Nice...I'm holding for ~$10 @ ~$10b valuation, certainly achievable under certain conditions given the massive potential. A lot of "ifs" are obviously present, but that's my play!
In regards to " Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc just filed a prospectus, suggesting it plans to soon issue some securities:

Choose your words carefully?
Want or won't...makes a bit of difference, right? Choose your words carefully as they are often misconstrued and misrepresented here by others.
Ok, I'll give you a single (1) degree, but no more from my perspective. I have the patience of Job. So you are right!
I guess others have noticed the new lock down on spydasilk.com? All pages heretofore available due to TheTRUTHEXISTS providing a working link are now again locked down to my browser, so if anyone, including TheTRUTHEXISTS can help, that would be much appreciated. And, what might that mean?
No, sir, they were not available...highly improbable that could have been resolved in a few hours on this Sunday morning. Perhaps you overlooked the comment...DOMAIN TAKEN

Anyone can enlist a broker to get a name they want from current owner, not that this would hold value independent from Kraig, but you know this is inconsequential alarm-ism.
We can't prove it either way, unless you screen shot it, even then, I'd go with such "proof" as manufactured bologna!
Wholly agree!
YOU: "One thing the does exist. Or rather doesn’t. Depending on your philosophical outlook. BIG. FAT. JUICY. nothing. BURGER." excerpted..."the does exist"?
ME: What does that even mean?
My philosophy is that we agree on nothing.
Again: What does that "the does exist" even mean?
YOU: "My philosophy is…. that a both a glass half full AND a glass half empty are WAAAAAAAY TOO OPTIMISTIC, seven full years after “ready for scale and sale”!!!"
ME: My philosophy is that both a glass half full and a glass half empty are WAAAAAAAY TOO PESSIMISTIC, seven full years before one realizes the error of one's thought processes.
SMALL. SLIM. DRY. EVERYTHING. FISH SANDWICH
Reverse of what you said, since that makes more sense!

