Wrong again. Just because we do not post to this board does not mean we have lost interest or confidence in this company. I have confidence that this company is making positive steps to a strong financial future.
Not a very appealing ad,very distasteful.
Strange, my site indicates the lowest ask is .0034.
I like LYJN and am holding also, but do think financials are a necessary part of a successful company.
I agree we need financials. IMO, a good accountant is vital to any company and should be able to provide necessary reports to keep investors informed on a quarterly basis.
Investors who purchased LYJN decided to speculate or they would most likely have opted for an older company with a proven successful record. It's a choice I made and I intend to stick with that choice. I did not pick this stock as a get rich quick investment which appears to be what some investors were looking for.
GREAT! WONDERFUL NEWS.
and according to TD Ameritrade that is above average for LYJN.
Well, if dropping your price works for you, then get it done and move on. As for me, I will hold until it goes up.

If it were me I would look for an attorney in a firm that has offices in Tallahassee and the Miami area.
The State of Florida is a large state and has plenty of good honest corporate attorneys. There is no need to move to another state just to change to a differnt attorney.
I would also like to see financials and maybe a brief statement regarding plans to stay current with financial reports. In addition a little discussion regarding plans for upcoming products.
I totally agree. From my limited investgative experience, I know that we always advised witnesses not to discuss the investigation during the process.
No, I don't think we know. We can only speculate about what is going on. I agree that we need fiancals, but I also think we have to let the SEC complete its invetigation before making final decisions regarding anyone's involvement. Of course there could also be trials to come.
I hope you do not really expect a response. If there is an ongoing investigation Hanna may be under instuctions not to comment regarding it. Certainly if she had even limited involvemet or knowledge of the alleged illegal activity an attorney would advise her not to respond.
I will go down with the ship before I let go of my shares at these low bids. Call me crazy if you want but I wish I had some funds free to purchase more.
Maybe I misunderstood the meaning of WTH.
My mistake, the cash amount I indiated was incorrect. Doesn't change the fact that shares were issued in place of having to payout cash. By the way, I do not need the profanity to understand your point. I am entitled to my opinion just like you are and I am okay with shares being issued to settle this case.
LYRIC no longer owes 23M in cash. The stock may or may not be valued at 23M when he decides to cash it in. Using stock that could have been purchased by another shareholder to pay off a debt does not seem lick a bad idea to me. I am sure both parties felt this was a fair resolution to the debt or a settlement would not have been reached. I am satisfied with the resolution, if you are not I am sorry.
I agree. Clearing debt seems like a positive move to me. I do not see a problem with using stock to pay a debt. Seems to me that leaves the cash for other needs.
Whatever
Some posters have figured it out and like the company. No one is forced to remain a shareholder. As for me, if I am part of a company, group, etc., I limit comments unless I have something of relevance or positive to say.
I agree the negative comments on this board do not help the stock prices. I think most of us agree that financials would be welcome. The extreme negativity of some posters leave me a little preplexed. If I felt that way about a stock I would take the loss and move on.
Posting continues, shares are bought and sold. I know I am an investor with interest and have confidence in LYRIC. Why do you continue to make the following false statement:
There is no investor interest or confidence at this point. That is clearly evident here.
Another day of above average volumne and it closed even with Friday's close of .0041. So maybe it will be green at close tomorrow.
I was responding to another member's post about small bids at the end of the day to pump up the price. More buyers would be nice, but I purchased my stock as an investment and plan to hold on to it long term. I have recently purchased some that I will use to trade when I can sell high to begin the buy low sell high process. I am comfortable holding my shares for now.
Maybe I missed it but I don't see that last minute buy at .0039
Thanks for posting this information.
I guess people are either tired of holding and waiting for news or maybe they need their funds. Some financial news would be great. I am a small stock holder, but plan to hold on to most of my shares as a long term investment.
If I recall correctly you said before that you were selling your shares and moving on, then you said you had sold your shares, but now you are saying you have shares to sell.
Just received this email.

We know that someone was taking a look at common stock in December when the Articles of Admendment was submitted to the State of Florida to correct the error of the previous 1000:1 reverse stock split. I am not really educated in stock splits, and am not sure I understand what happened, but that at least tells me some action is being taken. Maybe the error needed correction before financials could be prepared and released. I would be happy to hear from some of you who understand this to explain what you think the purpose and effect of the Articles of Admendment was. However, even with my limited knowledge I am prepared to maintain a positive outlook for this company based on the product and the various markets where it sells.
The part I find interesting is that the annual report list Ronny J. Halpern as the registered agent, but the Articles of Amendment filed December 12, 2011, list Joel M,. Bernsten as the contact.
It is not unusual for a business to have both a physial address and a Post Offie box.
Why do you think someone would sell 500 shares at .0033? Could it be someone trying to keep the price down?
Not yet latest sell is .0043 just a few minutes ago.
TD Ameritrade is showing 0 for high, low and volume. Bid of .0033 and ask of .0035.
No, I would not agree.
