Well said Hoskuld. We bake up all kinds of fantasy timelines (myself included) in our minds about Fda meetings when in reality all we need to do is just let it play out, especially at the end of the game. Time slows to a crawl when there is 1 min to go in a college football game. “Time out” after “time out”’is taken to get the final 60 seconds of the game right as there is no “do overs”. Checking what needs to be completed, what needs to be adjusted, and in our case what we need to plan for commercialization wise.
2023 is stacking up pretty good. Time to turn off the monitor and check back in after Anavex sends an email to my “inbox” communicating that ”it is time”.
Cheers

George, why do you repost AF articles? Seriously, the man has no credibility let alone morals and imo you only further his agenda when reposting. Personal reflection needed imo.
Great post Abew. Much needed light on tactics of those that want final control over small promising bio companies. If your not promising then they short you even further into the ground. All the while this happens like Toemind mentioned to create maximum psychological warfare for retail. Too bad many here cant understand this and recognize it for what it is and keep a neutral mind during these final stages. Nobody likes the MC, nobody, but somehow complaining about it is going to stroke their egos.
Wow Larry, the gloves came off pretty quickly. You went from 60-0 credibility in a blink of an eye. Whether your putting words in Dr. Randi Haegerman’s mouth or taking them out your desperation is showing through.
Ok thanks for the tip. My phone use to allow me to click on the icon and it would “drop down”. Something changed after the new format became available. Oh well no biggie.
Anyone know how to read those that agree or disagree with your post? Whats changed?
I hate to say it but we may be still a bit from the bottom. HF’s trying to purge retail in a falling knife. What will it take news wise to turn this around is any ody’s guess. There are powerful influential forces out there that want in before partnership or approval is announced and as much as I hate to say it the only way to get the shares is open market so they crater the stock buying all the way down. Same with Sava and I wouldnt be surprised to see that one go down more too.
All this being said, this trading, market cap has nothing to do with the validity of the science.
Dig in and bring cheese to pair the whine.

Nice JD. Im no chartist but it appears MUXers didnt get the “capitulation” message thus Im starting to see a pattern of slightly lower highs and lower lows on these runs since April.
Long and strong.
Nice metaphor. I agree and Dr. Missling is the “leader” of that group of village fighters. Dr. Missling has been unshaken and rallied the team saying “stay calm I have a plan”. I know what they are going to try and do. I know how they will try and sue us as a cover to crash our stock in an attempt push us into a cash strapped situation. To counter this Dr. Missling has maintained not one but two sources to capital forseeing this. He has skipped the GOB secondaries and has been frugal selling only as need on the open market. He also added in (very astutely) the acceleration clause to allow us to sell many more shares than normal in the case of a certain percentage of MC gain. This imo caught the opposite opposing “force” off guard. He! He!
Finally I think one could parallel the local villagers joining in as the patients in the trials and those waiting to receive the drug, if they see possible upcoming “delays” for approval. Do not underestimate the relationships/partnerships with RAM, Rett Syndrome. Org, Fragile X community etc. This is the reason Dr Missling is being very methodical taking his time to get it right the first time. He has completed three trials that give irrefutable proof that the drug not only shows greatest efficacy, but is also administered in a liquid form which easier, and is much safer than the current SOC.
Cheers
Best post of the day! Dr. Misslings roadmap has been to always let the data speak for itself. In this case its the most stringent form of data review. Will he get any credit for raising the bar to the highest, no. His only accomplishment from many shareholders and the markets perspective, in bringing to market what no other BP has done to date, is be to bring profits into trading accounts. Its only all about the benjamins.
I knew Sava was getting ready to pop after an extended beatdown, like them, we will have our day soon too.
LBSR while todays price action is welcome its too predictable. This is not because of todays news but because the stock and i dex as a whole are beaten down way too much. This up move is like hiding behind AF hit pieces to drop it imo.
Stay focused longs for Rett Syndrome news. Know what you own and keep a realistic evaluation of what/where the MC should be or you wi lose perspective and find yourselves “out” on the sidelines being forced to chase it up. This is all psychological imo.
Good point Plexrec. Print this out and place it next to your computer screen and regardless of where the “casino” manipulates the XBI or Anavex individually, just remember “WGT”!
If you take the Gdx out and insert the XBI this video explains exactly what we have seen for the last 3 years….to a tee. Shorts are shorting more waiting for long shareholder capitulation. The latest drop was perhaps the final drop. Anyway sounds so much like the grind Anavex and bio in general has experienced.