I think it does, at least, it might, but NOBODY knows since it is illegible in the video, at least it is to us mortals.
Please...if honestly and realistically compared, the modus operandi of Spongetech and KBLB are simply not remotely similar at all. Outlandish stretching of wildly different situational facts that exist do not make it true, even though that might support a false narrative.
What's wrong with IHUB? Lots of crap when KBLB site went down...so what, now, IHUB?
I agree as to installation and training that should by now be providing maximum capacity production. However, this has simply not had time to show up in output and thus, deliveries. There is no doubt that ongoing production cycle timing improvements provided by conducting integrated in-process genetic screening and selection testing will enable consistent quality and maximize output, which will be PR'd as appropriate.
So, I'm re-posting the 1-4-22 PR...glass half full read it one way, glass half empty another, nothing more. This, IMO, does relieve the current very time consuming logistical process to now locally conduct the very significant and necessary quality control components of genetic screening and selection testing. I believe the results will surprise many on how great an impact this has on production volumes and consistency. I believe this is happening now and to be PR'd as appropriate. We shall see!
Kraig Biocraft Laboratories Receives Equipment for Onsite Testing and Screening of Transgenic Technology at Prodigy Textiles
ANN ARBOR, Mich., Jan. 04, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. (OTCQB: KBLB) (“Company” or “Kraig Labs”), the biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of spider silk, announces it has taken delivery of key lab equipment to Prodigy Textiles, the Company’s Vietnam based subsidiary, to support onsite testing and screening of spider silk transgenic technologies.
Over the next few weeks, the Company’s US-based research team will work closely with the Prodigy team to complete equipment installation and conduct training. Once online, this equipment will allow for the complete transfer of all genetic screening and selection testing, for production operations, to Prodigy’s onsite lab.
The significance of this advancement in the Company’s production operation cannot be overstated. Previously all genetic testing was limited to Kraig Labs US R&D headquarters. COVID-related transportation and shipping restrictions over the last 24 months have meant that critical testing was delayed and, in some cases, not possible. This, in turn, forced the Company to lower its output at Prodigy to ensure production quality. With onsite process screening, Prodigy will be able to safely and effectively scale up operations and take full advantage of Prodigy’s new facilities. The goal is to run at maximum facility capacity consistently.
Implementing in-process quality testing is yet another example of the Company’s efforts to build a completely autonomous production operation at Prodigy Textiles. The Company believes that, in blending the most advanced technologies available with the rich history of silk production in Vietnam, it is building an advanced scalable system for large-scale recombinant spider silk production.
“Once online, this equipment will allow our production team to floor the gas pedal on production,” said COO Jon Rice. “Travel and shipping delays in 2020 and 2021 demonstrated that Prodigy needed to have the tools in place to stand on its own. This onsite lab is the final element of that equation. In-process testing will give our team the tools and confidence needed to run our facilities at maximum capacity in very short order.”
Peeps, you need to know that is not that hard to see who to blame; GoDaddy.com, LLC, a $12+B entity, in business since 1997 with 20 MILLION customers and 9,000+ employees! They host all KBLB related websites kraiglabs.com, kblbinvestors.com and spydasilk.com. Conspiracy theories, anyone? Push back where it belongs, on GDDY, not KBLB for this lapse from start to finish. My point is that when I was active in a previous life as chief tech officer for a small community bank, we maintained a complete data backup/mirror site as part of routine daily needs, so if we had an issue with a data source, it automatically presented us online without issue. Again, this should not be that hard, but in this case, GDDY is the culprit, IMHO!
Yes, website up, but woefully out of date!
kblbinvestors.com and kraiglabs.com work for me, but are over 2 years out of date...meybe they'll release a bunch of rehashed PRs to get caught up? JK!
Yes, a tough crowd, and I appreciate you reminding all of us why KBLB is actually quite likely to succeed and make many either happy and sad depending on their involvement! GLTA...LR
Well, I agree with most, but seem not to be able to express a supportive stance to you vs. those of different opinions here...all the best.
I like your thinking, but didn't you post something later rebutting some challenges you faced after making your post #233726? Where did it go? Did you remove it? I found it applicable and helpful with the links you provided.
In a word, agreed!
I'm holding out for $10B+ valuation, which if the knitting is taken care of, a wholly reasonable scenario! Just my take and opinion!
Your basis must be VERY low, as any of your stated numbers below a $10B valuation don't even begin to encourage me to sell incrementally, but to each their own. GLTAL
When it catches fire, I expect many billion+ shares traded many days in a row!
Might you kindly tell us how "misanthrope" relates to KBLB PRs?
In reply to your comment, "I'm all for them succeeding but enough with the "misanthrope" PR's."
"Finally viewed it and was underwhelmed.?
To each their own perception.
"Wasn't anything I didn't already know."
Must be nice to know all without even seeing it!
"Other company's already stated the possible conversions."
Really...conversions???
"They still have a lot to prove."
Don't we all?
"Small biotech company, indeed."
Might not end up that way!
"Will it have an impact; stay tuned...."
I believe it will as part of a larger narrative.
"To Be Continued...."
Yes, it will be...
Unlucky in that regard; glad I waited a couple of years until 0.04s came along (mistakenly thought near bottom), but even that is in jeopardy if proof doesn't come soon. Still, as you said, way longer than anticipated to get to the tipping point we are near!
I objectively agree, WS, so here we are. I fail to perceive an altruistic connotation, and admit that mine is purely selfish with a side of best wishes to longs, so there we have both sides awaiting confirmation of positional success. Let's see before I die?
Sarcasm noted, lol...
Let's not give Kim any ideas for a new venture, lol!
Per KBLB filing: “Under the terms of this agreement, Kraig Labs granted the joint venture and the SpydaSilk brand an exclusive geographic license to all Kraig Lab technologies for the ASEAN region, in exchange for a 4 year firm commitment to purchase up to $32 million, with an additional projected purchase of $8 million, of Kraig Labs’ raw recombinant spider silk, with an initial payment of $250,000.”
Asked: Does that mean SpydaSilk and the Kings joint venture cannot sell products outside the ASEAN region or may it do so?
Answered: It means that, for most products, SpydaSilk will focus on ASEAN market. However, SpydaSilk may decide to globally distribute certain products and, conversely, there may be cases where Kraig Labs grants global exclusivity, for limited applications, to other companies that includes the ASEAN region.
Best regards,
Ben Hansel

You bolded "major advancement", then said "that word". Do you mean "those words"? Otherwise, do you mean "major", or "advancement"? Please confirm for me your intent or meaning, the purpose of which is unclear.
I too, choose to perceive the glass is more than half full vs. the negative perceptions, but to each their own. Time will tell.
That'd be a $25 billion valuation, I'll be ecstatic with $10 billion, which I believe is quite within reach!
$1 does not even begin to cut it, I'm down with $10B, yet I realize value depends on performance and perception, so IF KT does us right, we will be happy. Anything below $5B is just a pittance vs. potential value if done right! Upside is nearly unlimited IF things go well! PPS depends on where we are when Market Cap gets to my targets, but should be close to pre/post market split on an individual holder valuation basis. GLTA
I don't need a hint, but thanks.
I do not agree with the sentiment you prescribed as to what I said in my post.
" Au contraire, mon frere." Contrary to nothing which was referred to or implied in my post you replied to, sir.
"So Randy Lewis is working for a scam artist and KBLB has employed someone taught by none other than Randy Lewis...
Alrighty then."
None of which was referred to or implied in my post, sir.
I like it, and was quite unimpressed with the ST videos + "explanations"; some were completely irrelevant to what they were trying to convey, ie the flyover view of nothing in particular as just one example.
