Right this is a puzzle that you have to have all of the pieces to figure out. I agree there is more here than meets the eye. On the surface the Lee resignation is alarming. However what if Lee's resignation is required to have bk approved and voted in? Maybe the numbers looked too good. After completion they come together again.
