares in a KF after the delisting. The answere I got was that I did not have to do anything bebause they would automaticly convert from my KF to a regular account which is bad enough considering the new ”buy in price” that would change as the conversion was made. However they told me that it would not cost me anything when it was made.
So I wrote to them again last Friday and the new answere I got was that they ment ISK account in their first respond..... Thats the only answere I got from them... I didnt even mension any ISK since I dont own any.. Thats how much they care about their customers...
I dont have to tell you that the letter I wrote them today was not very kind...
I sold all of my shares today. I have opened an account at Nordnet hoping to buy some of them back soon.
Thats exactly what I told them when I wrote to them yestarday. But I suppose those who use Nordnet appreciate the low price...
I am moving all my holdings to Nordnet as we speak... Avanza should be sued...
Ok, thanx
Do you use Avanza or Nordnet?
Either way a positive sign :)

Old news or has he gotten more involved in the company?
Does anyone know if Triways anual report has been filed?
It will open again at 10.05
They do now. They have posted a pdf about Triways dividend.
So, I gues we should see a raise of the o/s then?...
Thats like 24% of the o/s? Are they not forced to file when they own 10%?
Well if successful, this will certainly be a part of the repayment to Garrett
In late July, JHST started planting 15 acres for Immortal Vegetables to be processed and repackaged into 75 metric tons of herbal health tea product (“HHTP”), and expects to complete the 15 acres within Q3. If successful, JHST targets sales of up to USD 7.2M and gross profits up to USD 5M in its first full year of operation.
You can NEVER blame someone else for loosing money in a stock YOU decided to invest in, unless he tied you to a chair and forced you to invest... lol....
Im not happy either with todays sp, but blaming someone else for it is just ridiculously.
But the loan from Agriculture bank of China is not to be spent anyway you like, is it? But I gues thats a different kind of loan when it comes to creditfacilities.
However Im looking forward to the moment Triway secures the loan!
Ofcourse investors wants it, but what if the bank has something to say about how to use the money?
Do you think that money will be available to pay back the loan to SIAF right away?
If thats the case it will be fun watching them buy back all these collaretal shares, If all of a sudden SIAF was to pay back the loan after recieving money from Triway in q3.
When will we get Q2 earnings of Tri-Way?
I like the idea with a quarterly cash dividend. I think it would work like a buyback. But a buyback for the shareholders who use the oppertunity to buy cheap shares, and at the same time increase the sp. We would get rewarded twice that way.
I think DNM pressed the wrong button because they actually bought 100 shares from NON....
That would be great!
Thanx RD
RD, according to Erik Ahl he was still working for Swedbank as of the day I first wrote about it. He wrote an article about Marine Harvest that day. Ofcourse he could have some notice before he starts to work for SB1...
Snow, no answere from Swedbank I suppose?
Great job Snow! Thanx :)
Snow,
I know you are not :)
But I doubt anyone from Swedbank in Sweden knows anything about SIAF since the analyst coverage is coming from Swedbank Norway :)
I might send them an email instead.
I'll leave that up to Snow, who actually understand a word they say ;)
Are you up for that Snow?
No wonder Marius has not updated his numbers for SIAF.
He no longer works at Swedbank.
As of February 2017 he works at Sparebanken 1 Markets.

I guess it all comes down to who will buy into the pre-IPO and the IPO. If lets say FD and friends (or some else players) takes a big chunk of the shares, it could matter If they "for what ever reason" wants to play with the sp in Norway. However I dont think we have to worry about that. :)
HK will set the price and we will finally get rewarded for our long-suffering!!
Mercur or main list doesnt matter if you ask me, since HK will set the price :)
That sounds good to me as long as the biggest chunk of shares remains in HK, which they will.
If I remember correctly it was not Mercur but the Main list OSE?