Yupper!!
JJ as I scrolled through the CTAD sessions hoping to see Anavex I was perplexed at all the desperate angles companies (this isnt even close to what else is out there) are striving to show even but a glimpse of efficacy after weighing all the bad side affects of their drugs. I say desperate because some are on the cusp of make or break financially.
Then like you said, Anavex is a no show, at least not yet, which is bizarre historically. Couple that with our last minute receiveing of data and last minute entry. Things that make you go hmmmm.
Well, this led me to think, if I was a small company, who had a pretty good war chest, and was sitting (possibly) on the next SOC (after analyzing my data very thoroughly with our new guy), why would I want the distraction of CTAD, especially during heavy negotiations. Negotiations that would/could possibly tie up data release for Rett and AD. Negotiations that when fully disclosed complete the circle and upon Fda approval (Rett pending?) leave absolutely no doubt about efficacy. This is the real news, the real CTAD, all the rest are just looking to apply a thin coat of lipstick to their trials so they can garner further investment from the HF’s. Look no further than biogen sucking the air out of the room with its many desperate attempts to BS the world into paying for their failed death delivering drugs.
Im still patient until the end of the year.
Wha
Nicely stated and all three open the company up for future lawsuits.
Instead its best for Dr Kun Jin to just get the results lined up on how the Fda wants to see them (like the company has stated) and puts the best surrogate biomarkers in the best light possible against precedence where applicable.
I agree, its a LOT of shares. Im guessing the smount of shares traded depends on how many are needing to be extracted. Up up up, down big, then up up up……well you get the point. They can do what ever they want with the count and price with their programming.
We will go up when the “casino” gets their cut. Also we will see “prophets” with many hundreds (not dozens) of followers forecast a rise. I would even go as far as to say the HFT machine will crank up and trade 5-10x the total outstanding share float.
This is what you need to look for, not a daily guesser.
Oh snd a flood of new posters like s plague of locusts descending on this message board.
All props, look no further than Sava. I know we are much more diversified and are heads and heals ahead in trials but look at how those are serving them. Fighting in court, directors buying shares,……just get the data out WITH direction/approval from the Fda or other European agency.
Funny how Sava and Avxl have the exact same movement on the stock chart for a Monday morning. Someone comes in to an office, pours a cup of coffee and hits a pre programmed algorithm switch and then goes off to play video games for hours.
Think this is far fetched? Maybe, maybe not.
Wrong axilent, he does care but cant do anything about it. What he is doing is the BEST thing that can be done and that is to work towards approval, which we are doing with our new biostatistician.
Buy!
One visit on the Avxl board is by you is an honor but to receive two….? Wow, what are we, days away from take off? Get ready folks he is for real.. Tell em Monks!
Yes Plexrec, the truth is the same yesterday as it is today, nothing has changed except shares from those that are crying the sky is falling. Buck up or sell, no hand holding here.
Nidan
While silence is not a good method in respect to propping up the share price, it is necessary at times to not become distracted with all sorts of unsolicited negative surprises. Dr. Missling has run a very tight ship, very tight. There is untold amounts of RWE and RWD out there of patients getting better. We have seen multiple cases of this “surface” indirectly from outside sources. Dr. Misslings position has always been to not let the trial results (cart) get out in front of the approval process (horse). This makes complete total sense unless we were being advertised “for sale”, which we are not. Sure some would claim “everything has its price” but look at where we, and every other pre revenue baby bio sit right before news pops…..right down to their 52 week low (excluding outliers ).
We have the goods! In fact I believe there is overwhelming evidence that we hit it out of the park. Again, look who has been attracted to the company over the last few years. These are not “Johnny come latelys”. We/they have to get it right the first time on both NDA’s. While we have money to recover from a misprint application delay it will be too late, momentum (especially during partnership negotiations) will be lost and the sharks will circle even tighter then they are now.
Im giving until Dec 31 2023 to receive Rett Syndrome TLR before I start my “shareholder concern campaign” against management.

Welcome Monksdream, Ive been waiting for you.
Citadel and Janes group have increased their positions considerably as the price has continued to fall. Someone should let them know they are wasting their money. Also Blackrock has increased another 3% +\-. No surprise there.
LBTDM I am wondering if we see a heavily followed poster like, Monksdream etc., show up here soon indicating a bottom. I looked at many of his/her posts and they are either “tops or bottoms”. In the case of the bottoms they shoot up. Sava is his/her latest post so if it goes up we will know for sure. TPST was another. If you follow right down the line pharma wise you can see a pattern. Im sure there are a dime a dozen prophets out there but his pattern is good.
Just saying and yes Im thinking of biting on TPST.
Everytime I use it I cant read anything, its blank.
Please restore classic view. If you want to imitate stocktwits go over there to work.
Ditto! it Sucks!!!
Wooo Hooo! We are at .818 cents! Now lets get this back up to $2 pre reverse split ($20 post split) which is where the big boys are setting the price for Copper only on their deals. Such distortion in the markets, I guess I will just be happy they let a few scraps fall off the table and hit the floor where me, a dog awaits. Woof woof 🐶

Something big is brewing in health are in ovation and I dont think its going to be a traditional partnership. I have said it before and will say it again the future is in digital health. This seems to fit in with our recent partnership as well with Partex. One giant digital health lab that can “hook you up” based on your condition and genomic panel.
Remember Dr. Misslings quote of the “front end will take longer with heavy lifting but the back end will benefit greatly/much faster”. (paraphrased) Our next partner will speak volumes.
Cheers
